    When @PMOIndia requesting to stay home and work from home, all the service provider has reduced the internet speed. People started coming out from home as they are not able to access and keep themselves engaged on internet. @ashokgehlot51 @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    @JioCare @JioCare is a perfect case of how despite multiple options, there is no way to ensure human intervention when needed. The support email leads to dead links. Automated help services have no resolution. The brand takes money through MyJio app & fails to provide services. Alarming.

    Whenever I submit the form on @JioCare 5G network, I fall into one or the other error as displayed in the images. When I tried the same form submit on Airtel network, it just worked - even when the network was slow - 4G. The only reason I am using these networks as my primary ISP network is down 🙁

    @reliancejio I am facing serious issues with Jio 5G network in my area. The 5G signal and internet speed are not working properly. Please check the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Please look into this issue and provide a proper solution.

    @JioCare Vikita, pls make sure this issue to be resolved ASAP even if rather complete refund they can take a cut 10-20% if required I need this issue to be settled today or by these weekend no matter what

    @JioCare There is no error message. The problem is NO NETWORK SIGNAL inside my house. Details: 1) Error message: None. Phone shows "No Service" / "Emergency Calls Only" on Ground Floor 2) Websites/App: All apps - WhatsApp, YouTube, Calls. Nothing works because there is no network.

    @reliancejio JioFiber customer service is absolutely terrible. My connection keeps having issues, and engineers either don’t show up or don’t answer calls. Yesterday, the engineer ignored 15–20 calls. Customer care promised a priority fix, but instead booked me for August 10.
