    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @Airtel_Presence Your service is worse. Your Airtel Black is just a joke. Should have never joined it. Priority Resolution? Raised ticket on 12thAug at 12:30pm & still waiting for the tech person to get assigned. Looks like finally, I'm going to switch to @JioCare #AirtelDown

    @JioCare Thanks Sahil, my location is vrandavan garden colony, village - shahberi, greater noida west, near vrindavan hospital., Maybe the pin code is 201301., Actually network issue inside the shahberi very poor and out of shahberi network connectivity is strong.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JIO Fiber connection 1513551535 uninstalled on 27/6/22. But security deposit refund not received till now. I called customer care more than ten times . I sent my Bank details many times to JIO Fiber care by mail but refund not received till now.
