    @JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

    @JioCare any customer service oriented person in Jio can confirm whether you can provide jio dongle till you set my connectivity issue as interim solution since I have already recharged and not using my net for the past one week

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @JioCare not sure what kind of approval required to get the power supply in the new pole and when my connectivity will be restored. 4 connection in my flat is having issue. I know no resolution will be provided by your team. I will get standard reply, we are looking into it

    @JioCare @JioFiberChennai Pathetic service from JIO, it’s been a week and the JIO fiber issue not yet resolved even after repeated complaints, emails, calls & chats. Complaints are closed even before it’s resolved. SR00001DG9TM, SR00001D3C4Y, SR00001D4304, SR00001DF4MJ.

    @JioCare if there is a issue with the jio pole, your service engineer said that I need to raise relocation request so that they change my network connection to another pole within the street. Pls confirm whether do I need to raise a relocation request

    @JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

    @JioCare i have a jio fibre connection which is not working since 18.08.2022. complaint is also lodged with # SR00001D0Q7K which is unresolved till date. now i got message that Engineer will visit on 22-08-2022. Worst service from jio.

    @JioCare This num belongs 9345642098 to Siva TL, chennai madavaram branch 600060 or 600051. spoke to me told that he is direct jio employee and designated as TL. He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

    @JioCare This is what ur person said few hours back & been telling since 6 days. Within today it will be restored and complaint is escalated to higher authorities but all false promises. Bad service from such a reputed organisation.

    @JioCare And what is the speed issue, the network of issues convergence asked for a fix under WiFi off / on But those who are near me without me, they do not have all these problems and neither do they turn on/off wifi @JioCare This is not a solution to the problem, turn off/on wifi #jio

    @JioCare and @ViCustomerCare are running a healthy scam. Barring services even after payments. Then asking someone with barred outgoing to call both operators and get the problem fixed for over a week now. Superb. I mean pathetic.

    @animeshwise Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @JioCare There is a issue with new IOS 15 and Norton Jio security app-web protection option. When VPN gets switched on my iPhone doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi.
