    @JioCare Hey thanks for the response. But the reason for raising it is , I am getting the same answer since yrs.. i felt this would escalate the issue as only this area is missing the fiber when compared to rest in the city

    @JioCare Thanks for replying very 'soon'. Meanwhile i ringed the jio customer care and they came and repaired it.
