    Hi @reliancejio there's something seriously wrong with my WiFi. Every device is able to connect seamlessly except the Mi TV stick in my room. Problem started ever since i renewed subscription a few days ago. Please help?

    @JioCare @reliancejio its been 15 days since I returned my setup box and router , I still haven't got my security deposit refund. Again a bad customer experience from #JioFiber

    @JioCare I recharged for my jio no.8610046559 today for rs.395 plan thru paytm UPI no.134128129695. But still my sim do not work. Pl look into the problem and see that sim is activated.

    @JioCare What's happening here? No updates and no progress. The main pole has issues. There is 3 house affected in my building. And I can't be wasting my day sitting at home waiting for Jio. You guys don't pay me. My time is my money....

    @JioCare these days we are not able to communicate via your network. Even with wifi calling feature there is a lot of frequent disconnections. Even in prime business areas

    @reliancejio i recently shifted to new house in same city and requested for relocation but customer care, technician all are saying there service unavailability.but my landlord has jio fibre,his other tenant has jio fibre. But if i request for new connection Dey r ready to give.

    @narayananh @JioCare Jio is quite pathetic when it comes to service. No way you can reach their customer care or get help. The DIY are useless. There's no way to raise a ticket.

    @JioCare I would like to disconnect my jio fiber connection as I'm shifting my home.. but I couldn't contact the jio staff. When I googled, it says to call 1800 893 3399 but when I called them, he said to call 1800 896 9999 since they don't cancel the orders+

    @JioCare not sure what kind of approval required to get the power supply in the new pole and when my connectivity will be restored. 4 connection in my flat is having issue. I know no resolution will be provided by your team. I will get standard reply, we are looking into it

    @JioCare When the Service Engineer opened the junction box hanging in the corporation lamp post( unusual for Jio. ) one connection was without a plug that was mine.. He did not have spare plug so it took another 12 hours. Photos taken will be attached . ___contd

    @JioCare @reliancejio so when I willing to get jio fiber service the coustomer support and the person who arrived to install the fiber Said that you have to pay 600₹ which is refundable through voucher after 6 months. Now after 6 months they said this offer is expired.nice fraud

    @airtelindia : your services sucks.. I am fed up with your prepaid services. Looking for an alternate now.. @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare . Airtel has been looting me for weeks and there is no way to connect a human agent. IVR doesn't solve all issues.

    @JioCare All your helpline are for your customer but I need to raise complaint about jiofiber wires spreading here and there, on roads/building etc. Where to contact. I have called all available numbers but they have predefined problem menu only
