    @JioCare complaint no-SR000035WNX3 hasn't been able to use internet since 48 hrs also the technician has put the complaint on hold without work completion,neither jio coustomer care is helping nor anyone else very poor service..

    Paid ₹999 to watch live cricket on JioHotstar. Result after 2 days? No subscription, no match access, no resolution, and now not even a reply from @JioCare At this point, even buffering gives faster responses than your customer support. Peak scam behaviour. 🤔

    @JioCare @reliancejio The network coverage at Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ), Ranchi, Jharkhand is extremely poor. Most of the time there is either a very weak signal or no network at all. Calls drop frequently, internet barely works, and students/staff are facing issues

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber is literally **** , no one to even handle customer compliants whenever call they just say we will do smth and they do **** take some accountability and fix these issues we all in our area are facing troubles and now its js high time

    @JioCare Worst service provider in india My stb is not working and Technician Asking money for adaptor Still shameless these people don't do anything I also raised the complaint in NCH And if the issue is not resolved be ready for legal notice
