    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare Raised a relocation request for change of floor in the same building on 31st noon. Initially doc approved & engineer visit scheduled on 31st 10am. But it keep on rescheduled at least 10 times and it's still pending. Per day charges wasted,no in time service. CO0000J5HCMP

    your network is slower like the speed of a walking tortoise,which is 70-80kbps per second,,i asked several time to jio care but they didn't respond well so iam twitting about this issue please try to resolve otherwise you will lost all customers of my area @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am not able to call from my child ac no since i added it in my family plan, it is three week over, I am really disappointed the feedback received from JIO appellate team who is not reading my emails and just keep replying stupid feedbak.

    @JioCare hi jio team Greetings, I have relocation problem since 4 day i am register continuously complaining but no response engineer will visit on 2nd feb given engineer visit 4 to 6 pm but nobody visited. Again call to customer careRegister complain but still no response.

    For last 4 days Im calling jio people several times, did whatever they asked me to do, bt unable to relocate my fiber in the same building, what a pathetic service @reliancejio In Guwahati #MukeshAmbani ji u need to improve ur service, its nor free, i pay for it

    @JioCare You gave me an answer about how to get a new connection to continue your services, but what's the answer to the fact that my number was disconnected & I wasn't warned about it? Can you tell me the procedure to raise a complaint on this issue with the appropriate legal authority?

    Living with @reliancejio is the most frustrated thing. I wanna stay with just one sim but I have to keep the other sim around cause @reliancejio network is the worst network of all. It's so frustrating that it takes 10 min to refresh insta feed. It's a nightmare to use internet.
