  @suganthprasad Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio

  @JioCare Surya, who took the order. Doesn’t attend my calls anymore. Dominic Alex, installation person. His incharge who simply wouldn’t lift the phone, Jagan Kumar. Their phone numbers sent in dm. Looking for a quick solution to get the installation done asap. What can be done now ?

  @JioCare 1. Jio SIM should be in SIM slot 1 (in case you are using a dual SIM handset) 2. Check if the network mode is set to 4G or LTE (not applicable for iPhones and JioPhones) 3. Data roaming should be enabled 4. Data and voice should be routed through Jio SIM I've gone through this.

  @JioCare Jio Fiber not working since Sunday evening. Have called customer care umpteen no of times. No technician has visited to resolve the problem. It's getting rescheduled again and again. This is pathetic from jio who is not concerned about its customers
