Rohit Bhandari (@rohitbd02) reported from Hazāribāgh, Jharkhand@JioCare Team, I already visited the required jio care but they are unable/helpless to rectify the Mesh extender. They provided a replacement today for the Mesh extender but that also isn’t working. Now the concerned Jio care centre is not ready to take any further action on this issue.

Jio care unable to fix the device & replaced product is also not working. @JioCare @reliancejio kindly look into this as the jio care seems to be inefficient in acknowledging, fixing the problem and rectify.

Even I choose JIO 4G, but now for last 3 months jio 4G speed below the level of 2G. #reliancejioslowinternet
