@JioCare I have contacted jio support almost 100 times but could not get permanent fix to my internet connection issue in my area-pin code-227809 I request to scale the required devices to improve the connection. I used to get exactly same response, issue is due to more users.

@reliancejio @JioCare what's the point in raising a service request and booking a slot if it is not followed up. On top of of it it has been over 24 hours no update /calls on the request raised.

@JioCare care to fix a customer's problem or just rebooting the device the only solution? Frquent disconnections and fluctuating wifi range is not expected from Jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio You are hust assuring yhat idsue will be fixed but there is no resolution yet. Its been 4 days now my internet is not working. Tired of following up from different means. Please priortize this if possible. Don't make your customers helpless 🥴

Had one of the worst service while installation. Out of all odds and advice. Still went for @ACTFibernet . I am into **** without internet connection. They won't solve my issue. Wish went with reliable @airtelindia or @reliancejio

@JioCare Loyal Jiofiber customer in Mumbai for 2 years. Unable to shift our connection to new home since >2 weeks. Stuck in an endless loop of your backend IT system. No one is able to resolve after hours of follow up. Pl. Help ASAP. Else sadly will have to disconnect JIO
