    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    @JioCare Hi Simranjeet, @JioCare My location is Gujarat, Vadodara and it has 5G service. Where else we need to have service rolled out? My phone is Iphone 14 pro max. It has 5G enabled. I have taken this sim from Gujarat, Vadodara. What else is left?

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2day I came to know that my jio router ws reset automatically I called customer care & for login password which ws also changed.This all happened without my knowledge.Hw did it happen? How cn company reset my router by its own? This is breach in my privacy

    @JioCare I didn’t want to express my frustration on a social platform however it seems there is no other way forward. Very unprofessional behaviour on handling service request 2079641533. I should have never moved away from @airtelindia for broadband services.

    From April, HBO content & IPL will no longer be available on @DisneyPlusHS + Hotstar subscription no longer bundled in @reliancejio fiber plans (30% direct user base) Very Curious to know what the next strategy Hotstar deploys to stay relevant, simply @DisneyPlus won’t help.
