@JioCare @reliancejio The problem started again in Jio Tower at Raikath Para, District -Jalpaiguri, State-West Bengal,Pin Code-735101.The customer care was called,but no condition was changed.Internet access and phone calls are all disconnected.Not be expected from Jio.Plz solve.

@JioCare Sorry, dis is nt a good resolution. Dis is very annoying. We don't want dese reminders. U should provide a option 2 set it on/off in ur app. Customer wll decide to set it on/off. All of d customer cares about their recharge xpiry. I am very new to jio &this is bad experience 2me.
