    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Facing an issue with the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network of Jio Fiber. None of my devices are able to connect to it, although the network is visible. It is device issue but customer care not registering any complain for technician visit after several call.

    @TRAI It’s not about just buffering. The complete signal is poor and mobile data never connects indoors anywhere we’re, esp ground floors. Both @airtelindia & @JioCare both r same.

    Really disappointed with @JioCare. My Jio AirFiber hasn't worked since morning because of a red blinking light. Paying for a service that doesn't even stay online is frustrating. Fix this ASAP.

    @JioCare We have already talked to the technician, but they say that your box has the problem and they are handled bya diff team. But we're yet to have the solution from past 3 days.

    @JioCare I talked a call from the sales person who booked my connection and installation team. I have been told that Jio network coverage in my area is not consistent. Hence new airfibre connection can not be provided.

    @TRAI Yes @TRAI since last 1 year my jio network doesn't give speed more than 1mbps while using 5G. I complained many time but they ignored and didn't resolved anything @JioCare has the worst customer support..They just keep ignoring and ignoring since last 1 year... Terrific Service..
