  And always got the same answer that due to high traffic it is happening will resolve in some time (they don't care what ever your work is on that time for me it's online studying ) but they cannot solve this issue through other means. Shame on you @JioCare for your biasdness .

  Hello @JioCare, red light is continuously blinking in my #JioFiber router & not working. Called customer care but they say due to lockdown technician cannot visit home before the lockdown ends. Also the same technicians are coming daily for registering new customers. #Mumbai 1/2

  . @reliancejio @JioCare is the worst service provider, I have ever used, for more then four years, I have been complaining about my slow internet speed in my area, although the main purpose of using internet for me is for study 📚✏ purpose but they don't care about this things.

  @JioCare: Being online is costly both in terms of money and technical knowledge. In Bihar, Government is rich enough to provide online gateway for all service, but still it prefers people stand in queue to submit a hand written application to a "Babu". More crowd opens bribery.

  .@JioCare is the worst internet service providers because for more than four years, I have been rising my issue (slow internet speed) from which not a YouTube can be played without any buffering more than 240p forget about other things with them but nothing has changed till know.
