    @JioCare There's no signal here from 8.30am. Still they didn't resolve the problem. Facing a big problem in recent times. Using jio Sim as primary is our mistake now. Ellanthakunta 505402

    hey @reliancejio why you are providing 4G it is giving speed upto 50% only after that net speed becoming very slow why u cheating ppl .. #Jio in my locatin #Karimnagar u 4G services are very bad frm few weeks...

    Every thing its own limits even @reliancejio yesterday I have used approx 10gb of data and all the calls which I do was getting cancelled tried many times the problem continues at last need to shift other network then I was able to make calls.. Why.. Whats the reason 🤔🤔

    @JioCare team very pathetic and disappointing customer care service.....i have handed over device and still havent received refund of Rs.1500 in my account and i have to write tweets about it as you are not resolving it at one go

    @reliancejio hello jio please i need immediate solution for problem from last 1 year am using jio fiber. Today i have done my recharge of jio fiber fir 30mbps but the amount deducted for 300mbps it's really very bad experience. How can jio do that please i need my refund.

    I will request @JioCare to upgrade from jio fibre to Air Fibre for no cost. Every now and then the low quality fibre wires cables break down and WiFi and all services are interrupted for days.

    Jio is the worst network I've ever used.I'm constantly facing network issues and poor connectivity.I tried contacting customer care many times, but I never received any proper response.I wouldn't recommend using a Jio SIM.I'm switching back to @airtelindia. @reliancejio @JioCare
