    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    When @PMOIndia requesting to stay home and work from home, all the service provider has reduced the internet speed. People started coming out from home as they are not able to access and keep themselves engaged on internet. @ashokgehlot51 @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

    @Airtel_Presence @TRAI From past one year I’m facing service issues every week line got disconnect and I have to beg for reconnecting what kind of service Airtel providing, every month I’m paying bills on time then why service like this , we have no other option @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet speed is very low. I am leaving in capital city still I am not getting enough speed. I have done complaint many times but no action has been taken from Jio team. I have to opt for MNP now. Still I am hoping for any resolution. My no. 7083018711

    @JioCare Can you have someone call me? The Customer Care executives just disconnect the call after putting on hold. And you guys don't respond either other than the automated Bots replies.

    @reliancejio one of the worst service ever, put a request for STB but still no positive response from Jio from last 3 days. Planning to disconnect, service request number is SR000013HESS.
