    @JioCare sir, very poor internet speed in my town my family using 3 jio numbers but due to low speed of internet we are thinking to port our numbers into airtel because of batter speed. If u solve this issue in 2 to 3 days, we will continue in jio otherwise..

    @JioCare didn’t getting proper network or internet connectivity at my location or internet speed is also very low. Sometimes Data is on but it is showing ‘kindly connect to internet ‘ pls look into my case & resolve asap.

    @JioCare I'm facing sms issues. Sending and receiving SMS works fine. But I do not receive SMS from some numbers(non replyable numbers). I have been facing this issue for past few years. Please note that I did not block any numbers.

    Jio number unable to make a call. Validity is there till 30.8.2022. Data is getting connected. Same mobile I'm having another network sim from which Im able to make a call. I restarted d mob, changed d sim in diff slot. But I couldn't make a call. Plz solv @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio i have been scammed and rs824 have been automatically deducted from my bank account because of jio autopay feature in the myjio app I tried reporting the issue to the customer care and they keep disconnecting my call and saying its not possible
