@JioCare jio is nightmare for me. From past 3 month jio air fiber is not working. Multiple complaint,call email but koi bhi meri complaint register kar ke resulation nhi aarha. Mene advance me 4240 ka payment kar diya tha. 6 month ka and 3 month mera chal nhi rha.

@JioCare Orderer jio phone flipkart 6 Apr Order ID:OD437230967002142100 received a dead device on 12 Apr.Both of them avoid providing solution I think there is no return policy, it feels to me like Flipkart and Jio have deliberately delivered a dead phone to avoid responsibility.

@JioCare Hi Bhavna, I think you didn't get the issue. Actually the issue was that i had made a payment on 20th March , Already attached the Screenshot. Today the net stopped working and got the msg to pay the bill to resume the service. I again made a payment. So I paid two times.

Highly disappointed with my Jio AirFiber relocation (SR: CO0001RQGNZZ). The assigned SMS contact redirected me to local Sullurupeta staff, who then ignored calls & refused service, claiming ₹1200 portal payments are "out of their scope." @JioCare @reliancejio 1/2
