    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare thanks for your support. After 5 days of repeated complaints, scripted replies, false assurances, and even cancelling my service request without my consent, we’ve decided to disconnect Jio Internet . We are happy to switch to Airtel Fiber instead.

    @JioCare why did you resolve my Service request no SR00003C0N4F. OTT Pass is absolute trash the OTT content via Jio TV just never works. Fix it or shut the plan rather than scamming customers.

    I had paid money for new jio fiber connection, on 20th July in surat they were supposed to install and today its 24th july but they have not done it and also there is no way to contact anyone do not know how service will be @JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    @JioCare Raised a complaint regarding non working of Jio Fiber WiFi but no solution is provided since last 4 days. Complaint no. SR00003BZLVT. Service quality of Jio Fiber is extremely poor. If it is not resolved today, plz disconnect it and close the AC. I’ll look for another.
