@JioCare Im having my router changed then I don’t want such kind of a service where I’m wasting my money and paying for no service. If you keep giving such a service soon everyone is stop going to use your Jio services. What promises you’ll do to convince us and later this is what you say

@JioCare , you also gave me the same reply as given by the call centre , but no solution. I got a latest update saying it will be resolved in 24 hours, which means wait for 24 more hours, its a sell and forget strategy and no accountability, there is no escalation path.

@reliancejio @JioCare - no proper support on the chat and WhatsApp, I did recharge with IR pack as per payel(support team) and still I don’t have any network. Do we have any one who can sort this asap as i am completely blocked in receiving OTPs

@JioCare I want the service to be restored by today as i had enough pathetic service from u all, or else i will be terminating your jio fiber and will be shifting to airtel xtreme or act fiber...as both are quite good and better than jio in my area and in terms of customer care service.
