  @Airtel_Presence Thanks so much. The broadband has been fixed by Vishnupal ... he is a very dedicated engineer with @Airtel_Presence. However mobile network is very very bad. It's been over one month and nothing is being done. I have already migrated 2 Airtel mobile connections to @reliancejio

  @Hamdk28 @vasukichavatti @JioCare Jio wifi call not working on any iphone on IOS 16.3 or 16.4, I even downloaded IOS 16.5 Beta 2 which is available only for selected users but still not able to do wifi calling. This issue is with Apple or Jio, one cannot confirm. I checked Airtel Wifi call working fiber xtreme

  Extremely disappointed with @reliancejio. Promised JioAirFiber installation by 15 Aug. Technician came, completed only KYC & left. I was then promised installation between 3–4 PM 16th August so I stayed home. I had already informed Jio that I wouldn't be available from 17/18 Aug. Then, without my consent/call/SMS, installation was apparently scheduled for 18 Aug. When I called the backend helpline, I was told it was actually scheduled for 16 Aug — yet nobody contacted me or came. Which one is it — 16th or 18th? I will not be available in 18th August. I have already paid ₹1,982.46 on 15 Aug for the AirFiber onboarding. Order: N00001F8FYHW This is far beyond a simple delay. Broken commitments + contradictory scheduling + zero communication is unacceptable from a company of Jio's scale. @JioCare Please escalate this to your senior team and resolve it immediately.

  Unable to connect internet ( Now every week this happens usually) and when called customer care ...executive's response was " No one has forced you to avail jio fibre services . You can disconnect." Such a stupid reply. @reliancejio
