    When @PMOIndia requesting to stay home and work from home, all the service provider has reduced the internet speed. People started coming out from home as they are not able to access and keep themselves engaged on internet. @ashokgehlot51 @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare do you really want to solve my issues or just u are replying randomly. With this experience what I can say is I will never recommend anyone Jio, better to use local internet or Airtel.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear @JioCare, After multiple tweets, I finally received a call and an email from your team. I paid the advance amount for the set-top box and, as instructed, even completed the payment to the third-party UPI ID shared by your executive. The payment is successful. After that, your executive Tejas called again, asked me to contact him, and then disappeared. Since then, there has been no update on when the set-top box will be installed. Now everything is crystal clear—the issue has been resolved and the payment has already been made. The only confusion left is that your records show only one set-top box, whereas from day one, two set-top boxes were running on my connection. If your policy now allows only one set-top box on this connection, then please provide the additional connection as required. But first, kindly install the set-top box without any further delay. Please resolve this at the earliest.

    @JioCare today is the second day my jio internet has not started no engineer visi, last month also was the same story internet stops for 3/4 days jio care solve this problem once n for all stopped harassing common people
