    @JioCare installed new Jio Fibre connections just 2 days back and its down since morning. The engg is supposed 2 come 2 check late afternoon. Not so pleased with the service and support.

    @JioCare There was never permission required. I’m the owner and all requirements were in place. Don’t need the connection. Please process the refund asap

    @JioCare @cschaturvedi06 Seriously, all of u r the same. JioFiber has defrauded me. I got a 1gbps prepaid on Oct 20th. Service hasn’t been over 25% speed advertised for download & 10% for upload. Besides service was down for 5/6 days. And all complaints are replied by Bots, no real customer care at all.

    @airtelindia @VodafoneGroup @reliancejio I have 3 Airtel Sim in 3 small phone (2G) , all 3 phone incoming is not working, and andrid 4G phone sim is working, Airtel team kindly look in to this, other wise will port my Airtel number.

    @JioCare if that was the case how did they give my building a connection ? They fix their own times as I keep getting messages of timing which I have not requested still they don't turn up this is possibly yhe worse service I have seen and I have a good mind of not renewing the same

    @JioCare JioFiber service stopped working recently. The customer care agent told us it was an issue of a faulty adapter and further told US to buy it from the market and replace it. This is not the kind of service we pay for. Please look into it

    @reliancejio @JioCare Fed up of this Jio internet. It works in one room and doesn't work in another room at all. When I keep my phone Vertical, internet doesn't work, when I keep it horizontal it works. What is this jio?? Is this what I'm paying for? Going to port soon to other
