@JioCare @iamuniik Dont upgrade to jio 5g, If you plan to use sim on 5g not supported devices in future. I have upgraded to 5g and now am not able access internet on 4g only device and it gives emergency call only sometimes. And jio customer support is clueless and cant downgrade back #5G

@JioCare Since I got 5G Trial offer, upgraded my phone software and switched to 5G, my calls are continuously dropping and going blank. Sometimes there is zero connectivity. I got frustrated of this. Pls resolve this issue else help me in switching back to 4G. Thank you

@reliancejio Poor customer service experience. Jio fibre not working request raised on 14th Jan rescheduled couple of time to 21st Jan. Engineer visited 17th Jan asked Rs.500 we denied so he had put our service request on hold. Pls resolve asap. @JioCare #CustomerService

@JioCare This was not the first time i have came accross this issue, have faced this on my other devices too. Was in a perfect network zone and using my Internet without any interruption. Looks like have to switch too @airtelindia if such issues affects me more often.
