Me and other @idea customers are facing issues in terms of network for many days and @idea has not bothered to fix this yet. You will be trapped. Dont buy.

@VodafoneIN is so damn quick. Just placed and order to port from @JioCare yesterday and the Vodafone guy is coming to my home address with the SIM and for verification in less than 24hrs. Also, Jio called yesterday to ask Why I'm porting, but the call dropped 😂

What for is these customer service for Jio provided.Since 10 days my sim is not working.And twice filled complains no response.For calling any customer support it takes 5 minutes and after that they will say we wil update you about complain and no response @JioCare @reliancejio

@Airtel_Presence is not even competing with @reliancejio. I am loyal customer entirely on Airtel Network. I am trying to get a vfibre connection for over a year now but somehow they can't provide me the connection. Now eventually I'll shift to #JioFiber as I don't have an option.

@shriyasahuss I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
