    Such a disgusting network speed you have, you guys call us numerous times when we dont do recharge but you dont even bother to fix the network speed, i am complaining since 6 months but no rest assured till now!? I can't even do a phonecall!? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio For the past two days, the Jio Tower has been very troublesome at Raikath Para, District -Jalpaiguri, State- West Bengal, Pin Code- 735101. The customer care was called, but no condition was changed.Internet access and phone calls are all disconnected. Plz solve it.

    @JioCare Don't damage image of brand jio! Did you even understand what I wanted to share? It is true picture of customer service which is being rendered by you. If you already have too many customers. Please stop onboarding new one. I am being mentally tortured by you people.

    @JioCare Dear team, when new connection is available within few hours,then why you people need more than 20 days to complete relocation? Do you have TAT for the service? I get everyday SMS that next day your relocation will be done. What a mockery ! Do you treat us like fool?

    @JioCare I had subscribed to Jio Fibre Services at its initial launch time at siliguri.But I have not received my STB till date despite registering in customer care.service guy came,installed and took it back saying that you had already received the STB 3537961143.

    @JioCare Raised an issue here, emailed your official ID too. All I got back was a copy-paste “regret the inconvenience, DM us your details” ,then silence. No technician call, no follow-up, no resolution. Says a lot about how seriously customer complaints are actually taken here

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber Order ID: NO0001DY41PQ is still not installed. On 9 June, engineer Swapnil Girge completed KYC but did not perform the installation. He promised to return on 13 June, but since then there has been no response from him. Please support.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_internet speed is extremely slow, and network connectivity has been very poor for a long time. We are paying for 5G services but not receiving the quality promised. Kindly look into the issue and improve the network in Rajgarh as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision I’ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Can’t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.

    And in the middle of all these, to my utter shock received a message that my connection was kept on hold and when contacted customer care, was told that was on hold as 'no payment received'. More reasons to hate the service! @jagograhakjago @reliancejio
