So if u go to @JioCare outlet and tell them u r hving a issue for cpl of hours on connectivity and if they wud contact the company , they teach u how it is not Thier job and your phone settings hve a issue...good going #jio

@JioCare I received my complaint has been attended. It is false claim . Still net is down. Please try to maintain trust in your brand . I am feeling helpless and want to shift to original service provider Airtel.

@JioCare we call the 198 no for complaints/issues & not to hear our postpaid usage, data balance, validity etc. We have the Jio app for that! Either tell us how to skip this unwanted time consuming IVR or pls stop it from your end! It is frustrating to hear that all the time!

Pissed over the fact that @reliancejio doesn't allow unlocking JioFi modem. Airtel & Vi have been following global standards and allowed unlocking of their devices to use any sim card. If I have paid for a device, it belongs to me, I should be able to do whatever I want. **** Jio

Impressed with the @reliancejio after support had a fiber cut (our building guys accidentally cut the fiber to my flat while doing some repairs) raised a complaint in the late evening. Next day afternoon Jio guys came and replaced the cut Fiber, Happy it was resolved so quickly.
