    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare STB involvement is unacceptable. "Please be informed". If it's a normal requirement, why isn't every OTT login has same issue. As already explained in detail, other OTT are working absolutely fine without STB. Shastron mein aise glitches ko "Doglapan" kaha gaya hai

    Why I am not able to use 5G on iphone's 12, 13, 13, & 13 pro Max at my home ? iOS 16.2 version installed on all of them & already shared all ur queries in DM kindly response. How do I even find if I am in 5G network ? Tasted 5G on Samsung phone. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hello @reliancejio, Your network is worst from few days in Jammu. I'm paying for 4G but still getting speed of 2G. It's very poor connection, sometimes internet doesn't works. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks!
