@reliancejio Jio is the worst ... I advise all to please switch to Airtel if you want a better network and more important knowledgeable customer care ... Jio customer care on live chat where unable to solve my 5G query and they just disappeared when they dont have answer

@JioCare second, I converted recently from postpaid to prepaid. So, at a time of postpaid connection i paid some money. So, now i m a prepaid customer. so, i want my money back.

@JioCare Good Evening Sir Very proud that Jio launch 5G service in India, but you don't forget your poor 4G customers, I am residing in Kolkata 700100 and your service day getting worse day by day, I talked to customer care several times but got nothing other than assurance
