    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare your app is not working well, I am unable to access account details, unable to recharge, in short nothing happening in app. This issue was reported earlier and after latest update it was resolved now again same concern repeating. Please look into this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio after so many complaints to customer care there is very less network n no internet speed in my area..jio is planning to launch 5g ur 4g is working like 2g. Worst customer service.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare why is your services so poor in the 828203 pin code area. Have been raising so many complaints still going unanswered. Impacting my WFH and if this goes unanswered would be happy to switch to another network.
