Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @AmbaniTina jio speed is pathetic as 2G. Jio bring revolution in indian telecom sector, but now it is very sad to operate. Plz resolve speed issues in Gohana.

@JioCare requested relocation in the same area. customer-care informed not possible jiofiber not available in the said building. applied new jio fiber connection for the same building local engineer informed new connection in half an hour. Is this not taking a customer for a ride

@ragul_vjfan Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

@JioCare When that is the question ?? You don't have fix date and time. They should have visited yesterday ( first 11am and then 5pm). Many times it happened. Are you getting what I am saying?

Getting terrible experience @reliancejio ..... using Jio since last couple of days.....but internet speed is too less..... even can't load twitter feeds. I have to wait 3 months to port it ... it's literally unusable. Please solve the issue ASAP

@JioCare But before 8th July, network was good. After 8th july, No issue of Signal in mobile. Only internet is down and all users are facing same issue. Pls depute someone from Jio team to visit at our area so that actual problem can be find out and resolve immediately.
