    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing bad internet connectivity from past 15 days I had complaint many times but the response was same it was due to over traffic on network it was a kind of temprary issue But i think it's permanent Very dissapointed

    @JioCare Data be consumed at a much higher pace in jio fibre. Is there something wrong with jio consumption rate? Can consumer opt into higher plan like gold plan if i have already paid annual amount for silver plan. I need to upgrade! Help jio

    @reliancejio I am customer of Jio Prepaid, and waiting for Jio Giga fiber, the poles for cables have been installed six months ago but cabling not done yet, hope it will be done soon, 2 connections are required.

    @JioCare Just to know information that this is the third request I’m raising in last one month considering the promises done by the representative that the DP will be installed in 3 days If jio is not serving in metros how can one think of getting service in tier 2 & 3 cities ?
