    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @reliancejio Network performance has significantly declined, with 2G appearing more reliable than 5G in some cases. , please avoid promoting it as the “best network” and instead prioritize improving service quality and addressing customer concerns transparently.@JioCare

    @JioCare Experiencing severe network instability on JioFiber. While throughput is ~30 Mbps, latency under load is >120ms with jitter ~40ms and packet loss ~0.6%. Real-time apps (Instagram/WhatsApp video) buffering consistently. Indicates poor QoS/routing...1/3

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have applied for Jio Airfiber and the connection got installed before 3 days. I have 100 Mbps plan but I am not getting 1 Mbps download speed, getting very low download speed, they installed old outdoor unit, please help.

    @JioCare Entire area faces network failure every evening despite showing 5G. Repeated complaints ignored with zero resolution. This negligence forced me to switch to Airtel Fiber from Jio AirFiber. Details already in DM.
