    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @reliancejio i am not able to send sms to 1900 from my jio number. When i tried to call in customer care it got failed. Then i called at appelate authority, they told me sms is working in our system, we can not help you on this. Very bad and cheap support services by reliance jio

    In rural area @airtelindia @AdityaBirlaGrp lacks 4g, e.g my area where @reliancejio is giving outstanding services, your towers are not up to the mark. Internet is necessity and if reliance knows it why not you guys? Please work on coverage, I want to support competition.

    Late to notice, but it's frustrating how @JioCare just rips you off, with their shi*ty internet service. The internet speed is abysmal, and they want me to get Jio Fiber too, Hell No. Worst possible network ever. Reliance u aholes

    @JioCare Hi team, I was a Jio prepaid customer and am currently out of India and need a replacement sim to be delivered at my registered address in India. I stopped using the services 1.5 yrs ago and need to re-activate. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    @JioCare @MukeshAmba @MukeshAmbanima I'm totally handicapped without services & customer care is very pathetic & even stores doesn't have any solution they r nt concern about customer issues I'm going to drop jio and will goto consumer court for d solution,I'll take this further

    @reliancejio worst internet speed i have ever experienced. Mid night speed is ok. But morning 4 to night 11pm always worst. Not more than 15kbps. It means we are paying all bills for only 5hour service. This is reason of big worry.
