    @JioCare Your expected time for restoration of service is extended by another day. So I want to discontinue the subscription to the jio fiber connection which I no longer needed. Refund the security money and collect your equipment etc. asap.

    @JioCare I'm getting 4-5 OTPs per minute after this and have received more than 50 OTPs in past 1 hour. This is insanely incompetent and undignified behaviour from your customer care executive. Kindly ensure strictest possible action. Ready with my cyber complaint too

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor experience at Jio Store, Kavandapadi (Erode). A senior citizen visited the store for a lost SIM replacement and even after 3 days the issue is still not resolved. Staff behaviour was rude and the process was not explained properly.

    Complete downtime on #JioFiber. Customer care voice calls fail & app forces a 2-day wait for an engineer. Unacceptable. @JioCare please expedite! Since I pay for daily service, my billing validity must be extended for this downtime.
