    Amazing how @JioCare can send appointment confirmations and “we’re looking into it” messages, but somehow an actual engineer never arrives. 5 days of bad internet and zero accountability. Customer support feels like an endless loop with no exit. Resolve SR0000357VZH.

    @JioCare The same statement you guys using that if you have refund , what means that ? I have paid you during booking. I need my refund in my source account. There too many service request created from your end , I don’t know, what you guys doing. @reliancejio , Refund my amount!

    Daily Jio network issues — slow internet, call drops, and no connectivity. Called customer care multiple times but still no solution. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI please take this seriously. #JioDown

    @JioCare - JioFiber is literally giving tough time. Had multiple engineer visits, unfortunately no one was able to resolve the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber internet has been down since 1 May and there is still no proper resolution. Local agents and field officers are not responding. Complaints are getting closed without fixing the issue. This is seriously affecting daily work and usage. Please escalate

    @JioCare After 7 long hours of downtime, now you guys are asking ID? Shameless customer service and hopeless jio fiber network. As per your customer care, there was a PAN india outage of jio internet.

    @JioCare Frequent disconnections and slow speed are also concerns. App does not allow to create Service request. Call center no one picks up. What is all this

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @Airtel_Services I have a jiofibre connection installed in sagar M.P , yesterday afternoon I started facing some issues in router, the engineer assigned to me did some random **** it worked for 10 mins and stopped again now he is not responding back.

    @JioCare Hi..I have been raising my complaints since 14th April 2026 regarding the speed issue which I am getting against what I am paying for..If the issue is not yet resolved kindly waive off the fees.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JIO IS BECOMING ANOTHER MTNL WHICH HAD TO CLOSE DOWN BECAUSE A LINE MAN WILL DO YOUR WORK ONLY IF HE IS TIPPED. I AM PAYING RS 800 EVERY MONTH FOR JIO FIBRE WHILE HALF DE TIME IT DOESNT WORK AS THERE IS NO INTERNET OR THERE R ERRORS.CUST CARE DONT CARE?
