    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare There is no internet on my postpaid mobile for last 2 days. Despite multiple calls to JioCare, I have been told that there is some network issue in my area (Kolkata). This response is unacceptable as it's been 48 hrs since no internet, & no resolution @reliancejio

    Pathetic service! @JioCare. Your customer care executive gave me wrong info and made me pay the bill twice, claiming WiFi would resume in 30 mins after payment. Other executives say it takes 24 hours to restart after paying.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had clearly told you that the problem is from the technical team's side, yet today you appointed an engineer. He came an hour ago, checked everything, and confirmed that the installation and hardware are perfectly fine. I was with him the entire time.

    In my area(state bihar ,patna barah pin code 801112)jio airfiber connection is to slow . I have complained so many time but nothing was happened so I request you to raise my concern @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare Shireen, I’ve been getting this same 'few hours' response for days. My speed is currently 2 Mbps and my MyJio app diagnostics show an 'Outside Home Outage'. Please rest (1/2)

    For the past 15 days, the internet has been highly unstable disconnecting every 5–10 minutes. Connection No: 071-23185935 Despite contacting support over 20 times, The engineer cites tower issues will have no option but to throw the router tomorrow!! @reliancejio @JioCare
