    @JioCare @reliancejio After having follow up with customer care team final I have registered my complaint with you. Now still I have to wait for 24 hours more..... Your service request number is SR0000144919. You will receive an update by 26/02/2021 22:16.

    @JioCare NO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY AND FACING VERY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH YOUR NET SERVICE . I HAVE COMPLAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT YOU PEOPLE NOT BOTHER TO SOLVE THE NETWORK PROBLEM. OPENLY CHEAT THE CUSTOMER. WAITING FOR YOUR POSITIVE RESPONSE.

    I am complaining about the poor internet speed repeatedly, may be for last 2 years. It's not getting resolved!! Could you please, what am I supposed to do now @JioCare ??? You ask for details in a DM and then ask to have some patience!! Is this a solution? 9435101931

    @reliancejio experiencing very low internet speed. Many time tried to contact customer care but no satisfactory solution was provided. Even I am staying in the centre of the city.
