Home in #Tambaram Office in #Kilpauk Recently shifted from @reliancejio 4G to @Idea 4G. Verdict: Far better stable network and internet connection. Net speed is also relatively high. #Jio days are officially over for me. Don't really want cheap Alt Balaji shows for free.

@JioCare I had requested multiple times that in my area network coverage is zero... Whereas I m residing in a prime location in metro city of Chennai.Its almost 60 days of my request..But no solution could be found out.Please do something otherwise I will bound to switch to other network.

@reliancejio @JioCare It was a major fault frequently happens! Jio balance checking number i.e 1299 while i calling it was not connected to jio!! And i didn't get any sms from jio. so kindly response to our calls from customers! fix it!!!

@JioCare Is this some kind of joke? After 3 days of my problem going unsolved now you have updated the service request without closing the previous request. And now expected resolution time has been extended by 2 days. Really unprofessional.
