    @JioFiber @JioCare I was using JioFiber connection. When I raised a request for shifting connection I was told that it was not available in the location. But JioFiber is available in the location. Would you not try to retain a customer?

    @KomalYellapalli @JioCare This is not the service we are expecting from jio fibernet, if this is the case with my brother than i'm going get my connection also disconnected and will inform the same to my family members and friends and will inform them to move to better service providers @JioCare

    @JioCare I don't need ur service nw I'm fed-up with ur response From 1st July to 9th July I'm nt using ur service I hv reacharge on 30th June Wt use advance payment 10 days my money waste So plz i request u to refund my deposit n recharge amount N I'll go for another better fiber net

    Worst service ever seen, even nodal officers dont reply to mail @TataPlayin . Does this happen in @airtelindia @reliancejio . Facing problem from past 4-5months . They charges you for box when dish camera is faulty. Heights of bad services .

    @JioCare worst service from Jio fibernet , tried multiple times with customer care from yesterday morning but no one supported me to solve internet issue ,service request no. is SR000016EDBJ.pls help to sort out or disconnect the service atleast will go for Airtel or Act

    @JioCare I just received below sms and this is not True though. With reference to Service Request Number SR0000182ZVJ, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number ** is on hold as our Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises.

    @JioCare Hi Sir, We have paid this month data. But past 1 week jio wifi fiber not working in our home. We have raised multiple complaints still it was not yet cleared. Would you please check and revert or please refund our paid money, after all cleared we will recharge later

    @JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 4th day on a row , internet has been disconnected and nobody has turned up to fix. 6 connections in the same loc have been disrupted and no one bothers. Unable to reach appleate desk and ur customer care keeps taking service request every day.SR00001AA98Q

    @reliancejio i recently shifted to new house in same city and requested for relocation but customer care, technician all are saying there service unavailability.but my landlord has jio fibre,his other tenant has jio fibre. But if i request for new connection Dey r ready to give.

    @JioCare All I’m receiving is that the status is delayed since yesterday. It has become a monthly custom for me to raise service request and not have broadband connection for 3-4 days every month while I have to pay the entire month fee always.

    @JioCare This is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. Every time I contact support, I only receive copy-paste responses asking me to “wait” or “reschedule.” This is not customer service.

    @JioCare A few days is how many.. Your employee came to my house to complete his target, did everything online and made a building ID 2 kilometers away. Today it has been 1 month since that incident... Your air fiber has not arrived at my house yet, nor has anyone contacted me.. 🙏
