    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Despite sharing all required details & repeatedly requesting disconnection of my JioFiber connection,it is still active and a new bill has been generated. This is harassment of customers.Disconnect my connection immediately and cancel the wrongful bill.

    @JioCare There is well planned way of blocking customer to reach customer care. Deployed chatbot with limited options to select. And when open service request exists call ends with automated reply. Total nonsense to harrass customer.

    @JioCare This is not customer service; this is harassment of a customer. I have been facing the same recurring issue since May 2026, with multiple service requests, repeated engineer visits, and no permanent resolution. Your team continues to provide only temporary fixes while my internet

    @JioCare Shubham ground Jio staff is trying to sell a new connection. FYI . And I am in apartment where min 400 Jio connection is there and my relocation is only two floor down in the same building . Please escalate . I am trying to relocate from 27th June

    Hi @JioCare, I’m unable to use WiFi due to service disruption and your engineer came and broke the device and didn’t resolve anything. He put my service request on hold and now I’m unable to get any resolution from your team. It’s 24 hrs beyond expected resolution time.

    @JioCare I'm so fed up of raising complaints your team keeps pushing the date of technician I think I'm just moving to different service provider. Your team cannot take 4 days to resolve. Thank you I'm done dealing with JIO rubbish service
