    When @PMOIndia requesting to stay home and work from home, all the service provider has reduced the internet speed. People started coming out from home as they are not able to access and keep themselves engaged on internet. @ashokgehlot51 @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    Final hrs bfr Aug 25. @JioCare has failed to arrange either the device pickup or the relocation, while repeatedly promising "management escalation." Since U can’t deliver the paid service within the agreed availability, initiate my full pro-rata REFUND today. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @Misthi_yadavv @JioCare 15+ years of Trust here But using it forcibly Mostly uses Hotspot wifi at Office or home Hardly used Jio network while in public transport for home to office to home But don't have trust on others as well What do I do?

    @JioCare Unhelpful resolution is being provided which is of no use at all. If I wanted to talk to a bot, i would have (and have been) contacting the so called chat support in the application

    @reliancejio I paid for JioAirFiber and a technician visited my home for installation. He confirmed that installation was not possible due to signal and connection feasibility issues. I immediately requested cancellation and a refund. Despite this, my refund is still pending. Your local executive is now saying that I will only receive a voucher instead of my money. I do not accept a voucher and want the amount refunded to my original payment method. More concerning, my Jio order status shows Installation and Activation completed even though the service was never installed at my home. I have raised this with the local executive and his manager but received no proper response. Please investigate this issue and process my refund urgently.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber issue remains unresolved despite repeated complaints. Your promised ₹15,834 voucher is still pending even after the deadline. This prolonged delay and inconsistent responses are unacceptable. Please escalate and resolve this immediately.

    @reliancejio Your internet isn't working at all; I feel like I made a mistake by porting my SIM card to your company, Jio. Just remember, you aren't giving me free internet. We're paying you for it and you don't value our money Your service is very useless 😡😡
