    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare face internet, pings problems . Jio provide worst service compared to other's. I switched to jio from airtel that was my worst decision. Definitely airtel provide better internet speed than jio. #Airtelisbest

    @JioCare Thank you. The upload and download speed is very slow in last 4 weeks, specially since the last outages few weeks ago.. Whenever I try to connect to MS team or Zoom, the voice is choppy.. There is no change in VPN from my side.. Please call on 9821310328..

    @reliancejio I raised a complaint regarding the internet issue and I got this message:- With reference to Service Request Number SR000018X8CB for your JioFiber connection having +911413530277, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled on 20-02-2022 : 17:00:00.

    @TRAI I did jio finer recharge on Thursday and since then I am not able to get the Internet service. After complaining to @JioCare I got response that they cannot provide service neither they can refund my money. In these tough pandemic times, these companies are using unethical

    @JioCare Yeah Rahul, Network coverage is good but I don't use data after 5 pm. I don't access gmail after 5pm. I always in tension after 5 pm because my several official task are pending due to this reason and it impacts my job. Please understand and feel my situation.
