    @JioFiber My connection has been down for 12 days. Sent 4 emails, called customer care 12+ times, and escalated to the appellate team 3 times. Not a single call from a service engineer. Completely unacceptable. Worst customer service experience ever. #JioFiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your team(@JioCare ) is refusing to even register my official complaint and is just delaying the matter. If my complaint is not registered immediately and the internet issue isn't fixed, I will escalate this directly to the Government's CPGRAM Portal. Fix this immediately! (2/2)

    @JioCare Nobody is assisting in getting JioFiber connection, no request id generated no one calling and nobody can be reached out to by customer care numbers. Want the connection urgently, is there someway this can be helped @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare I’m on a 30 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but getting only 5–14 Mbps in the morning, 2–10 Mbps in the afternoon, and just 500 Kbps–4 Mbps from 6 PM–10 PM. The issue is worst during peak hours. Please fix this network issue ASAP.
