    @JioCare @TRAI I am facing very bad experience regarding my jio fiber . Last year in august 22 your staff Sitesh Kumar from jamshedpur , jharkhand installed jio fiber by promising to give additional 6 coupons .

    @JioCare complaint number: SR00001BFF4G. My Jio fibre router is not working and this has not been resolved for 3 working days, I was not contacted by any service teams and the service manager was not answerable to any calls even after calling multiple times.

    @JioCare worst customer service with no knowledge of their own products and services. My Jio Fiber relocation request visit scheduled two days ago, still your engineers are on the way and your support team so called "JioCare" continuing to repeat the same lines "Sir,please wait"

    @JioCare I was informed that either I'll get refund or extra days due to this continuous outage. If this goes on, I'll have to opt for leaving this jio fiber connection.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's almost 3days ,stil not resolve the problem, why so much negligence.? I mailed, called customer support many times. But no one came .! This is really not appreciatable.!! That's why people choose @ACTFibernet .

    @amisiddarth @JioCare Yeah thinking to PORT to Airtel . The issue is still not fixed by Jio. Will PORT to Airtel definitely by end of this month

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber why did you log another complaint and close the earlier one This is the new service request number SR00001BGUMI. Please open earlier SR no as well. Your FE is not ready to give a new remote and have old remotes. Please replace my settop box with new one.
