@reliancejio Really trusted Jio and took postpaid plan. Now I am getting punished by Jio itself and its making me wrong to take decision to becoming the Jio coustmer. (SR00001476TC) this my complaint number. I don't know on what basis you claim that Jio is 5th strongest network.

@dineshcrazy9 @JioCare I swear! Their customer service is the worst of all.! My wifi is not working since 4days. I raised a request and they said an engineer would come visit my place. I get standard reply. Sorry for the inconveniences caused. Our engineer will visit you shortly. JIO IS THE WORST.

@JioCare It has been 45 days since I have placed a request for new connection. Payment was done on day 1. No response from support team on installation.Really disappointed with the customer service. @reliancejio
