    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @AmbaniTina jio speed is pathetic as 2G. Jio bring revolution in indian telecom sector, but now it is very sad to operate. Plz resolve speed issues in Gohana.

    @JioCare Harshit, any update on SR00003BM2X1 I know you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

    @JioCare and @reliancejio i have applied for jio air fibre connection on 17 july 2026 and paid 2221 but till today i have not get connection. Also your service engineers is not picking up phone. This is what public gets when it is duopoly. @TRAI

    @reliancejio From last 3 days, internet is down and no one is doing anything.. first provide good service to people living in normal place ..there is no customer care to raise complaint

    @reliancejio @JioCare your service is too bad at Sharjapura. Azimpremji University, Benglore. From last 15 days I am facing network issue. LTE+ is what I am getting instead of 5G. All students came from all states and seniors told us to port sims in others.
