    @JioCare What the hell you are talking about? From past 1 month your team is checking on this and how many more days do a customer has to wait for assistance without broadband connection? Refund the amount rather than telling fake stories. #FraudJioSupport

    @JioCare Very poor customer service last 10 days I am following like anything to get device picked up but failed in all aspects. Such a POOR SERVICE from reputed company unbelievable. It is better to opt Airtel or Vodafone at least they do have great service. SR - SR00001FM70U

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service 🤮🤮 VI, Airtel, even BSNL is better than you guys. First of all improve your 4G services then think about 5G!!
