    @JioCare It works on both of my broadband (airtel and alince) connections, but not on Jio broadband. I am using Jio sim on my phone that also works with my phone's network. Do you think this problem is related to the respective web server?

    What's wrong with jio networks in Vikas Nagar Lucknow. Since last 3 weeks we are facing slowest internet connection. Ab kya din bhar balcony me khade ho krr buffering khatam hone ka wait krein ? WHEN WILL ISSUE BE RESOLVED. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

    @JioCare my wife had bought jio postpaid connection 8837525672 on 8/11/2022,she no longer require this no.she is making calls to jio customer care many times with no result,rarher wasting 1/2hour on each call,pls disconnect connection and send bill for final payment

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello sir I have just call to customer care 2.54 pm today regarding my concern your customer care agent does not answer my quarries and she is talking ruthlessly I have told shi me aapki complaint karunga to wo boli jo karna hai karo

    @reliancejio Hey, I've 3 Jio fiber conn. at Kolkata. One, which has a prepaid 6 month pack activated but no service. The sevice tech exec, one Sanjiv Gupta, kept promising to look into it but hasn't turned up for the last 8weeks. Very poor after sales service. Please resolve ASAP

    @JioCare why the app "Shilpa Shetty" is automatically installed everytime on set top box? I uninstall it everytime and it automatically gets reinstalled without permission. Why is Shilpa Shetty app being forced on me? I contacted customer support and they have no clue about it.

    @sandeep240288 @reliancejio I am facing the same issue. Other than some major websites like Google, Youtube, Facebook, Wikipedia, etc., no other website opens up. Please share if you were able to resolve this issue.

    @JioCare I provided my mobile and alternative number privately sometimes back also. I am yet to hear from Jio and get solution to my connectivity issues. @reliancejio

    @JioCare SR00001G1XOH; 24hrs, but still no resolution on this ticket. TV Remote not working, no engineer visits my house. Ajit and Suraj(technician) want money for replacement, CC says it’s free. Please help asap.

    @JioCare Rashmita madam, I was NOT INFORMED about rescheduling. By the Way the appointment is scheduled today at 3 and it’s 3:05 and I have NOT RECEIVED SINGLE CALL from your technician..!!!!! What a fab customer service 👏🏻 #patheticJio
