@JioCare Please arrange a call back and cancel my connection and please refund complete amount as it is cheating taking payment by saying you have one month free trail and later deducting charges...I WANT MY COMPLETE REFUND AND DISCONNECTION ASAP

@JioCare I don't think you regret on twitter you try to be humble and decent whereas on call it seems like your executives have done PhD in rudeness and indecency... I hope this is an exception and not every customer face such humiliation. Pls keep 1000 bucks as donation to Reliance group
