@JioCare What was your team doing today bcoz I have logged service request with jio yesterday. It will be better if you ask your team to resolve the issue rather than asking us to have patience. And this is not the first time we have received this type of response from your team.

@JioMart_Support Thx @JioMart for letting us know that you do not have a resolution mechanism. You are selling stale provisions and do not offer any support. Also you assured refund within 7 days and now you are backtracking on promises. Excellent @reliancejio!!

@JioCare Extremely dissatisfactory experience of a JioFibre installation today. Ever since the installation, the STB isn’t working. Have requested the technician to come & check it once but no response at all. Customer After Sales Service is what matters the most.
