This issue is with Jio as it was working fine earlier @reliancejio @Apple, finally switching to Airtel.

For over a month, I've been chasing agents for a JioFiber connection. Multiple contacts provided by Jio and friends have not responded. I then approached Hathway and received the same treatment. Customers are ready to pay, but nobody seems interested in providing a connection. This is raising serious concerns about how new customer requests are being handled. Please explain and help.
