    @JioCare my plan was over so u recharged yesterday. My recharge was successful but since yesterday I am not able to call anyone via my jio number. Rest everything is fine. Please solve this issue. It's urgent.

    @JioCare Ur internet service is broken .And it is worst to see 2G speed (max speed is 25kbps) being in Bangalore. Itsn't first time, it's happening from year .We intimated it for several times ,as general no action takes place till now @reliancejio .so please take minimum action

    @reliancejio i never gave a second thought to stay with jio when it raised recharge rates. In return the whole area of our Hullimagla P.O., electronic City, Bangalore always receiving internet speed<10KBps. I repeat 'always'. Increase the tower bandwidth ASAP

    @VodafoneIN There’s no active number. If the network improves then I’d take it. Right now happy with @reliancejio for an additional number @Airtel_Presence isn’t working in my area anyways so if your network improves then can switch to Voda.

    @JioCare while living in a techCity Bangalore, i am receiving internet speed alwz <10 KBps.Even when i type "Jio" in Google search,it take 9-10 seconds to display results So poor internet Bandwidth allowed here in Hullimagla P.O. Road,E-city, Bangalore. Feel my pain & resolve😩

    It's not about the network @reliancejio charging for the calls. Even changing the network will not help us because we hear it as the fastest network in internet speed but it is too down and it's like begging for 50kbps @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare @reliancejio My registered mobile number is 8880933222, I have raised a complaint for internet relocation on 29th August 2022 it was supposed to fix by 5th September and till now not fixed . I work from home and currently I don't have internet which is impacting my work.

    @JioCare Your service is pathetic. Raised a complaint on 30 Aug. Egr came on 5 sept even when app was showing resolution date to be 31 Aug. Egr said, need to replace the router, raise a NEW ticket for it. Called cust care they are saying router can’t be replaced. Stuck in a loop.

    @Me_Ritankar @JioCare @reliancejio #jiofiber has the most pathetic service. 100 Mbps connection gives you 45-60 Mbps download speed only. <20 Mbps upload. Ask your friend to get the money refunded, opt for a better service provider

    @JioCare My IR roaming (only receiving SMS) stopped suddenly in Saudi Arabia. From then I called JioCare executives multiple times to address the issue but alas none could help even after changing the bill plan and whatever they asked to do.

    @JioCare On asking for an update, your customer care executive Ms. Pallavi indirectly advised me to terminate the service rather providing me with an update. Again 24 hours and no engineer assigned. initiated a cancellation request for the same. Request ID- SR00001DP7G5
