    Using JioFiber is like being in a Toxic relationship. It can never get better. Only keep getting worse. October'2020 - July'2021 it was fine. Now it's down every now and then. I need refund now @JioCare. Please take your stuff and leave. @Airtel_Presence please help me here.

    @JioCare I've been very patient till now. But clearly you don't value your customers and don't understand what is at stake. I can't risk losing my job due to unavailability caused by poor internet. Please settle my dues and take your set-top box & modem back.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber connection is down since evening router has red blinking time . No solution provided untill now by customer care

    Pathetic service by @JioCare. It's been a month we are calling, sending mails but they haven't collected our surrendered jio fiber connection's devices. The new Jio fiber connection 5g router has lots of network issues which they never solved. Deposit money not returned.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup It has been almost a month I haven't received any update on service request number is SR000015XIJ8. If it doesn't get resolved within 2 days then I am forced to go leagal.

    @JioCare Inspite of writing these so called templates of assurance, you could have given me the update on the service request number directly so that saving my time and yours as well.

    Now it's been 36 hours since complaint.... Not internet still.... Thanks for lazy response @reliancejio. @JioCare... I have already called up a better ISP for a new connection... I will have 1 by 9.30 AM
