    @JioCare I did send the Dm. No response there aswell. There is no importance of time of the consumer. The customer is left cheated and helpless!! You guys should stop giving services if you cant maintain it.

    @JioCare ... which was already paid for. Since the fault lies with the Service executive who asked me more than double the actual price, I lost my 6 months recharge amount without being able to use the service. So I requested to get an extension of validity whose onus lies with JIO.
