Very pathetic service by jio fiber. I have made payment on 9-12-2022 for against connection order no. NO0000NTYXZO for installing internet jio fiber connection but after 8 days it is on hold without any reason #reliancejio #JioFiber #MukeshAmbani

@JioCare .@airtelindia guy who is supposed to reinstall the router is not taking up calls. A person had come and has changed the wires, now we are sitting like fools because airtel guy is not taking up calls. This is @Airtel_Presence service.

@JioCare It's been 6 days and yet no service engineer has visited. The service engineer's visit has been rescheduled 10 times. Customer care have no idea when an engineer will visit. Never seen this level of apathy. Other companies resolve request in 1 day. What is taking you so long?

@JioCare Hi @JioCare Team, It isn't turning out to b a great experience. After I raised a concern last week the issue was resolved & everything worked fine for a couple of days. But v r back 2 same old story..D Internet speed is pathetic @badlapur..Could you get it fixed at your earliest?
