    @JioCare @jiocare Please be advised that due to the lack of resolution, a formal complaint has been officially registered with the Consumer Forum (Grievance Ref No: 9988004. We are awaiting immediate technician dispatch or a full refund.

    Hi I am 4 month postpartum currently living alone in Mumbai and can’t travel to jio Centre @JioCare I need to verify my sim card and customer care is saying no way they can do it online or home visit (I can pay extra) since I can’t leave my home as I am recovering. pls guide

    @JioCare after registerd our complaint with jio care still i am facing issue of internet while texting on whatapp or browsing or in youtube also so ple let me know whay Jio are not able to fix this problem. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I’ve been trying to raise a technician visit request for last 2 days. Despite contacting JioCare and following all the troubleshooting steps provided, the issue still persists and no technician visit has been scheduled. I’m on a 100 Mbps plan but getting only ~15 Mbps.
