    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @reliancejio what a trouble network you are providing. Even a website is not opening. I am facing this problem from 7 days. There is no support from customer service. You are increasing the plan value but not increasing the speed of network.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare As I booked jio fiber net for 6months plan , how it automatically change to 1 months plan without our knowledge, customers service saying that u can go to someother network . Is the way u treat your customers!!?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing issue related to jio network and it's internet speed is also very slow for the last 3-4 day in my area (area pincode:226010) .so, i would be thankful if resolve the problem as soon as possible
