    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    Hi, I have a Jio fiber plan of rental 999 ,but when I try to download my invoice from myjio app, it is giving monthly charges of 877 only. It should be 999plus tax. I have called jio care repeatedly for last 3 days but no help. Disappointed. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I was constantly complaining about low data speed in my localities(Dhamar,Ara,Bihar) since 1 month at your customer care centre and they were just repeatedly telling that they will sort the issues but not even a single change is happening .#MukeshAmbani #NitaAmbani .

    Hello @JioCare I have been raised a ticket for home relocation service on 28-11-20 . But, still the issue is not resolved. No response from jio team. Pls resolve the issue.

    @JioCare Not getting proper signals in your jiofiber as always blinking red light most of the times already complain locked by your customer care no engineer has been visit to my address. I installed it on 22 of november on the very 2nd day iam facing this issues. Kindly resolve.
