    @reliancejio Horrible net speeds on trial pack of 5g facing extremely slow speed,visiting a doctor and wanted to open blood reports pdf. 756 kb pdf took 4 mins to open.Extremly harassing.If service does not improve will be forced to port out

    @reliancejio I am not able to receive calls , I complain this many time with Jio but they are saying “no issue on our side”.I’m facing this issue for around a month and there is no resolution till now. Very disappointed 😔 with jio service.

    @JioCare Just don't say anything to hide your poor service, the address that I have given is correct I am getting my couriers there also ur service engineer when he called i also confirmed the route he said he knows the apartment as there are other also who have jio connection. #joothajio

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic 199 helpline. Even after having a 5G handset, living in a 5G enabled city and having a recharge above 239, you guys aren't providing me 5G service. Worst network, will port my number to Airtel

    @JioCare very poor service … no body to reply properly .I request for invoice copies of my last four months .customer care doesn’t have authority to do same. no seniors wants to come on call .switch the Airtel .asking to write email ( need four months invoice for 912235420065)

    @JioCare provides worst kind of internet connectivity, more often than not it's no connection. Day before yesterday and today no internet connection!!! My JioApp is hopeless too, u can't register your complaint,usage? they don't pick up the phone, too busy in making us fools

    Whoever is planning to get Jio fibre installed at their homes beware, their services are pathetic. My internet is down for the last 2 days and there is no settlement even after registering a complaint. Toll free numbers are unreachable, not expected this from jio @reliancejio
