    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    @JioCare Customer care is of no help, I have been told connecn will be done by today, make payment. Made the payment, than got msg it will be done on 2nd, 3rd Jan. Now, when I reached out to jiocare, I am told to cancel the order and will take 15 days to get money back. #not fair

    @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad Just recieved a msg and called the concerned person ... He said it will take another 10-12 days..!!! The customer service man is very lazzy in talking with me ..as if he doesn't care ...plz make the process fast !

    @JioCare This is the standard reply I have been receiving.... If this is the status of service prior to installation, I can imagine the pathetic service that will be provided after installation. ASAP for Jio - As Slow As Possible.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Bad experience. I paid 1500/- for Jio Fiber and they cancelled the request on 4th December because they couldn't get the connection to my building. I haven't received my refund yet. Service request number: SR000013FHA4 Order Number: NO0000FS40IG
