    @JioCare my scheduled service appointment for service number SR000012FE2Z was at 930 am this morning. Despite repeated requests yesterday to have my complaint looked into urgently I am now told that my appointment is most likely at 6pm. Ridiculous service.

    The behaviour at jio stores by their store managers and staff is horrible. I went to one today, rather than solving my prob, the staff told me to port my number to other telecom service. @JioCare your employees are doing the work for your compeitiors.

    @JioCare Issue with my JioFibre connection.. It's been more than 30 hours. Poor service. Raised support tickets two times, engineer not visited in assigned slots. No calls or follow ups from engineers.
