@JioCare @reliancejio It's been more than 50 hours and the issue remains! Upon calling your toll free number they either cut the call or have no idea about the issue! A technical team did visit the nearest station to check the issue but they are unable to identify the problem.

4. the most moronic and truly feeling cheated moment happened rn. I was on call with the customer exec,she promised on call that someone is going to visit my place by 1pm-2:30pm and as soon as i kept the call and i got sms saying it has been pushed to 8 sept @JioCare @reliancejio
