    Hello @JioCare , the internet speed in this location Alliance University,Anekal is worst than a 2G internet speed your own apps like jiosaavn is not working properly whether I'm indoors or outdoors .I hope you can help regarding this issue

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team , service in my area is not good or even worst. I complained 2 times but no one came and closed the request . They claim speed is consistent but it’s very much fluctuating and not even 30mbps. complains the head installation Sai prasad but no help

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur network is so slow in my area that i am unable to order my food on @SwiggyCares..its not loading at all.i use ACT fibernet wifi n its fast but right now there is power cut and i am hungry and jio internet is so ****** up that i am unable to order. Scam.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @ImAtulKansal Posting on behalf of my family members It has been more than 5 days,since I have been requesting Jio,Sarswati Nagar,Jodhpur to resolve internet issue as mobile internet has been suspended in Jodhpur. Online classes of kids are effected.

    @VodafoneIN when people are completely relieying on mobile data and call your service day by day going worse and your customer care executive are not ready to take a complaint. We cannot make any call, allcall is getting drop within 3min. Learn something from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare while living in a techCity Bangalore, i am receiving internet speed alwz <10 KBps.Even when i type "Jio" in Google search,it take 9-10 seconds to display results So poor internet Bandwidth allowed here in Hullimagla P.O. Road,E-city, Bangalore. Feel my pain & resolve😩

    @airtelindia Facing worst experience with Broadband N mbl connection. Frm Apr8th u are in unplanned maintenance. If you have everything with same ntwk (Broadband, mbl, dongle) you are ****** up. @reliancejio @JioCare plz let me know if u provide service in this area.#bad_service

    @JioCare @JioCare The scheduled engineer visit (7 PM–8 PM) has been missed. The assigned engineer's phone was switched off and no one visited. My internet has been down for 6 days. Please arrange another engineer immediately.
