Such a disgusting network speed you have, you guys call us numerous times when we dont do recharge but you dont even bother to fix the network speed, i am complaining since 6 months but no rest assured till now!? I can't even do a phonecall!? @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Worst Customer Care experience. Facing routing issues from oast 2 months. Typing e-mails from more than one month. Still no resolution. Gave every information they asked but never responded when asked for Updates. All time just saying we have escalated the issue is Bad.
