@JioCare Yes as you mentioned he identified the issue the issue happened on router box the technician said the box has to replace, to replace the box why people taking too much of time,(the Router box that you given just around 5months old but now it's not working) hope you will replace

I convert my Jio postpaid Sim into prepaid, but the security money that I gave for postpaid didn't come back to my ac. And now @JioCare can't even pick my calls or when they pick, they tells me to wait and then disconnected the call. That's too bad service by @reliancejio.
