    @VodafoneIN There’s no active number. If the network improves then I’d take it. Right now happy with @reliancejio for an additional number @Airtel_Presence isn’t working in my area anyways so if your network improves then can switch to Voda.

    @reliancejio could you look at improving signal connectivity at this location- Geown Oasis Villas, V. Kalahalli, Off Sarjapur Road, Bangalore 562125. Otherwise no point having your connection here, as I don't get any signal in my new home at this place.

    @ACTFibernet breakdown of more than 24 hours is unacceptable and you don't update the service ticket also , presently managing with @reliancejio , if I get used to it, then I should seriously think about whom to continue

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team , service in my area is not good or even worst. I complained 2 times but no one came and closed the request . They claim speed is consistent but it’s very much fluctuating and not even 30mbps. complains the head installation Sai prasad but no help

    @airtelindia unable to download the saved videos from @googlephotos on any Airtel network, broadband or mobile network. Works like a charm on @reliancejio. Issue persisting for over 2 weeks now

    @JioCare @reliancejio @ImAtulKansal Posting on behalf of my family members It has been more than 5 days,since I have been requesting Jio,Sarswati Nagar,Jodhpur to resolve internet issue as mobile internet has been suspended in Jodhpur. Online classes of kids are effected.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Name of 4G only.. Giving speed like worst.. Not even to download a file of 100 mb since evening.. Worst service continues on.. Better to get port to other network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur network is so slow in my area that i am unable to order my food on @SwiggyCares..its not loading at all.i use ACT fibernet wifi n its fast but right now there is power cut and i am hungry and jio internet is so ****** up that i am unable to order. Scam.

    @JioCare Ordered a new physical SIM on 2/7. After 7 days & multiple follow-ups, no SIM, no resolution. Money is debited instantly (UPI), but there’s no cancel/refund option; you must wait 30 days. Why the forced interest-free use of customers’ money? @DoT_India @jaagograhakjago

    @JioCare You are sending the engineer at 8PM on 9th July which means the whole day of 9th will remain without wifi. You need to treat this as urgent and prioritize, send the engineer in the morning. @relian

    @JioCare : Service request No.SR00003AN46F had been raised yesterday to resolve/ rectify disruption of WIFI/ INTERNET and the technician was supposed to visit my home between 10am-11am today. But no one visited my home yet. Would you see and get this resolved.
