@JioCare I paid for 2 connections on 20th Dec and on 22nd your executive came and just handed over me the box and updated as the connection is installed. Since then I am getting a runaround no refund no connection This is fraud...I will file a complaint

@JioCare I taken a jiofiber connection (022-35643334) 8 months back in Mumbai but i shifted back to Bangalore but when I called Jio Care to cancel my connection my request was not taken even after telling that I have taken a new connection. <1>

Dear @reliancejio , at my current location (came recently) JioFi device gives proper internet speed. But in our phones, internet speed is pathetic. Is there any settings needs to be updated? Last year when we were here, no issues observed.

@reliancejio I was talking to some Mr Krishna Saha for getting my JIO number transferred to e Sim service. You just sent a video link and told me to follow the instructions in video. When I insisted on explaining the process over phone, he categorically denied.
