    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare we have requested the service call today at 7pm. And it's rescheduled without our knowledge to Monday. We need to resolve our issue immediately.

    @JioCare I am sorry that I missed the call. please call me back or please give me a time frame within which the issue should be resolved. Just escalating doesnt help as you guys have been escalating abortively for last 2 weeks.

    @JioCare Thank you, Navin, At least you have given a proper response by informing me that you are forwarding my issue to the concerned team. Until now, I was receiving the same repetitive responses again and again. I hope that my issue will now be properly investigated and resolved

    @TRAI, @JioCare executive refused to give complaint number regarding poor 5G network, citing system limitations. @DoT_India Please take action and force telcos to register a complaint atleast, so that it can be escalated and tracked.
