    @reliancejio We walked out to the nearest Jio relationship center on 9th,10th,11th March 2023 for Lost Jio sim replacement.All attempts were failed. Customer's eKYC failed Everywhere due to low fingerprint quality.We don't need the sim card.Mass exit from Jio is the only Resolution.

    @reliancejio @jagograhakjago @ANI Why are you claiming Jio 5G while a single call is not connecting in the 5G network. Both outgoing and incoming calls are not connecting in 5G. Your 4G network is far better than 5G. Please don't claim true 5G.

    @reliancejio True 5g is very unstable at our locality, plz check the signals are weak and call always drop.

    @TRAI There is big issue with @JioCare They have deactivated my number 6363386948 and they are not reactivating it and just giving me hopef. Kindly take some action.

    @sanjithak @anny_arun @reliancejio I didn't check with Customer care, but it seems like that does work. I can confirm my network improved after turning off 5G and WiFi calling. 5G doesn't seem to be of the required quality in spite of lighting rollout. WiFi calling just makes my calls blank.

    @JioCare @reliancejio kindly check your internet connection and network latency as I'm facing a repeated call drop, network failure and very slow speed of internet from last 2 days even called and informed your customer service executive still no resolution is provided.
