    hey @JioCare I am unable to receive any OTPs since morning. I have been trying to connect through 198 but when pressing 3 for network issues it does not work tried from 3 different nos? what wrong with you today?

    @JioCare airfiber 778721290003 discontinued from 27 may & I raised requests for relocation. Till the date no one came to pick up the device from the old address and I've raised the issue multiple times. Now I've left that place so no more my responsibility.

    @JioCare If Jio is unable to provide timely support even in major cities, then an apology is owed not only to me but to all customers who depend on your services across the country. This is not just one customer’s issue; it reflects a larger service quality concern affecting many users.

    @TRAI @JM_Scindia Sir, Please intervene here as I am not able to get refund of my order from past 9 days. @JioCare is not even picking calls now and it seems that they are happy harassing customer like me. No resolution is provided till date and no sight of refund initiation.
