    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare My internet is still down…the engineer can’t fix it. Escalate I am a working professional and I have meeting today and the internet on my phone is also from Jio. Please get it fixed and I will move to Airtel like your engineer suggested

    @JioCare @reliancejio what kind of idiotic customer service executives do you hire? I called to complain about NDNC and here I am ending up complaining about your employee who made me wait in line for 15-16 mins..yes made me WAIT IN LINE..😡😡

    @reliancejio worse mobile network has again started as facing in 6 month like before , its really shameful i choose this one which need to port now to avoid such harrassment and waste time over jio-khoon piyo

    What the hell @JioCare @JioCare I had a relocation for my Jio Fiber booked for today between 1:30 - 2:30 PM. Your app keeps saying someone will get in touch I haven’t received a call and it’s already 1:30. No way to speak to an agent. No help. What is this???

    @JioCare I booked Jiofiber; technician visited and said he cant provide connection because of no extra slot available at feeder, he said your request will be cancelled, even i tried contacting customer support and asked to cancel but nothing happened; pls cancel and refund
