    @reliancejio @JioCare I have paid upfront for annual plan, & this is how you provide service, no one is even bothered to fix it. No technician has visited yet to sort it out. I NEED COMPENSATION FOR THE 5 DAYS OF NO SERVICE FROM JIO'S END.

    Really surprise at the services and speed if it by @JioCare @jiofibergurgaon @reliancejio Looks like we did a mistake by removing our internet and DTH connection from other service providers and bundled it with Jio fibre. Since yesterday morning, there is no internet and no TV

    @JioCare again I have very poor internet speeds. After my last complaint it improved for less than one day. Now less than 10 Mbps. I want to cancel my subscription and please refund

    @JioCare Request you to get this repaired today itself. The services have been down since the afternoon and the issue has still not been repaired. It's affecting my work, and I really can't wait till tomorrow.

    @reliancejio pathetic customer support service, have been trying to get in touch with the technician, no help at all. Also i tried registering complaint via jio app yet just got a call & no one visited to fix the issue. Now I see it shows issue resolved even without visiting. 😡
