    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    When @PMOIndia requesting to stay home and work from home, all the service provider has reduced the internet speed. People started coming out from home as they are not able to access and keep themselves engaged on internet. @ashokgehlot51 @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

    @reliancejio @JioCare in our location jio net speed is very poor. And when electricity supply cuts the network of jio is also gone. Location:- 271403 Tarabganj Market Gonda Uttrapradesh Please kindly resolve the problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had to recharge 575 which I will not be using to activate IR, really sad about this. I hope the service will not go away tomorrow. People are suggesting to port to @airtelindia for better customer service and IR service and I think I will consider it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio still this is not resolved.. One thing am not able to get, when I ask for new fiber connection next day, everything gets done... I have struggling with this issue SR00001CXLP2 for past 4 days & prior to that 2 days . nobody cares... Pls cancel and refund
