@JioCare @reliancejio Today I went to jio store in chennai, mmda arumbakkam branch to change the mobile portability from airtel to jio, Jio store executive behaves very rudely , they won't give information and I got a very bad experience. He speaks very hardly with rowdy manner

It took @reliancejio a few days, but I must say they demonstrated excellent customer support and satisfaction. Kept me informed, involved folks from Apple, and fixed this weird issue where iMessage and FaceTime stopped working for me after coming back to India from a trip.

All technicians of @JioCare are always at native place. God knows how Jio affords to keep them on payroll. If you are in Santacruz East, avoid Jio broadband. No service, no helpline response, no internet! @JioChat is a hot that knows nothing. Customer service at it's worst!
