@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio Despite raising 30+,complaints, Jio has not fixed the network in my office location. And I am unable to browse even a basic Google search. The internet speed is less than 50kbps and no action has been taken by Jio so far in 3 years. Pls help

I think this'll be my last visit to Airtel Store.@Airtel_Presence your employees are forcing me indirectly to Port to @JioCare or @VodafoneIN.more than waiting time, no one cares the customers are waiting.I'm hearing responses in a rude way.never experienced such moments earlier.

@JioCare it starts working..when suddenly the account gets suspended a mockery of ur firm..ur process and harrasment for the customer i din pay the amount up front to be harrased and hampered Refund ny conplete amount and give me a status update..my money is not for charity

@reliancejio i have given a complaint for all damaged pear received drom jiomart, ahmedabad. It is 3 and half months, and i hvae emailed for 20 times receiving one reply that is is is being worked on priority. I dont think anything which is genuine and on priority takes this long
