    @JioCare request no is SR00001DP0FT. I have recharged it on 6 th September since than my broadband service is not working i have called to customer care to visit engineer . Engineer calls me and engineer rescheduling visit again and again.solution is not provided yet.

    @JioCare it's almost nearing a month of my problem, why a big company like jio is taking so much time to solve this problem. If there are some terms and conditions to redeem my voucher please show the t & c.

    @reliancejio the DND is not working properly from your side .... this is disappointing that such sales and promotion calls are disturbing our health and professional work as well. JIO support team is not up to the mark and playing passing the ball/blame game.
