@Ad_Arsh95 @reliancejio @JioCare The internet speed has gone down drastically over period of time. Last year we were able to easily work with mobile hotspot having Jio internet. Have been facing this problem past few months and it has been a pain point for us! Please do something about it!

Hello @JioCare I have recharged my No. 9760****** with 499 (Jio Cricket Pack)and this pack was showing the facility of voice call & data and valid till 4 June but now I am unable to call and customer care is saying that my plan hasn't voice facility. What is this?? 🤔
