It's not about the network @reliancejio charging for the calls. Even changing the network will not help us because we hear it as the fastest network in internet speed but it is too down and it's like begging for 50kbps @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

@JioCare while living in a techCity Bangalore, i am receiving internet speed alwz <10 KBps.Even when i type "Jio" in Google search,it take 9-10 seconds to display results So poor internet Bandwidth allowed here in Hullimagla P.O. Road,E-city, Bangalore. Feel my pain & resolve😩

@JioCare in our area network is good, but 4G speed is really unreliable. It's in Kbs most, and rarely in Mbs. Upto a max of 3 Mbps. Please check.

@VodafoneIN when people are completely relieying on mobile data and call your service day by day going worse and your customer care executive are not ready to take a complaint. We cannot make any call, allcall is getting drop within 3min. Learn something from @reliancejio.

@reliancejio i never gave a second thought to stay with jio when it raised recharge rates. In return the whole area of our Hullimagla P.O., electronic City, Bangalore always receiving internet speed<10KBps. I repeat 'always'. Increase the tower bandwidth ASAP

@JioCare Customer service and response is really worst. I switched to jio believing customer service and network speed will be good but totally disappointed with the customer service. Airtel network speed is low but customer service was really good compared to yours.

@JioCare There is no objection from anyone. Your Engineer should inform me such things before closing the ticket in the first place. However post that I raised 3 more tickets on the same issue and in all 3 cases same thing happened. Without talking to me ticket was put on hold.
