Cancellation request was taken up on June 9 and still we haven't been able to cancel Jio doesn't have any escalation matrix on Customer care. No way to raise complaints. I was asked to pay advance bill for getting cancellation processed

When I called customer support to find out why, they said the weather was not suitable for a visit. Worst service experience. @JioCare
