Why can't the customer know the ETA for a fix so that one can decide to shift to another operator. As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.

Whenever there's a powercut Jio network COMPLETELY GOES OFF for few hours. My issue showing as resolved, it isn't resolved at all. Fix the issue or I'm portion to Airtel.
