@JioCare service request number SR00001CHBD7. Connection is off since 15. JULY 2022 though renewed on 14th July 2022. 14 Hopeless Days still counting ! I was first to connect Jio in my appt building. What a callous attitude.

@JioCare - my wire is being cut off from the road every month. your service team head of kolkata - Abhishek Banerjee has said that he cannot do anything about it unless I take 1 more connection, he will not put a box in my house. I have 3 connections already. WHY DONT YOU DO HELP

@JioCare It has been more than 5 days. Visit has been scheduled more than 5 times now and no one visited to resolve the issue. If it is not getting resolved today I do not want to continue with Jio fibre.
