    @reliancejio I was told your representative will meet me 1-2pm today for new jio SIM but he called me @ 6:40pm and told he will be here in 15 min and after waiting half an hour got sms 'Sorry your jioExpress request has been cancelled due to customer not available/reachable.

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet speed of Jio 4g in Shalkati area, even in Shalkati High school is 0.0 kb - 1kb/ps. Is that not a mockery of 4g service and injustice to the users of of Jio out here? Tariffs keep increasing, services keep degrading to the bottom level.

    @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio In case of airtel the network signal is low so that can be excused but what to say about jio, despite of having good network connection the average speed is less than 100kBps is that a 4G connection i am paying for

    @JioCare Never expected such a ignorance from you. I was trying hard to speak to a customer care representative but unable to. Jio store near by asked me to contact customer care and there is no number that could connect me to a specialist. Please contact me at the earliest.
