    @JioCare @TRAI I am facing very bad experience regarding my jio fiber . Last year in august 22 your staff Sitesh Kumar from jamshedpur , jharkhand installed jio fiber by promising to give additional 6 coupons .

    Very disappointed with @JioCare JioFiber is down since morning, affecting my office work. Service visit for SR000035ZOGT was scheduled today (16 May) between 12-1 PM, but got rescheduled to 5-6 PM without my consent. Sitting idle unable to work. Please resolve ASAP.

    Dear @JioCare Sonpeth (431516) is facing repeated network failures every week. Many times there is complete blackout no calls no mobile internet, and even Jio AirFiber stops working for hours. This is affecting the entire city work and emergency communication. Please investigate

    @JioCare @reliancejio One of the worst Experience Ever . I ordered a Sim and it's been more than 48 hrs but Sim Not Delivered. Even I call multiple times to delivery person but he is not responding and no update. Even I complaint multiple times.

    .@JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio AirFiber 100 Mbps plan 5 days ago, but getting only ~15 Mbps speed. Already raised 5 complaints and still no resolution. Extremely poor service experience. Please escalate and resolve permanently.

    Complaint regarding excess charges for the Amazon Lite on my Jio connection 1135599831. I have already purchased the Amazon add-on plan, yet additional charges are still being applied. Kindly remove these excess charges immediately, otherwise surrender my connection @reliancejio

    @JioCare But for the past 1 year I have been using the same name for 4G and 5G bandwidth. I haven't faced this issue ever. This issue I have been facing for the last month .

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request number SR000035SGWH for your JioFixedVoice Number connection having JioFixedVoice Number, we have scheduled an appointment with a Jio service engineer at your premises on 16-May-2026 between 20:00:00 - 21:00:00. To track engineer location.

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets Dont buy #JioFiber, I paid on April 25th and they didn't install till now raised refund request on May 6th after waiting for 11 days and even today till 16th May they have not refunded and just copy paste the same terms like soon, asap, earliest. Very poor service &not reliable
