    @JioCare Jio 5G works throughout my home except in one room. As soon as I enter that room, it switches to 4G and the internet stops working. This happens on all Jio phones. Location: Mohammadpur, Motipur, Bihar. Please resolve this issue.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Fibre services are not working from more than a week and there is no scope of communication from you guys. The calling no is getting cut after an ivr msg and your twitter guys are replying the same copy cut msg. Not interested in continuing this service any further

    @JioCare even after 2 days of waiting and having no customer support, my internet services on jio fiber remain to be suspended and this is highly unacceptable, I will recommend everyone to stop using jio fiber services as it is a waste of time, jio should account dor all the loss

    In last 2 weeks I have been travelling from Ahmedabad to Motihari via Mumbai -> Bengaluru -> Darbhanga on @reliancejio network. Most of the times it will show 5G but I haven't t been getting even stable 3G speed, frequent call drops are another frustrating issue. Perks of Duopoly
