    @JioCare You just have to send a technician to visit my place to fix this issue. I don’t understand what you mean when you say that we are working on it. And I have raised this issue today morning at around 10 am and still you haven’t sent a technician.

    @JioCare I have opted for prepaid to postpaid jio fiber, You didn't deliver STB on time as per appointment. Rescheduled twice. Now how to cancel prepaid to postpaid migration. Very poor response, waiting from 2 sep. I have found out the isssue and reason for disconnect.

    @JioCare I have shared all details twice in this month. You just sleep and I will leave all three jio connectuons very soon via MNP. Customer grievance is just a joke for u. I have never observed such cheap customer service.

    @JioCare Grateful for your concern. Unfortunately your concern alone does not solve my problem. These are last mile connection issues where the service rendered is POOREST.
