I am user till starting. But now I am very frustrated to jio. If I can't change my network one day I will broke my phone due to network issue.

Technician said “wait 15–20 mins,” then “wait 12 hrs.” Router shows red light. Customer care claims 1 MB usage so no issue & refuses technician visit or refund. Is this your service quality? #jioscam
