    @JioCare @JioCare How difficult is it to change a delivery agent and provide a sim Ordered on 22nd and its 26th now. No details received yet on my alternate no. Better cancel and get a refund. ORN:NO00015DIHXR.Regretting trusting jio don’t say 48hr delivery then. Airtel delivers sameday

    @JioCare Why till now didn't get the call back within 30 days even if your timeline was within 7 working days? If you're not able to provide services on time please refund payment within 2 days in the same payment method. I will go to another service provider.

    No app use no any background updat on no backup is there still how data can be consumed in jio network after calling to customer care support they are saying it's the fault of your mobile phone i can't do anything do whatever you want to do , @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani
