    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @AmbaniTina jio speed is pathetic as 2G. Jio bring revolution in indian telecom sector, but now it is very sad to operate. Plz resolve speed issues in Gohana.

    @JioCare hello, need your action @JioCare. My internet was down from the 12th of May, I raised multiple complaints and finally decided to cancel the service on the 17th of May, and your customer services team said they will pick up the router, to this day no one came1/1

    @JioCare I am aware of that, but my question is when this was supposed to be done earlier why hasn't the service been provided yet? also, I never ever rescheduled it, how the hell it can happen by itself? Either you guys get the installation done today or process my refund

    @reliancejio @JioCare As per your words the 14 working days period is over but my refund is not credited and i have't receive any mail regarding for refund and when i share the details only system generated mail is come instead of support team mail 😡🤬

    @JioCare No 1 understand the concerns of customer. We R matter of interest only till we buy the service, post that we have 2 suffer & there is no proper channel of escalation. Engineer denied coming being very close 2 my house despite I requested so much. My prepaid money is getting waste
