@reliancejio When Jio doesn't work, it can take us back to the age of 2G. Pathetic on those days when it just refuses to connect. Please work on this & provide good 4G experience before plunging to 5G.

Raising a complaint against @reliancejio I'm user of @reliancejio more than 2 years but same issue they didn't focusing on that from starting, after the time of evening we're Getting very slow internet connectivity, even sending a message on whatsapp becomes very tough on jio 4G

@reliancejio I have been tweeting continuously but in vain, as the network problem in my area hasn't been solved. The speed is not 4G but close to 2G. I'm seriously considering porting. Hope you understand and take solid measures rather than DMing me and saying speed is fine.

@reliancejio when i complained for poor network in my area. They said its congestion due to multiple users using net . Conclusion i should ask other members of family to switch to other networks for better service..
