@JioCare @TRAI I am facing very bad experience regarding my jio fiber . Last year in august 22 your staff Sitesh Kumar from jamshedpur , jharkhand installed jio fiber by promising to give additional 6 coupons .

@JioCare Worst customer care PPL they disconnected calls and the guy who called me said it is wrongly allocated to him and he called me.he is not right person to pick-up device and he said it's wrongly assigned

@JioCare I applied for sim online but after that i cancelled to buy sim online so i told to agent just cancel but jio agent ask me OTP on call and mistakenly i gave the otp. the agent mobile number 9330904980 plz look into this matter

@JioCare my data is getting exhausted without any usage this has happened again today same problem was their yesterday ani it happens in between 10am to 11am and im not getting any help from your side and I have checked everything data usage and all but their is no such heavy use
