@JioCare I think you all from last 3 month search issue.. Where is problem but till date you not fix about that. You all are fake and lier with customer about giving services. You always reply same. I think Reliance Jio is very false commitment company.

@JioCare Just to send sms, we have to recharge a bigger plan & cant use top-up money also to send sms. Its really great service plans you have. I recharged for 98 plan & top-up also. But now i have to recharge 129 again and activate it immediately to use sms service & loose 100RS

@JioCare trying to get a engineer for fibre wire cut issue since 48hrs. False promises on slots for by 6 customer care people on when service person will come . my Jio landline number +91-2235608406. Disappointed with this service in WFH times
