    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team , service in my area is not good or even worst. I complained 2 times but no one came and closed the request . They claim speed is consistent but it’s very much fluctuating and not even 30mbps. complains the head installation Sai prasad but no help

    @reliancejio could you look at improving signal connectivity at this location- Geown Oasis Villas, V. Kalahalli, Off Sarjapur Road, Bangalore 562125. Otherwise no point having your connection here, as I don't get any signal in my new home at this place.

    @JioCare Jio fibernet team looks like they achieved the number of connections and forgot the service for loyal customers. Every time the common answer from customer care, engineers are not available to service then why do you push to buy connection when u can’t service.

    Why is 1860... number calling free on @reliancejio and not on @airtelindia ? I tried calling @ICICIBank for support and was shocked to learn that between the two sim cards I own, I was charged while calling from Airtel and not Jio 🤔. I have unlimited calling in both.

    @JioCare I made a recharge of ₹2121 today. First I tried to pay with Google pay. But the payment got stuck. Then I paid with Paytm. The amount has been debited twice from my account. Trying to connect to Jio care. But the service is disappointing. I need a refund.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio take security deposit for their device's and their installation engineer make damage at our house, if we ask them pay our loss they said these is our personal concern.That means we should also have to take security deposit before they enter in our house
