    @reliancejio The network signal in my location is strong.. Even though, all the jio users of this location donot get data speed. The max speed goes upto 120kbps.. Facing issue in this location. Complaining frm 6 month.. But still no resolution provided by ur team.. Very poor srvc

    @JioCare here nowadays jio INTERNET is very bad. All time connection get lost. Before it was working very well. It's very bad service. Dont know all of sudden since 1 month INTERNET service is extremely poor. I think I have to take airtel. Location - Asarfi hospital, dhanbad

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's more than a month still my device is not pick up, I complain a lot of time ,won't get any solution I call a lot of time to customer care and won't get solution what the hell is going on please pick your device as much as your possible it's very annoying

    @JioCare numerous appointment of installation of jio fiber and still not done and customer executive just provides new appointment without registering complaints for cancellations of previous ones. Order ID mentioned in the attached files of above tweets.

    Its terrific to that you WFH and you had invested in the BB connection but it generally cuts off and you are without the service and your entire work depends on the service. In my case I have noticed whenever a engineer visited my place he gave a different advice. @JioCare

    Pathetic service! @JioCare. Your customer care executive gave me wrong info and made me pay the bill twice, claiming WiFi would resume in 30 mins after payment. Other executives say it takes 24 hours to restart after paying.

    @JioCare I have already done basic troubleshooting like charging, restarting phone, and changing location. Issue is still the same for last 2 days. Speed is only around 2 Mbps on 5G and videos are not playing properly. Please don’t give generic replies. Kindly check network
