    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare I called to customer care services and advisor Mr. Sanjay received the call. He dont have the manners how to speak with a customer. He was threating me that call is recording and do whatever I can. He was not following the proper hierarchy to customer services

    @JioCare @reliancegroup Mr Sanjay received the call and argue with me he was not listening me and was providing unnecessary resolutions. And by his words it looks, he don't respect customers, customer value or time he don't have human ethics
