    @JioCare Will you extend my service by 2 months, if at all the the connection is permanently mended. ??? And the call centre IVR just diaconnects saying there is a temporary outaagr in your area.

    @JioCare It’s been over two months and Jio has not refunded my deposit. Their service is incredibly apathetic.

    @reliancejio JioFiber complaint registered on 31 Aug for the fiber cable disconnected between the distribution point and my home. Still unresolved after several days. This is a basic connectivity issue. Please escalate to the senior field team and restore connection immediately.

    Unacceptable service from @jiocare @reliancejio. Connection surrender requested on 5 July 2026 due to relocation. Despite two cancellation SRs (SR00003AL4ER & SR00003DTM1L), no action has been taken over 55+ days later. #TelecomGrievance #JioAirFiber @ConsumerGriev

    Jio Customer Care promised my pending refund would be credited within 24 hours, but there is still no refund or update. This is unacceptable after repeated delays. Please process my refund immediately and share the transaction details @JioCare
