    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @JioCare didn’t getting proper network or internet connectivity at my location or internet speed is also very low. Sometimes Data is on but it is showing ‘kindly connect to internet ‘ pls look into my case & resolve asap.

    @reliancejio need to submit my internet expenses to my co for reimbursement. Cust care executive Prashant says not possible to give invoices beyond 6 months. Says co keeps record of jio fibre for only 6 months. Pls help. Feedback link does not work. Pls help. Hurrsh
