    @JioCare @reliancejio JioAirFiber Order NO0001DJKDRQ was scheduled on 19 May for installation on 23 May but has now been put on hold with a generic wiring issue reason. JioAirFiber service is already active in my area with 350 Mbps plus speed available.

    @Sanju_Baba_77 track the status of the complaint through MyJio app by going to Menu >> JioCare >> Track service request. You can also visit this page by clicking on the link sent to you via SMS. Meanwhile, please get your handset's software updated if there is an update available for (2/3)

    @JioCare @reliancejio I even contacted Jio Care via email, connected to advisors via IVR. Still I do not get solution. Instead of listening the issue, @reliancejio advisors blocked me from their side to not to contact from my Jio Number. So Pathetic, please look into this. 2/2

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been non-functional since the 2nd day of activation despite multiple complaints. I’ve paid for a 4-month plan but cannot use the service, affecting my office work. No technician visit has been arranged so far. Please escalate and resolve urgently.

    @JioCare Are you guys really providing genuine support? My Soyliv subscription with the Jio AirFiber bundle shows “subscription expired” even after ₹706 recharge. Called support twice, same “clear cache/data” solution. Tried everything, still no fix. Kindly give genuine steps.
