The Jio team said the 5G issue would be fixed within 10–15 days. But it’s been almost 2 months, and the situation is still the same! Forget 5G, even 4G doesn’t work properly. If 5G isn’t available, then why are you selling 5G plans? JioCare, no more assurances now-you guys are just handing out a consolation prize.

Varun (@varunvyasiteng) reported@JioCare What you have sent on DM is standard template reply rather than ETA.When the issue will resolved, when would I get the refund. Nothing is mentioned about refund process. This is yet again a delay tactic to cover up the inability of execution.
