    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service internet not working and since last 3 days doing complaint on the toll free number. Still no resolution. Everytime updates a new complaint number, still no resolution.

    @JioCare the customer card is good for nothing. Wifi is not working since 3 days and all i get yo hear is "we also have the same information as you so please wait".

    @JioCare Fiber connection down for more than 4 days. Customer care not taking any complaint nor giving any timeline to resolve. The excuse is it's a known problem in your area so we can't take any complaint. Wow-what a service!! And you can't talk to any concerned person as well
