    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    When @PMOIndia requesting to stay home and work from home, all the service provider has reduced the internet speed. People started coming out from home as they are not able to access and keep themselves engaged on internet. @ashokgehlot51 @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare Unacceptable service by @RelianceJio My JioAirFiber order (ID: NO0001F2P4RS) was marked as "ACTIVATED" today without ANY physical installation or hardware setup at my home in Jaisalmer. Technician calling for OTP without doing the job. Is this how you treat customers?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Again worst experience with JioFiber. Paying for a service that barely works is unacceptable. Complaints are ignored, solutions are delayed, and customers are left helpless. This is not the standard expected from a company like Jio. Better I'll go for airtel instead of this.

    I have complain 2 times but your technician hasn't come bought the time at time of recharge you take multiple call but when come to service worst service you are giving @reliancejio

    Service experience of JioFiber: My relocation request was raised on 27 July, with a scheduled installation slot. Despite repeated follow-ups and multiple calls, the relocation was not completed for 9 days. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare My complaint is neither being resolved nor even properly registered. I have tried every possible channel, and in the end, I have to tweet about it. Instead of providing a solution, you are again giving me another option. I need a proper resolution, not another option.
