    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare @JioCare I don't think no one from jio is willing to assist in reality as I am hearing the same fake promises from last 10days. I don't see any action apart from delaying the resolution. It will be very helpful if you can provide the details of a person and resolution date here.

    @JioCare my internet is not working from Saturday night. I have reach customer care multiple times to reschedule the engineer visit thrice as it was updated that they are unable to reach premises. I was available 24x7 at home. But the ticket status was updated as door locked.
