    @JioCare i unable to use jio fibre service due to fault in router. I have already done the needful things from my end i.e. switch off & switch on , plugin & plug out. I have already try to contact via toll free number to register complain, but have got unsuccessful.

    @JioCare Jio Gigafiber is not working since yesterday and customer care is facing technical issues too. Could you please look into this and send an engineer to fix the internet connectivity issue ? Fiber ID: 1135603708
