    @JioCare @jio_fiber @Airtel_Services I have a jiofibre connection installed in sagar M.P , yesterday afternoon I started facing some issues in router, the engineer assigned to me did some random **** it worked for 10 mins and stopped again now he is not responding back.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Customer, We are eager to resolve JioFiber Service Request No. SR00002KXACY for Service ID connection having JioFixedVoice Number +917762358608 and have managed to get an earlier appointment on 06-May-2026 between 22:00:00 - 23:00:00.

    This is negligence now, not just a “temporary issue.” No stable network, no proper support, and no accountability even after repeated complaints. Still charging customers full recharge amounts for broken service. NCH Complaint No: 9269047 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare AirFiber data is exhausted in just 10 days and top up made exhausted in another 10 days and now internet not working again. Customer service is horrible to reach. Office work is impacted. Very Bad experience with Jio AirFiber.

    It's Been 3 Years , Listening same thing from @reliancejio That they are working in my Area and Network will be Fix without 2 month. Because of Heavy rains and storm the Network connection lost completely in my Area , Baishakhwa , 845307. Fix it Asap @JioCare

    5 days without internet and still no proper response from @JioCare . Repeated complaints, no resolution, no updates, no accountability. Extremely disappointed with the service. Please resolve this issue immediately. #JioFiber #PoorService #InternetDown

    @JioCare - JioFiber is literally giving tough time. Had multiple engineer visits, unfortunately no one was able to resolve the issue.

    @JioCare A 'future date' is not a solution after 25 days of delay and 6 fraudulently closed tickets. Give me the exact date and time for the technician visit. I have heard 'in progress' and 'assigned' before, only for the tickets to be closed without a call. @TRAI @consumercourtin (1/2)
