    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My internet connection is frequently down, speeds are very slow, and despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. This is seriously affecting my work and daily activities. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare Your customer care is useless even if connected. Now its not even connecting. You sold me a jio set top box and now it only displays an error "You are connected to non jio network" despite using jio fiber network. Can you send a technician to resolve this ?
