    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio fibre WiFi network is not functioning in Savarkar nagar , Gangapur road . Nashik from Monday . What is so wrong that despite sending emails to jiofibre there is no restoration of the WiFi service ? Who will take note of this from jiofibre ?

    @JioCare Service ID - 778730161297 Complain ID - ES000002C71D. Leased Line having PING and packet drop issue for 8 days now, not getting solved by sending emails to businesscare or calling my relationship manager, Mr. Palash Das, at kolkata. Better service is expected

    I need my refund immediately, or I’m switching my internet service right now. This is completely unacceptable — continuous issues, no proper resolution, and major business losses because of your poor service. I want my refund at any cost. @reliancejio @JioCare
