  @JioCare Dear sir/madam   I had port my Airtel number in jio on 6/1/2022 from Rohini jio store sector 5 , Delhi -110085.  After completing the porting process i have done payment from paytm app and payment was successful from my end but there was some server issue in jio network

  @JioCare the extension of validity is for what so the two days given extension is for only for time and we have to recharge in between this validity! My validity will expire tomorrow and call have been disconnected customer service saying 48hrs to get resolved what pathetic..

  @reliancejio I have booked a Jio fibre connection vide order no NO0000KE1ECJ on 10 feb but installation not take place. No one contact me for installation,tried to contact the support no but no use. This is highly disappointing. Plz arrange the installation asap.

  @JioCare This is such an inconvenience during working hours, pls consider this issue seriously and sort out why network behaves like this with VPN connections. If this continues, I won't be able to trust jio as my WFH network moving on and I might've to switch over to other ISP.
