    @JioCare @TRAI I am facing very bad experience regarding my jio fiber . Last year in august 22 your staff Sitesh Kumar from jamshedpur , jharkhand installed jio fiber by promising to give additional 6 coupons .

    @JioCare UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. Unable to port from JIO, no dues still issues

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Update: Visited the office and the manager here told me that it cnnot be fixed get jio fiber and only on rare cases will I get the refund which he can help me with but I wont receive the refund instantly, min time 2.5 months.

    @reliancejio I had applied for an additional set-top box for my number 5223553355 and despite being given a date and time for installation, the request is still pending. I have also tried contacting customer care multiple times, but there has been no response. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
