    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    @reliancejio Since yesterday evening Jio internet is down in our apartment, but there is no one to attend it immediately , we are completely dependent on the internet for our work as we are WFH and TV runs on JiO set top box. This is helpless and hopeless situation for us

    @JioCare @JioCare CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND MY MONEY. This is only because of the experience your area manager - Rakesh & Order booking exe - Pawan gave to me, but not because of the delay. I cannot tolerate people who lie and then don’t respond to calls. In my suggestion- penalise them

    @reliancejio I am regretting signing up for the Jio Business solutions. It has been four days since the wiring of my premise but there is no internet activation till date. Worst customer service where resolution is being promised in 48hrs

    @reliancejio You need to setup support hubs at every localities in order to attend issues on priority basis. Otherwise we again have to go back to our local internet service providers who can attend any issue less than 4 hours

    @JioCare One of the worst customer service by jio. I have sent the problem in dm but no one is there to reply . Very poor service please learn from Airtel how how to resolve the customer issue @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioCare Went 2 Kotkapura, Punjab customer care centre, but the guy was really rude and mannerless. Didn’t help and said stuff like ‘Mera dimaag kharab hai’. Really disappointed that Jio is treating customers this way instead of helping sincerely
