    @JioCare outgoing not working internet not working. Is this mumbai network???? To make one call at least 10 to 15 time i am dialing. After 15 time very easy to call with @airtelindia. Really frustrating

    Jio = poor network = poor customer support on call = poor jio store support What more we need...bye bye @JioCare @reliancejio complaining from last 2 years zero results, time to switch @airtelindia wifi calling also sucks on jio most of the time no VOLTE

    @airtelindia what a service from airtel. From past few hours there has been a fiber cable cut and none of the maintenance team came to repair it. The whole society internet is down. @JioCare amazing job within an hour the internet was back on line. (1/2)

    @JioChat @reliancejio @JioCare 2 numbers and their recharge is valid but not able to make outgoing calls since a week now. Have called the customer service twice but they are not able to raise a complaint. Can someone take this on priority to resolve?

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber very poor service, my connection is not working and jio says that it will take 8 days to restore while everyone else connections in my neighborhood is working. Staff says upgrade plan or it will take many days in rectification. fiber service id 1135602073

    @reliancejio @JioCare Everytime I raise my issue here, a new executive responds & assures me of action! However, nothing is moving. All I get are appointments day after day... that too as per the convenience of your field staff. What about customer's concern?
