@JioCare scamming people by denying #jiofiber relocation requests citing "area not under service" and denying refunds as well. However, when I contacted them for a new connection to the same building they offered it immediately. @DoT_India @ITS_MoC

@JioCare How many times shall I provide? I gave that info in DM and shared with customer care long back. You are just passing the time. Your team isn't capable of resolving issues of network congestion. Replace your staff. Call me on cell provided in DM for any info. Don't pass the time.

@reliancejio has mastered the art of usurping consumer's money against negligent service. Without even using internet to a level Daily limit and additional 4G voucher become inoperative citing 'Daily limit has ended' However other monitoring over the Data confirms company's bias.

@JioCare Now at this time I can access internet where are other users gone who where using internet before giving excuse use your head ....it is the tower maintenance problem ask u r network team to solve this useless brains
