    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    Raised 20+ complaints about poor internet speed, but zero response from @JioCare. Paying for full speed but getting unusable connectivity. Resolve this in 24-48 hrs or I'm escalating to National Consumer Helpline & CPGRAMS. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare @jio_fiber - Ur Staffs are so lazy and unresponsive. I had book the appointment for reinstallation on 9 August, But still after calling so many times, noone came to install Jio fiber connection to my ew home. It's so pathetic. Complaint number - SR003OSIT

    @JioCare Again wifi is not working since afternoon Shut down your business.. local internet service providers are doing better job than you I want you to come and pick up your stuff from my home.. customers service sucks.. not able to talk to any human.. machines cant handle queries

    @reliancemukesh @reliancejio @jiocare What an authoritative attitude! After 4.5 days of delay, all my SRs were cancelled, yet you claim “no delay.” Then why was I repeatedly pleading on X for resolution? Fine, close the issue—but I still want the pro-rata adjustment for 4.5 days.

    @JioCare @JioCare stop with just a standard text book reply .. A person contacted me that he needs my location to visit, i told him then … No one even visited to the given location to verify.. but SR closed.. please solve the problem.. stop stalling

    @JioCare You have interpretation problem or what??? I have already said you earlier that your technician came on 30th July 2026 only but after checking he said that airfiber connection is not possible there because of network issue as proper value is not coming
