    @singhvarun @reliancejio Best part is, Inspite of the fact that so many of us are complaining bout the @reliancejio network outage.. The company is not ready to accept the fact and the customer care executive Infact asked me to get the handset checked.. Saying according to them there is no network issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio Wts wrong with you guys??? What is with the network for past few days, I am unable to make and receive calls. The network keeps coming & going time & again. Have some courtesy to revert if not anything else. @TRAI pl look into it

    Highly disappointed with the service of jio fiber. I registered my complaint day before yesterday till now my complaint has not been resolved yet it has been more than 24 hrs as they say complaint will be solved with in 24 hrs @JioCare please look into this as soon as possible 😡

    @JioCare Order Number NO0000I066I4 was scheduled on 17-07-2021 at 15:00:00 for installation. Installation has not taken place at my location & I am not able to cancel installation also. Kindly cancel my order and issue refund full amount at earliest.
