    @Airtel_Presence Worst network in my area. I’m not talking about streaming, basic browsing too sucks. Forget about 5G, Provide your customer some quality service. Had to use @JioCare to tweet this.

    For last 6 months the network of @reliancejio becomes inaccessible in Mumbai esp. South Mumbai for almost 6 to 8 hours (generally the evening peak hours) But not one govt agency has questioned this corporate as to how it intends to compensate consumer for this lack of service 5/n

    @JioCare Usually the issue gets resolved within 2 days or the next day at best. Doesn't work for someone who needs to stay online 24/7. A 24 hour response doesn't count as a quick resolution, its mediocre at best which i didnt expect from Jio.
