@JioCare @JioInternet Since mrng I have been facing an internet issue. Have raised an SR,The waiting period & scheduled time for a technician is also passed for visit. Reached out to Jio Customer care more than thrice.Have shared the requested details to you. So far no luck.

@JioCare I tried to insert a Jio sim on Jio phone. The sim was previously used in an android phone. But now that i have inserted it in a jio phone, I’m not able to recharge any jio phone plans on that number. Please help
