    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio today's whole day went without wifi/network down. Our neighbours are also facing the same issue. Probably I'm facing this issue of network down like for the 6-7th time since 2025. Im fed up of this & keeps other work pending. Please resolve it soon!

    @JioCare what a horrible customer service! My work is based on Internet service and I it stopped working. But no ways to contact the customer support to speak to a real person and the automation just scheduled for next day. Would you pay for the losses I will incur till tomorrow?

    @JioCare I made a recharge of ₹3599 on 18 April 2026 via Jio Wallet, but the recharge is not reflected on my Airtel number. Payment is successful but recharge not done yet. Transaction ID: 801321491140 Please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    It’s been 5-6 months since I ported out my number XXXX from Jio, and my security deposit is STILL not refunded. Repeated follow-ups, zero resolution. Is this how customer money is handled? @JioCare @reliancejio please process my refund immediately. #Jio #CustomerRights #TRAI

    It’s been almost 1.5–2 months now. I’ve already made the payment twice, and both times it got refunded. No updates, no support, no response to emails. @JioCare @reliancejio
