    1/4 @reliancejio @JioCare I’m extremely frustrated with your SIM replacement service. I issued a SIM replacement on Sat, 29th. Customer care told me it was ACTIVE. On the evening of 30th, I visited the store and was told it had actually been REJECTED, with no clear reason.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please don’t treat this as the customer’s mistake. I paid ₹760 for a 1month PREPAID plan but now you’re showing ₹775.21 outstanding and calling it POSTPAID Whose consent was my connection converted to postpaid? Reverse the incorrect charges and restore my service.

    Jio charges full price for 5G, but the network and internet service in our area are worse than 2G. Full payment is taken, but where is the accountability for such poor service? 📍 Nauhatta, Mohanpur – 852123 @JioCare Please resolve this network issue. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Also being one of the top service provider of the country - you very bluntly say there would be no compensation for the same. Why do I have to pay for something I didn't even get
