@JioCare It shouldn't take this long. While you provide a specific time slot every single day, the engineer never actually shows up. Even today, you assigned a time slot between 4 PM and 5 PM; yet, there was neither any response nor a visit from the engineer. (2/3)

@JioCare For past 6 hours we are facing internet issue in our area, and I am not able to schedule an engineer visit before 02/05/2026. In a metro city , this is not acceptable 2 days without internet. Previously same problem occurred, planning to switch to airtel if not resolved

@JioCare Issue is finally resolved after 3.5 days, but compensation for downtime is being denied. On a recorded call yesterday, your associate confirmed waiver would be provided. Now I’m being told it’s not possible. Please review call records and process the waiver.

@JioCare Hi @JioCare, I already raised relocation request (SR000033UJZ1) earlier and followed all steps. It was cancelled without resolving—no engineer visit, no action. Why should I raise a new request again? fix my original issue. Stop repeating instructions and provide resolution.

Jio network has been down at my home for the last 7-8 days. Customer care is inaccessible. Ivr menu doesn't connect me to anyone. Just says your request is registered. No technicians are coming either to check the connection. Very poor service. @JioCare
