    @reliancejio Jio network is very poor in my room (Belgaria, Dhanbad, jharakhand -828201)and broadband service is bad .long time I will try for high speed internet connection but No body have to solution of my problem.

    Hey @reliancejio do you ever work in Dhanbad. I am working from home and the speed is mashallah. Even invested in stupid #jiofi that takes forever to upload stuff. Tell me how to return this and get a refund. Will get something that actually works here from that amount.

    Switch to Airtel. It will be far better than jio. Worst service ever. Yaha ka jo jio operate krta hai uska lyt ktne k bad ntwrk full gayab ho jata h. Hm pehle v complain kiye h bt no response from jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @Airtel_Presence I have done a bit of troubleshooting from my end as well.Why not insert @reliancejio sim in the same handset and see how it works?You know what, it did wonders to the network.

    @JioCare Jio service is pathetic. Signal strength is very poor. Internet speed is pretty slow. Issue is still not resolved after multiple complaints. I have taken 1 year plan and not able to use internet. MN-9455337000

    @TRAI I accidentally made a recharge on an incorrect number instead of my @reliancejio landline. I asked JIO to reverse the transation. They refused. I asked for a bill of my transaction. They refused that too. It is illegal to take money from me and not give me a bill! Help!

    @reliancejio your network in my area Balasore Odisha is very slow and I have already complaint 1000 time within 2 years and not solve still now. Internet is very slow. Airtel and BSNL 3g is better than jio . I think next few years Airtel become king of internet.
