@JioCare I have been facing problems since a very long time and getting worst mobile data speed. And not even getting any help from customer care they pickup the phone and asks to hold and after that many of them gets cut because they do thst 😓. So disappointed with this.

@reliancejio @JioCare till date mobile signal for Jio is HORRIBLE for the bhopal particular location which I complaint and jio engineer are still TRYING to improve the network. Any deadline to fix it or we have to wait for a year or two. 😠Very poor response from jio engineers

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Why we are not able to catch hold any supervisor when we are calling on 1800 896 9999 or chat support? The call back was scheduled at 1644 hrs ist and there is no call from supervisor till now!! It has ben 4 hours already!

@JioCare 3/3 Tells me it'll take a week more. I didn't renew my existing network thinking i would shift to Jio today. Had to renew that due to work. What a waste of time and money also stuck .Hopefully gets refunded as I've put a refund request (10day). What a pathetic service.
