    @JioCare Send a private message of the Jiofibre details. Please take action. It is unfortunate that one has to resort to posting X for some accountability from your customer care. Optics seem to play a big part.

    @JioCare @JioCare As a customer, I relied on the information shown in-app before making the payment. If eligibility criteria exist, they must be transparently mentioned upfront. This is misleading and amounts to unfair trade practice. Please either honor the offer or provide a refund.
