Telecom operator like @VodafoneIN and @reliancejio network reception is very pathetic in Ghansoli and even after raising so many complaint over one year still shameless people did not solve it. They conveniently say we don't have plan to upgrade network in your area.

@JioCare One of the worst service provider I had ever seen even having postpaid plan there is no data speed and in complaints, I get a beautiful reply that "we are working in your area" can't undsnd this comp gives only the above single reply always. @reliancejio @TRAI

@reliancejio I was clearly stating my issue to them and they were refusing to acknowledge the problem. They did nothing to sort the issue. All they did was take the wire and put it in the other port. What? Really disappointed with this sort of service. My internet isn't working.

@JioCare Since last five months I've been calling the customer care for someone to pick up my Jio Fibre router so that my refund can be processed. But nobody has picked it up till date.

.@reliancejio your technicians are so bad. They don't even try to find a solution. They just go about blaming the router which btw is brand new. It clearly shows its not a router issue but they just casually said we don't knw what else is the problem. Wht sort of service is this?

@JioCare Pathetic services experienced while calling on customer care, have words with Agent Rama, for every single query customer is diverted for self help, what if customer is not satisfied with self help. Interrupting and not letting customer speak is key feature of Jio CC
