    I have done reachrge of 499 for my jio number and it's activated but still @DisneyPlusHS subscription hasn't activated its more than 1 hour now. @reliancejio @JioCare what the hell is going on.. even called customer care many times still no help

    @JioCare mr0000z4rnot ticket. Mobile number - dM'ed. Jio hotstar plan purchased in october after talking with jio customer care last year. Activated 2599 plan this year and jio hotstar is no longer working. Customer Care says to buy plan is my fault ..

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio kaha network as raha hai. U hippo skin service provider. Really fedup with ur service. do u take customer complian 4granted it's been 62 days since ur team is beating around bush regarding improving it network. Now don't give lame excuse. Regards
