@JioCare Yesterday our mobile SIM not working due to fallen in water.and now I m in kolkata but our SIM in Bihar Circle. Today I have visited JIO Center But JIO Center people not replace SIM. Bcz SIM is another Circle. Pls suggest. And provide solution for new SIM of same number

@reliancejio No call no data service is ok complain to customer care then it will be ok in just few days. It has been going on for the last three years, the total money is getting wasted. Do the company that recharge ends all save?

@reliancejio its been more thn 1hr to upload a 2 mins video on YouTube .. & more thn 2 GB DATA has been deducted, wow 🙌🏻 & Keep customer care and customer offers numbers separately! such a waste of time .
