    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup .. Dear all. I got jio fiber installed on sunday and in 5 days I logged 4 complaint about slowness and intermittent drop. Trust me airtel 40Mbps was more stable than Jio 150Mbps.please help to fix and resolve this and this is for whole sector

    @JioCare @JioCare I raised mutiple tickets MR0000XJISU1,SR000015SQEY tickets 1month back for the same issue and posted my issue here as well, but still the issue is not resolved. To resolve a simple issue your team need more than 1month #worstcustomerservice

    @amolgw @JioCare Now all are in same category only difference is that others facing issue during calling also, #jio is better from other for calling. If users are less and network connectivity is best in your area then only you will get maximum speed otherwise worst than 2G.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is the 2nd time I am trying to install Jiofi in my home. They take the charges and the next day they say it cannot be installed even after getting the update from jio that your appointment is scheduled at this time. Pathetic Service.

    Anyone trying to port number to @JioCare @reliancejio , please don't.... They don't help you, they don't call u, they dont give a damn about any trouble plus even after u settle an amount twice, it's never updated on their portal. They won't reply direct messages or tweets too.
