Don't know for what reason!! Called customer care but they said will call back.. Am stil waiting for resolution

My issue is if they can't provide the said speeds, no point promising the same,support guys came & reset the system to defaults,that endeavour was not useful,had to change passwords again & reconnect all my devices.

We request @JioCare to investigate the network issue and provide a permanent solution as soon as possible. please conduct a proper network survey and install a new tower to provide reliable coverage.
