    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    @reliancejio If the consumers who pay in Urban Are more important then why bother setting up a network in rular areas.. Its too frustrating when you have to pay the same price as everyone else and not able to get same service.

    Everything seems back to normal except @reliancejio @JioCare at Vasai..got network after 24hrs for just 30 minutes now it's gone again.

    @reliancejio Has the most useless bunch of staff members who don't give a damn about customer. Its been an year i have been facing internet connectivity issues in my area and still there is no action taken on complaints.

    @JioCare Been almost a month that I've been trying to contact Jio regarding my faulty JioFiber connection. No one reverted back a single time and my plan has almost expired without a single day of service. Please do something about it.
