They ask to pay for toll free number calls. Even @BSNLCorporate and Vi is better than them. @reliancejio is the best network for mobile connections though.

Keeping a customer's money for a service never provided constitutes an illegal financial gain and an unfair trade practice. This email is my final attempt to resolve this directly with Reliance Jio.
