    1/ @reliancejio @JioCare such a pathetic customer service. I have been trying to take update from your customer care but every time I called they are asking me to wait for 24hrs. It’s been 4 days my internet service is down.

    Thank you @JioCare @reliancejio for your awful service. Had my building jio fibre wire cut by some miscreants. Called up jio service to repair it but the guy who came over informed that the repair might take over a week. This is just pure pathetic service.

    @JioCare I have been waiting for your service engineer to pick up my modem and uninstallation appointment. You have already changed the appointment date two times. Are you serious about your service once you engagement with a customer?

    @listenshahid @JioCare Jio Fibre has worst service. They are looting people. For postpaid connection they take advance payment for 3 months. After 2 months, they say you need to make payment advance for next month. However on bill, date of previous month is mentioned. They are fraud
