    @JioCare Hi Sir, We have paid this month data. But past 1 week jio wifi fiber not working in our home. We have raised multiple complaints still it was not yet cleared. Would you please check and revert or please refund our paid money, after all cleared we will recharge later

    @JioCare i have a jio fibre connection which is not working since 18.08.2022. complaint is also lodged with # SR00001D0Q7K which is unresolved till date. now i got message that Engineer will visit on 22-08-2022. Worst service from jio.

    Nw having cald the cstmr srvice thy have re-opnd the same tkt. But shocking is the msgs & the respnse i got. thy claimed I have rescheduled the visits ... Never did any1 call me in the 1st place. Is there some1 who actually tracks these absurd activities @JioCare @exploreIMC

    @JioCare Dear Murali, I understand your concern regarding cancellation and refund of security deposit. Sir, as I checked cancellation request was closed without any action (SR00001FZ4SM, SR00001G1Y3J). Without my consent and action how can your people close the cancel issue

    @JioCare from Korattur Chennai 600076. Very worst service I never face like this every month twice or thrice line will be disconnected. No direct customer care only ivrs. Our complaint will be booked a time slot which will be after two days. no use if we contact installed person

    @JioCare I recharged for my jio no.8610046559 today for rs.395 plan thru paytm UPI no.134128129695. But still my sim do not work. Pl look into the problem and see that sim is activated.

    Worst service ever seen, even nodal officers dont reply to mail @TataPlayin . Does this happen in @airtelindia @reliancejio . Facing problem from past 4-5months . They charges you for box when dish camera is faulty. Heights of bad services .

    @JioCare I’m extremely disappointed with my JioFiber service. My 3-month voucher plan (100 Mbps) expired today at 12:30 AM. I immediately recharged ₹3182 for the same 100 Mbps plan, but the new plan is showing activation only after 24 hours.

    @JioCare how to activate the sim which i received ! Alternate number and ported number same. None of them is connecting to activation number . Spoke with customer care and raised ticket . Kindly help. Already 2 weeks late from you upon delivery . Help me out in activation.
