    @JioCare I have Jio Fibre 3m plan. I received a faulty Jio STB voucher that I am unable to redeem in My Jio app. I visited the Store in Salem, TN and they asked me to raise a complaint in Customer Care who then asked me to visit the Store again. Been 2 weeks. Still no resolution

    @reliancejio @JioCare every time I aske to fix this,the only thing that I get back is fake assurance. Whether I have raised my complaint through Twitter, Email or call.

    @JioCare Others network working fine like aittel and Vodafone. I will never recommend to anyone to believe in jio service and also I will never use as per jio services #Nocustomersupport

    @JioCare Holy **** man.. In last 15 days you reach upto DM only I don't know when you will be able to rectify glitches at your end..??? Will it be possible before 25 th anniversary of Anant ambani Or after that... In past 15 days nobody rectify this issue and you are saying a DM away**

    @JioCare Please check my DM . that's not the issue. My installation was done on 15 then why your records are showing its done on 8th? The is some discrepancy.

    @TadasadHindu @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing the same problem even my nearby area and villages gets jio fiber coverage but they didn't covered my streets very bad by jio center in villupuram they didn't give proper response to me
