@JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

@JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

@DisneyPlusHS @IPL @reliancejio I'm having worst experience while watching IPL on disneyplusHS. Guys, pls update and give all video quality options. We still live in India where network is the big issue in most areas, 480P is not lowest quality. Pls do something. Ur kind user.

@reliancejio @JioCare 5 gb emergency data loan service is fantastic.i was looking for that offer since long. Jio filled it. Please open some more way to repay for data loan. If some one can't pay frm own cell,there is no way to pay the due. Option- by recharging the same amt.

@JioCare worst network you guys are providing and worst customer service you guys are giving whenever we call the customer care the only one answer we get is. there is a network issue in your area please wait for 120 to 180 days it will be rectified is this a kind of resolving
