    @JioCare didn’t getting proper network or internet connectivity at my location or internet speed is also very low. Sometimes Data is on but it is showing ‘kindly connect to internet ‘ pls look into my case & resolve asap.

    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @Airtel_Presence My problem is not solved, still getting high ping when trying to reach Amsterdam servers, atleast tell me if you guys are capable of fixing this issue or I switch to @reliancejio already as it is affecting my work life. Check DM!

    I have ported to jio like a month back but the call network & internet is terrible. It doesn’t work at all. The customer care is extremely rude even after complaining several times. I am being charged unnecessarily for literally worst service. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare How much time do you take to address a porting request? It's been over 2 weeks and still no resolution. If onboarding is so bad then I can only imagine how bad the service will be.

    There are no aftersales services offered by Jio, When the amount is paid, Jio doesn't know who you are. It's so sad to say I would like to cancel my services with JIO and look for alternative providers. #JioFiber #Jio @reliancejio @JioCare @OfficialJioTV
