    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @reliancejio what stupid customer support you have in Kolkata. My refund for order cancellation was initiated on 7th April & still I haven't received any refunds. On mailing also, just SR numbers are generating & generating. It's really frustrating. Whom to contact for the same??

    @JioCare I have yet to receive a formal Service Request (SR) number for this whitelisting issue. Provide an SR number immediately so this delay is officially tracked. I am marking a complaint to the Bihar Nodal Officer if this isn't handled properly now. #JioAirFiber #Bihar (2/2)

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioFiberVoice Internet services in Block C5A, Janakpuri, have been down since April 22nd. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no support from service engineers, customer care only provides generic responses without any clear timeline. SR0000343TV5

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is unacceptable. Engineer already visited but issue still unresolved. It’s been 15 days of zero service.If this is not resolved immediately,process full refund without deductions.Failing which,will escalate to consumer forum. #JioAirFiber #PoorService
