He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

I called all available helpline numbers. After sharing jio number and linked telephone number and explaining my issue, theAdvisors were least helpful.

Evil Cartman (@KillingCharm) reported@JioCare why there is no cancellation option in myjio app/whatsapp/IVR for cancelling jiofiber connection. You have options to relocate/transfer etc but not cancellation. There is no intuitive way to cancel an existing connection. I want to cancel my existing connection
