  @JioCare Sukhmeet, any update on SR00003BM2X1 you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months SR were created but no resolution no refund it's adding more stress on the top of my existing for it terminated fiber🙏

  @JioCare No update yet and nothing has bee done only bill payment reminder is bekng send. Did you all have any kind of shame before asking for payment without service but you continuously taking money without service. Ambani should be shameful to loot country people like this.

  @JioCare Again, one of the bad experiences with Jio. I tried to book Jio Fiber because in my area there is no other provider. Again, a Jio officer came to my home. I paid ₹2221.46, but he didn't show up for the next month. Then he canceled the Jio Fiber. waiting for my refund

  @JioCare @reliancejio I have not yet received the 349 rs that I paid for the sim in June 23 or 24th that never arrived. While I cancelled the request via your team and they said it will be refunded n yet still I am yet to get that money back

  @JioCare I'm facing a network error where I'm unable to use the internet on 5g even though I have an active 5g plan which covers unlimited 5g data usage. Secondly it runs on 4g and even on 4g unable to do a single google search
