Dear @JioCare , I raised Service Request SR00001IZCG5, scheduled at 1st April 5pm but the engineer did not visit and to my surprise he added a note that no one was home. So without my knowledge he rescheduled it to 6th. This is third instance in last 5 months. Can you check this.

@JioCare just couple of days before I shifted to Wave city township in Ghaziabad. Very poor network here. Call drop, internet too slow,poor network signals etc. Request to resolve this.
