From customer care/technician side, I am continuously getting responses like “today/tomorrow,” but there is no final update.

Isn't it funny & fooling statement of the keep saying earliest after 3 months which hasn't come yet probably never. Either u guys transfer refund or tell #jionorefund it's shame.

The engineers assigned to my issue are not answering calls and switching off their phones. Even the 4th scheduled engineer visit was skipped.
