@JioCare @reliancejio For the past two days, the Jio Tower has been very troublesome at Raikath Para, District -Jalpaiguri, State- West Bengal, Pin Code- 735101. The customer care was called, but no condition was changed.Internet and phone calls are all disconnected.Plz solve it.

@JioCare I had subscribed to Jio Fibre Services at its initial launch time at siliguri.But I have not received my STB till date despite registering in customer care.service guy came,installed and took it back saying that you had already received the STB 3537961143.

@TRAI @JioCare Shouldn't it be mandatory for all telcos to have an easily findable support email, sms or phone, so people can open service request and get a tracking number. Chat is deliberately kept dumb. Want India higher in happiness index, here's a chance to contribute.
