@JioCare it has now been 10 days and I haven’t received my jii set top box. In spite of calling you every day twice and you people saying the person will come and install it that day itself the person doesn’t care to come. Worst service ever.Foreign investment means spoil service

@JioCare @reliancejio after telling me to give my jio and alternate number. No body contacts.. issue is still not fixed. It seems people in customer care only work when they get a port msg. Our entire building is facing this issue but i guess a few customers don't matter to jio.

Ask compensation either as money or service as they are getting money in advance and appreciation for your patience for delayed or denied service
