  Hi @JioCare , you don't seem to need new customers. I tried to port my number to jio several times but there was no response to my requests. Such poor customer care has convinced me that I should stay with my current network. Thanks.

  @JioCare I am sure this will not impact your service but don't make fool of people take advance and promise for instant support and go away... I had to work with my mobile while 2 days....#Airtel is far better in terms of service

  @JioCare @reliancejio I installed a Jio Fiber connection on 1st of this month and today is 8th in last 8 days it's worked only for 3 days and besides several complaint the issue is not resolved yet. It's a final request here on Twitter get this resolved by EOD
