    @JioCare Ofcourse they are vital. But repeating the same procedure again and again is mere mockery. Sitting on that help desk,will you people be able to sort out this problem? Different executives are handling same customer but they all start from the same point.

    @reliancejio After the introduction of 5G services in Shimla region, the internet services have been even further degraded. For your reference screenshot of speed test is attached of the current location. Please do some real stuff on ground to improve your poor internet services.

    Hey @reliancejio For the Hockey World Cup in Bhubaneswar,Odisha, 5g was introduced and I'm also having good times using 5g . The World Cup is over and your 5g service also. 5g is not working now . I just don't understand what type of hypocrisy is this @JioCare @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @reliancejio Reliance Jio is a hub of Frauds and irresponsible staffs.While customer care is useless . Engineer changes after every 24 hours and service is poor. Name is reliance but u cannot rely on it
