    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Service request ID : SR00002LBIIC Service request ID 2 : SR000036WRUD Initially they said its due to low voltage issue at the Pole, later issue with the modem and now again back to pole. Escalated multiple times and no solution yet. (2/4)

    @JioCare @reliancejio facing frequent disconnections daily from last 12 days. No engineer resolves the issue, only visit when internet is working and force to close the ticket. Terrible service

    @JioCare But you have given the same system generated message? I know all that stuff already after discussing with you ai chatbot? Your helplines are useless because its just ai, does it take 7 days to fix internet?
