    @Satinderjit2778 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi Team Jio, Am a Postpaid customer of jio having a plan of 999 so in that I have added two number as my child number to both the number I am unable to add the data have also lock the complaint around one week now but no solution has been offered .

    @JioMart_Support Hope at least this a TRUE PROMISE unlike past when they fooled/cheated the customer shamelessly. Think you have employed wrong inefficient people. Please ask HR DEPT to terminate such people. Thanks. Further REFUND SHOULD BE AUTOMATIC. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio Fibre is the worst internet connection and worst then that is your service. Nobody is ever available to provide resolution. Will have to look for an alternative.

    @JioCare Even after repeated complaints , complaint not resolved after more than 5 days. Net not working , red light blinking ,

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I am unable to make calls to anyone. Whenever I try to call, it ends with "Call Ended" message. People cannot call me as well. Tried switching off and on the device several times. Even formatted it. As I cannot call, couldn't reach you as well. HELP!
