    @JioCare Jio fiber not working for 10 days. Complaints closed without resolution, no Engineer visited. Fresh complain lodged SR000017I8Z8, resolve immediately. Also extend validity for days service not provided

    @JioCare Yes, issue is resolved. But I want to know the price of Jio STB remote. Technician took Rs 599 for the replacement of remote and did not give receipt. So just want to confirm the price.

    NICE SCAM!!! @reliancejio @JioCare While taking a postpaid connection you giys take the Rs500 in cash. And then while converting from Postpaid to Prepaid you guys make the customer call a thousand times and every executive gives a different answer. Basically U ATE THE MONEY. WOW!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am software engineer doing WFH here if electricity is then we will get network else there is no network very horrible service from Jio. Many time I register complain no. MR0000XXXQRD still no solution even customer executive not providing solution.
