    @JioCare I want to disconnect Jio broadband connection. Sent email last month still got bill of this month and it’s not closed completely. Need help. 18008969999 this number is of no use.

    @JioCare Facing difficulty in getting my JioFiber plan changed. I only want to continue with the ₹399 + GST WiFi plan and remove the TV setup/service, but unable to get proper support. Requesting the team to please check my DM for the registered number and help resolve this ASAP

    @JioCare Stop bluffing ffs idiots. See the issue. It's a bandwidth issue at your end, network strength in the area is weak. You fix it before writing "resolved & closed."

    @JioCare It's also a bigger let down because I vouched for JioFiber in the past and got friends and family to take up a connection. Now I feel like a fool who is the only one getting the cold shoulder.
