    @JioCare Team , I am using Air fiber [ +911492796294 ] since three yrs. last one week facing internet issue still not resolved . There is not from local jio office even online raised closed with any technician visit. Plz fix the issue and restore services @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare your Navi Mumbai Area Manager- Mr. Ashutosh has been extremely unhelpful Engineer informed us yesterday and today that he is supposed to put an email and the engineer even gave us a ticket number- BIM98118025 But still no freaking solution You are USELESS @JioCare

    I face last 10 day jio fibre problem and i call approx 100 time customer care but he now resolved my problem I suggest everyone please don’t use jio company sim and fibre because you face lots of problem @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI pathetic network despite many complaints. All complaint ends in "problem resolved" without any solution. Poor network, worst internet speed

    @JioCare Vikita, pls make sure this issue to be resolved ASAP even if rather complete refund they can take a cut 10-20% if required I need this issue to be settled today or by these weekend no matter what

    @JioCare Have responded to your DM. Looks like Jio does not verify customer e-mail ID and blindly sends emails to unknown email IDs. As I have not raised any service request. Neither does the app show any requests. So who raised it? For what number.
