    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Team as I have highlighted many times about the internet speed slowness. But still problem not resolved till yet. I don't know how many reminders you need for the same issues. If can't help me out pls let's know.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ..It's been 3 days and still the net issue is not yet resolved. Till have I have spoken to customer care for 5 times and everytime they say we will escalate to higher authorities but no result..some times they it will be resolved by 5 p.m

    @JioCare I have bought jio extender for the router installed at my home. I am facing problem in installing. I talked to jio outlet they gave me customer care number but they also don’t have any option for the extender problem … also the previous jio persons have left company ..

    @ThuteYashwant Brother, better switch to @reliancejio don’t waste your time here! I too have experienced many difficulties when I was with them, and than since the day I switched to Jio I have never been disappointed! @JioCare will help you port..

    @JioCare has been rendering the most unexpected services at the time , no replies for mails , no proper grievance redressal mechanism available. Tied of writing for my broadband refund. Not a service expected from such a company at all. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio one of the worst service. Just because of net issue I'm not able to work. 3 days without net and don't know for how many days it will continue. Can someone tell me why your not able to resolve..don't have sufficient engineers?
