Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. @JioCare my goodness, what a poor product and it's services @ jio phone. Appears completely a malfunctioned product. complex to understand what it claims, projects & types of messages it gives while trying list of n no of services..most of them doesn't work. No instant support???

@JioCare @reliancejio Over reliance on Reliance Jio Broadband is fatal. Broadband is down for the last 2 1/2 days. No body is attending the complaint. Complaints made over phone , through email, whatsApp to customer service centre. No respite, no redressal.

@Airtel_Presence Will do but I faced enough due to your poor services in the last few months. I think it's time to switch to @JioCare Fiber. Also, I came to know that your fiber network is not 100% fiber. It still has copper at places, which might be resulting these quality issues.
