@JioCare @TRAI I am facing very bad experience regarding my jio fiber . Last year in august 22 your staff Sitesh Kumar from jamshedpur , jharkhand installed jio fiber by promising to give additional 6 coupons .

@JioCare Jio's customer priority is presumed to be escalated since 1 week and this is all talk but no action taken. No one reached us and also your IVR is very bad. There is no way to speak to a customer support agent! I want my money back

@JioCare @reliancejio I had applied for Jio fiber connection transfer 10 days back within the same Pin code and in a building with Jio Fiber users but received a reply after multiple reminders ! Pathetic service, Very dissapointed with the such careless service! No one responds.
