@JioCare Thank you for reopening the request. However, please note that the issue was never resolved earlier and the complaint was closed without any visit or OTP verification. Request proper engineer visit and permanent resolution, as the problem is still ongoing.

@JioCare very poor speeds on WiFi. For a 300 MBPS plan getting 75/80. This is deficiency of service. Complained last night. No engineer assigned yet. Very disappointed service

@JioCare it's been6-7days my jio airfiber is not working.After several reminders to your customer support numbers ,chats,mails .No actions has been taken yet .after visiting jia air fiber care also , they are doing nothing . I think you don't have any after installation services.

@JioCare Hiding behind technicalities. Took me 7 days to raise an SR. You closed it from their own end without resolving the issue. If you take money and don't provide the service, it is known as a Scam. So what does that make you? Internet provider that can't guarantee internet!
