    @JioCare I paid for 30 days and I should get the service what iam paid for. If internet is not working for 5 days how come there is no payback or extension from Jio . What this is called isn't it cheating?

    @DoT_India @JioCare And asked for cancelled cheque through email which i did and again waited for 14 days(i.e 5th March) .After having cancelled cheque again you are saying bank details is not matching. during this period you gave me various service request number few of these

    @reliancejio it's been 5 days that I raised a relocation request and non of them have visited my place for installation. Have called the customer care around 10times till now and still no proper resolution. The waste customer support i have seen ever.
