    Your technician did I can do —reset and router and went away and had the worst attitude in history this was the 2nd time th same thing has happened he was here for 10 min maximum, about the frequent timeouts he said only you are getting this issue @JioCare you guys are scammers

    @reliancejio Very disappointed with @JioCare service. I have been trying to migrate my corporate mobile numbers to individual prepaid connections, but neither customer support nor the Jio service center has been able to resolve the issue.

If you cannot provide proper service, then refund my recharge amount immediately. Please stop sending scripted SMS replies and take genuine action. #Jio
