@JioCare Thanks for replying, I was waiting for last 2 months and my request is keep getting closed without any reason. When I talk to customer care only they either reopen or raised a new service request. I can wait for another 2 days and if there is no resolution I have to go to court

SRNno. SR00001D14U3 complaint raised on 28/08 but no action would be taken on that, service enng. Was put my comp. On hold without my concern. If you are unable to give proper service so i can discontinue my conn. My office wrk is interrupting bcz of guyz. @reliancejio @JioCare
