    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    @reliancejio Im postpaid customer, i tried so many times to convert into prepaid. But there show all time "Outstand amount is not clear" but i cleared my all outstanding amount, when i went into postpaid you excutive told me you can convert anytime into prepaid very easily (1/2)

    No one has been able to provide good fast internet service from Airtel and neither will anyone. I have tried all the telecom networks but they are not batter then airtel. @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    @fiber_jio @reliancejio ur after sales service is pathetic, after buying Jio fiber there is no place to call for service, calling198 is like playing a video game with ivr & u get no proper answers.very disappointed.I think Mr Ambani sould look into this as much as they do for IPL
