    @JioCare Jio has not provided any solution so far; I have shared all the details with Jio customer care, but they are merely making excuses. The response from the Jio team has been very poor. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare The issue is still unaddressed no one has turned up to resolve the issue @JioCare is not properly handling the issue it’s been three days Internet is not working giving false commitment

    @reliancejio The installation of jioairfiber is still due till date and the local operator guy is not picking up the call, jio helpline is just a bot operated. can anyone suggest how to cancel the application and I'll go for other ISP.

    @JioCare No engineer has visited. Now it’s been over 48hrs and I don’t have internet connection at home. Guess it’s time to move on then to another better service.

    I have recharged 899rs plan in which jiohotstar subscription also given but when I login into jiohotstar app it shows no subscription on my number. What is this and no contact support is provided. @JioCare @reliancejio 🤬🤬
