    @JioCare didn’t getting proper network or internet connectivity at my location or internet speed is also very low. Sometimes Data is on but it is showing ‘kindly connect to internet ‘ pls look into my case & resolve asap.

    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @JioCare I don't want to burgain with your careless customer care. Your representative switches off mobile / blocks my number when I called repeatedly asking on the issue. When called from another number they answered the phone and says 24 hrs. Worth to mention that 24hrs did never came!

    @JioCare @PrakashGota They will never resolve the issue, because they only copy paste old comments and close complaints. It is a trend nowadays. At starting they added customers now all are suffering for network and speed.

    @JioCare This happens again and again. Again facing issues. Never ever Buy Jio Fiber. They are the worst service providers.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is the 2nd time I am facing issue with your services . 1. Calls do not get connected . Gets disconnected just after placing 2. Even if it gets connected after 2-3 mins the call drops or the voice of the person at the other end stops coming
