He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

Agrawal Dhruv (@AgrawalDhruv4) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Because of Covid situation most of them has to work from home. I checked for the JIO fiber, but it's unavailable. If u start providing you fiber service in Gandhinagar, Gujarat ( 382016) most of people would definitely opt for it.
