@JioCare soon is a bit vague, it can imply the next second to next century. Please be specific. Atleast get me in touch with local in-charge of engineers in Ranchi. Your customer support is helpless, they can't transfer call to seniors or give me the assigned engineer's number.

I am really frustrated after taking jio fiber at home, @JioCare customer care is worst i have ever talked with other telecom sector, they even cut your call between conversation and they cut my connection too which has already paid by me @reliancejio , I am going launch FIR .

@JioCare Jio Fiber service is the worst. Yesterday a guy restored but today again no connectivity. The problem is there can be maximum of 8 connection from one box. In our apartment Jio has sold 9. Now out of the 9 connection one is intentionally kept down. 6513563036 @JioCare

@reliancejio your jio store at pin code 283136 is asking 150 rupees for sim port request. Furthermore, he is very arrogant person. He is threatening also to share delivey code without even visiting my place for sim switching. Is this the service you offer?
