    @reliancejio having the worst service experience ever for jio business. Where in business 1 day pause is a lot, jio team is not able to fix internet issue for more than 2 months despite repeated followups.

    1/8 Hi @JioCare, I have been a JioFiber customer for 5+ years. I never thought I'd have to come on Twitter for something as simple as a router relocation. This has been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've ever had.

    @JioCare Technician visited today and said that there was optical power issues. Which is temporarily sortout by doing jackin jackout the optical connector. Since my internet was affected from 13 july and resolved on 21 , so kindly extend date of recharge accordingly.

    @JioCare I want to cancel my JioFiber booking (Order ID: NO0001ER9V3Y). The installation team making false promises and the connection is still not installed. Despite multiple attempts, I have received no response from Jio. Plz cancel the order immediately and process my refund.

    @JioCare Worst experience I have faced with @JioCare pathetic team .. My order number NO0001EM1QL4 payment done same day to jio service team during the visit on Tuesday 14.07.2026, the service person promised same day for installation before paying the amount, which Didt happen.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Please refund my two orders. There is no help of Jio fiber or airfiber. No call no email no chat. I am business user and I use 10 SIM card of Jio . But worse experience with fiber refund. NO0001ENKE50 & LR00001E3TPL
