  Having horrible experience with jio fiber service’s. They are mentioning some attractive offers before recharge once we do recharge then they are passing nonsense term and conditions for the 2nd time…. Better switch to other plans …. @reliancejio @OfficialJioTV @JioFiberVoice

  @JioCare from the past 1 year I have been experiencing terrible internet speeds in Vijay Nagar, Indore(MP). I’ve complained thrice to the customer service and every time they said they were aware of the issue in my area and were trying to fix it.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare no semblance of support in past 4 days, believe you don't respect customer LTV or brand equity. High churn is not sustainable which is only recourse for consumers. Service in capital Jaipur speaks volumes abt ur lofty claims elsewhere.

  @JioCare @reliancegroup @_MukeshAmbani Extreme frustration in service. No proper response and solution since 1st Aug. Ambani speaks abt digitial india and when fiber is not working and is taking 2 months of time , Think abt extreme frustration.
