    @JioCare No need to know anything,I don't understand why jio give job these types of people.only repeated auctions and always want to say that there is no any problems on signals , problem is only in our handsets and particular website which we are surfing.

    @JioCare we're facing a network issue repeatedly but this jio is ignoring us continuously after complaining. A humble request to jio service centre to look forward and make us out from this situation.

    @JioCare Team, I already visited the required jio care but they are unable/helpless to rectify the Mesh extender. They provided a replacement today for the Mesh extender but that also isn’t working. Now the concerned Jio care centre is not ready to take any further action on this issue.

    @JioCare Big scam run by @reliancejio @JioCare by selling Jio Mesh Extender. This device doesn’t work, worst/ pathetic after sales service and to the biggest surprise, this device is non returnable.

    @reliancejio in 2013-14 other then reliance giving 3G speed which is really very very high, but I never got atleast that speed in Reliance Jio 4G. Even I choose JIO 4G, but now for last 3 months jio 4G speed below the level of 2G. #reliancejioslowinternet

    @JioCare you all are trying the speed of 5G in India and on the other side yours prevailing 4G network is working at a speed of 0.9kbps to 10kbps maximum speed, this is constantly happening since last 2 weeks... So at I would say wasting money on jio network is vague... 😡 😡 😡

    @JioCare @reliancejio Reached to the Jio care 1800 896 9999 but they didn’t took complain telling that they are not authorised to take complain on Jio Mesh Extender product. Reached out to the Jio Service Centre for rectification of this product but they are also unable to provide fix or further help

    @JioCare @JioCare My services were not usable for many days due to repeated internet issues and downtime. My plan is ₹599 + GST, but the bill amount is ₹1117.23, which is incorrect. Previous month payment was already made, and service downtime should also be considered.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Absolutely pathetic service. Order PE000005JA2A was paid in full on April 29. KYC done, marked active, yet ZERO physical installation and zero communication for over a week! Your helpline is completely helpless and openly admits they can't even do anything.

    @JioCare shifting is not possible In this situation what should the customer do? If AirFiber can't work properly and even shifting is not possible because of infrastructure limitations from your side then you should provide an alternate solution like Jio Fixed Line Fiber connection (3/3)
