    @JioCare @reliancejio After call from headquarters they have asked me that please don't cancel , we will install it for sure , after 10 days of wastage. They have finally installed it. After 3 days i get message they have cancelled my connection , wow

    I couldn't use jio services as you havece not been clearing my issues kindly extend my jio fiber service date extended as my days are getting wasted by your pathetic service. My issue haven't been solved yet. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have to keep raising same thing tens of times, each time I get response like a auto reply from a bot. You are a big brand, bt the service shows your company's values.

    @reliancejio, @JioCare I raised complaint :MR000128CEDX I'm tired due to network connectivity issues, call drop, etc. This complaint closed without my concent. WHY?

    @JioCare Any local service provider is much better than you. Fake commitments, dishonesty, poor customer focus, unethical work practices don't look good for brand like Jio.

    @JioCare After 20 days followup through jio customer care and 4 days of continuous followup in twitter, still @JioCare can't tell any update or date of pickup. Can't tell more than this how bad service you are giving to customers. Tell me, How many days you need to close this??

    @JioCare If shamelessness has a name then its you jio, pathetic service and even more pathetic is your social media team. The agency who is handling social media for jio should be fired.
