    @reliancejio @JioCare hello, I am fed up after calling 198 again n again and getting no response on my query regarding wrong billed amount.. the customer executives are completely clueless. They ask me to wait for senior but disconnect instead after making me wait. Poor service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio there is juge problem is billing of my fiber account no 411027770372. My activation amount for ARP which is rs 3182 is not being adjusted in billing properly. I am not liable to pay any amount due to your billing mistake.
