@JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

@JioCare For two days, I have been receiving calls from Jio stating that they are sending someone for a connection, but no one has arrived. They are also not answering my calls. This is very bad service. I just want my booking amount back. Please share the refund process with me.

@JioCare it seems jio is expert in giving false replies to their customers. Such a big reputed company, n still not paying my 3300 rs shows the poor thinking of them. Corporate robbery of a customer money by a well oiled reputed company. Legal action should be taken against this.
