Requesting an alternate number is only warranted if there is trouble connecting to the provided number; however, Jio Care seems to be more interested in my other number.

You have set automated voice notes and fallback messages and default resolution message. Will be fixed at 1:30am. I’m sure by tomorrow it’ll be 9am then again 9pm.
