    @JioCare hi jio care, My jiofiber is not working since 3 days i have called jio customercare around 20 times and each time they say it will be resolved in next 4 hr,24hrs.we all know during this time how impt it is to have internet to work from hom.. plz help

    @JioCare My grandfather is facing internet problem from the last three days. Not getting the internet services at all. Despite call the Jio care several time, my problem has not been resolved. Being a person of 85 years, my grandpa can not go out to the market to get a new sim+1

    @JioCare Initially i got a message saying engineer would come on 29th April. Then got a message for 6th May. This is not the way to treat people where the agents are blocking the contact to avoid calls. Need to have the same installed today or please return the money back by cancelling

    @reliancejio please upgrade your network infrastructure here in pincode 271609 , Mahadaiya bazar, very poor connectivity, even @ViCustomerCare have somewhat improved over the years , but no improvements from Jio, Sheer Disappointment!!!

    @JioCare 9916002422. I have paid the bill for my previous service provider before porting to jio, but I got a message saying bill is pending and jio service will be deactivated by 4th may.
