Atleast from your side dealing backend or support team should put fix timeline rather than leaving open timeline that is causing never ending refund issue. Saurabh (@SDbhutwala) reportedNot sure about other places but in Ahmedabad @JioCare is a scam. A big time scam. Earlier I had a 30MBPS plan at my home which was not working properly so I upgraded the plan to 100MBPS and guess what, I don't have a speed of even 50MBPS. @reliancejio
