@reliancejio @JioChat worst customer service I have every encountered. Was chatting with a jio chat agent and waiting patiently for 20 minutes only for them to disconnect the chat. What a waste of time. I was better off with @Vodaphone4

@reliancejio Why the hell is there a 15sec+ plan expiry warning before the call connection? This is a huge inconvenience, especially during an emergency. I could be calling an ambulance service and that 15sec could matter a lot. Notifying @TRAI

@JioCare @reliancejio feeling cheated. After renewal at higher cost the Hotstar not working. 4 calls to customer care number no help. Misguided to call 199 to avoid IVR but same. Who all got cheated by jio?

@JioCare Connection is down since 12:30 on Friday, I raised the service request on Friday 5:46pm, got a SMS that next day afternoon it will be serviced even though your app while selecting gave an option for 7pm on Friday itself. Then it says will be solved in 24hrs from when raised.

@JioCare @JioCare Problem still not resolved and SIM not activated yet. Not expected this type of service from JIO My Sim is in inactive since last 17 days. Kindly let's me know how to go back in BSNL. It is my final request for activation.
