@JioCare @reliancejio Hi jio team, please fix your My jio app database. My Samsung S21Fe 5g is not showing incompatible in My jio app for 5g usage in kanpur. But 5g is enabled in my phone and software update already came for 5g ready. Do some work on this ASAP.

@JioCare your internet doesn't work accepted. Now why is there so much issue while making and getting calls ? When someone calls me my number is always not reachable then i have to toggle flight mode to and fro then i start to get calls,.

@parthsuba77 @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Call/network drops are so frequent that any of my calls hardly get through smoothly. We keep on complaining, but all in vain. This (almost) duopoly is showing its colors now.
