Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @AmbaniTina jio speed is pathetic as 2G. Jio bring revolution in indian telecom sector, but now it is very sad to operate. Plz resolve speed issues in Gohana.

@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI We are facing lots of issues related network and data speed, i was previously Tweet jio, they ask my address all things i do but no improvement after 12 days. We paid exact amount the company wants but they did not provide their service at all.

@Airtel_Presence Thank you! Your service isn't the best here but definitely better than Voda and @reliancejio so you're the last resort. Just an example why monopoly is bad thing for a vast country like India. Internet and calling facilities here were better in 2G era, it's worse now.

@Jogi8891 @reliancejio Worst service,worst customer care! I don't remember ever getting this pissed. I just recharged my JioFibre plan & it seems they can't activate this at the back end. What if I lose my registered number? Will they never activate it & I lose my money?! Absolute nonsense. @JioFibre

@Airtel_Presence Since Airtel wants to move towards 0 complaints, the least you can do is not charge customers for 30 days when the internet is down 5 days in a month at least. It's unethical. And dangerous. @reliancejio is laying cables in our estate next week. So ..

@JioCare My order no for installing jiofiber is NO0000FOXJZW. It's been more than 20 days since I raised this request and paid Rs 2500 for the settop box but I see nothing happening from your end. Almost every other day I receive SMS saying the support engineers will visit today.
