    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare One of the most pathetic service ever experienced. Installed a jio airfiber last Friday and it's still not working. Customer care, engineer all are expert in making excuses and now when I am asking to uninstall the service they say I'll lose my money.

    @JioCare It’s been 6 days since network is not there, daily saying technician will visit in next 2hrs, till date no one came. Now when I called they said technician not available for next 3-4 days. So from 10 days no technician available? Seriously😳 @reliancejio short of technicians?

    @JioCare nahi bigaad sakta.” This negligence is affecting hundreds of users daily. Kindly treat this matter seriously and take immediate action, otherwise 500+ consumers are ready to disconnect Jio services from this area.

    @JioCare I repeat, it's not a static IP i am asking for! What I am asking is to change the current public IP that is supplied to me or in my region! The IP I am getting has a poor history and that's why many websites are blocking my access!

    @JioCare Jio Air fiber no-06853313560 and Mob no-7008901954. Service interruption since yesterday afternoon at 3pm. No response from local authority and customer service. Try for quick Restoration.
