    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    When @PMOIndia requesting to stay home and work from home, all the service provider has reduced the internet speed. People started coming out from home as they are not able to access and keep themselves engaged on internet. @ashokgehlot51 @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

    I ordered jio fiber connection. Team visited 2 my location & assured that installation will be done in 1 hr. I paid amount. Then team said, thr is no port available in the box. So service will be delayed for 7-15 days. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare No actually network stranth is good but internet not working properly & its working like no data in my sim so request you please increase internet speed because it's working like 2g or 3g

    @blaugrana2094 @reliancejio @JioCare that means many people are facing it.......strange considering FTTH don't have downtime...even if it's storm or heavy rain......i did checked the wire,reset the router but still the problem isn't solved......it's still persisting

    There is no mobile network in my area (not only for me, almost every everyone in this area pincode 641010) I'm struggling with Jio network. It's time to port another network i guess. #jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare I am frustrated last 3years & you will not resolve my problem as soon as , otherwise I am going to port my sim in other service providers
