    @JioCare didn’t getting proper network or internet connectivity at my location or internet speed is also very low. Sometimes Data is on but it is showing ‘kindly connect to internet ‘ pls look into my case & resolve asap.

    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    Airtel is a pathetic network. All that they blabber about customer care is humbug. It’s been 3 days since I raised a request. There has been no communication in return. Really thinking to port my number. I already have Vodafone. Is @JioCare any good in TN and AP?@Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare I hvae been repeatedly trying to reach your customer care team to send the engineer's number. Last time, when I booked a service request, the guy did nit show up and had no idea that a service was booked. I had to talk to you via Twitter.
