I have raised a service request regarding Jio Fiber on 30.03.2023 with complaint register No.SR00001IXF79 at Udaipur, it's been more than 3 days but till now no executive visited and solved the problem @JioCare @reliancejio i never thought service of @JioCare will be so pathetic

@JioCare jio services are pathetic these days in my area. Network is fluctuating and sometimes didn't even work. There's no difference between whether we have our mobile data enabled or disabled. Pin code 160019. Kindly fix network issue in our area ASAP

@reliancejio @JioCare absolute third class customer service no person talk to on customer care,store employees don't know anything always saying talk to 199 which is automated no wonder you are losing customer to airtel
