@JioCare @reliancejio service of JIO provides is pathetic.Had made a compliant on 6th and till date there has been no response inspite of holding gold subscription. Product & Service differentiation is not in their paradigm.

The poor chap at the @reliancejio customer care who put me on hold to go check the case details must have been at a total loss for new excuses to make, so he kept me on hold for 15 minutes till the call dropped. Kya customer care hai, wah wah. Gujarat model of tech support.

11 days and 5 complaints later, @reliancejio still won't fix my problem, nor does their customer service let me escalate to someone who can actually help me. Guess I'm going back to Airtel and hoping they bring fiber to my society soon.

@JioCare I have already paid the installation fee. Jio fibre will be installed in 2 days I'm glad to be a Jio user now. I was a @Airtel_Presence user but it has the worst internet service.
