    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @JioCare didn’t getting proper network or internet connectivity at my location or internet speed is also very low. Sometimes Data is on but it is showing ‘kindly connect to internet ‘ pls look into my case & resolve asap.

    @JioCare worst experience on JIO internet.. Always they ask detail and address after complain but they do nothing.... Big mistake I have done after taking 1 year plan

    My plan is due renewal, @reliancejio @JioCare does not care. Will look for a different operator. You lost a customer!

    Wow! What an excellent network @reliancejio @JioCare Can't even imagine that we are heading for 5G and we don't even get a 2G internet speed and proper network coverage. Every call there is voice break. Really bad service! Porting to @airtelindia by January. Can't tolerate more.

    @JioCare Hi jio team. u guys have any SLA or not.? From Nov 13th I am waiting for this issue to be resolved ... How come it's taking for.ever with same response ? Without sorting out these trouble not sure why post paid plus schemes were launched .. can someone solve this ?

    @JioCare Following are the service request IDs I have got for pick up of jio fiber router: SR0000128CAZ SR000012HFV7 SR000011XTT4 SR000012YONX Everytime I get a appointment for pick & engineer doesn't come. I have been following up since 10months now for device pick up & refund.

    @JioCare Upto September end no problems how suddenly problem started that surprised me and after almost completing 2months still facing problems means nothing action taken by you people Should commit BCS I have already paid money for uninterrupted service So do as your assurance not more
