    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare 3/3 This is completely unacceptable. If you're charging the full subscription amount, why should customers pay for a week of no service? Deduct the charges for the downtime, take strict action to fix the network issue, and restore proper connectivity immediately.

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection was relocated from Darbhanga to Mumbai. I recharged ₹3,000 on my old connection, believing it was the same relocated account. Customer care has given conflicting responses, and the amount is still not credited. I also not getting any reply.

    It's been over a month since I surrendered my #JioFiber connection. The router & STB were collected, yet my security deposit is still pending. @JioCare keeps giving the same generic assurances with no resolution. Process my refund immediately, or I'll escalate this to @TRAI

    @JioCare Today whole day the weather is normal but no engineer visit for resolution of the complaint. It is already five days past as you know it is Corporate connection, it is very difficult for us to work.

    Hi I have I have ported my SIM for my Airtel to Jio, just now raised the MNP request and recharged Rs 349, but I wanted to reverse this because I am traveling outstation tmrw. I need to cancel the MNP request. Will I get a refund for the recharges I did? @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio facing internet speed issues paid for 100mbos getting 19-26 Mbps speeds, within 2 days of installation, also e-mailed for missing ethernet cable in STB box but no resolution provided. Only router box was having ethernet cable.
