    @JioCare You will do nothing. For new connections we get an instant call. For existing customer, yall would prefer if they die in hell begging for a fix.

    @JioCare If problem s not there then why 2-3 times visit has been schedule? Sitting in an office how can you say that I have not face any problem. One of your team member has given in written that we will rebate once issue fixed have done homework? have you checked older message?

    @reliancejio fiber internet is down for a week and nobody seems to care. Tried reaching out to @JioCare for support but all they want me to do is wait till the end of the day. The tech asks me to share my jio login details or he won't work on my request. Jio support is a joke.

    @JioCare Why same repeated, irrelevant replies 14th time 2day that too without going through my matter. Why don’t you inform that who has to handle issue of abusing by your 2 callers Rakesh & Neha of Prayagraj but instead of informing it you are asking for already available informations.

    @JioCare Frequent outages in our area have become unbearable, and there seems to be no effort from your team to resolve the issue. Such lack of concern for customer satisfaction leaves us with no option but to consider switching to a more reliable service provider. #PoorService @JioCare
