    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    I have cancelled my connection of jio fibre on 3 September. Till date my device has not been picked up . Pls pick up the device asap @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio . Pathetic service from reliance jio

    @ViCustomerCare I have DMed details . Honestly have lost patience explaining the issue over and over again. Have poor connectivity inside the house . As per your tech team they have done all optimisation needed but no success which is forcing me to port to one of these @JioCare @Airtel_Presence
