    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Fake resolution claims won't fix your broken network! In Mohadi (431214), calls drop to 1 BAR & internet completely DIES instantly. Stop closing tickets on paper. Send an RF engineer to upgrade the local booster capacity OR face mass escalation!

    @JioCare My Jio number was deactivated recently. I need to recover the same number, but the registered owner is currently abroad and cannot visit a Jio Store. Please help with an alternative KYC/recovery process before the number is reassigned.

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio @tanyachawla31 Don't gobfor jio broadband internet even if given for free. Not even a week ago my airfiber connection was down for 4 days and there is no way on earth to reach customer care. All you will get is AI bot response on call chat and emails.

    @JioCare Still I'm not getting any calls for installation...this is totally frustrated, i have paid already for a year, otherwise I would have moved to different network provider.
