    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare I have jio fiber connection at my house and the WiFi range and speed is too poor, I tried getting help from the customer care on the toll free number but she kept on hold and hung up. In this Work from Home period we can't afford slow internet.

    The support girl was telling that she can't sent engineer onsite as there is lockdown in my area which will end on 12th Nov which is absolute lie beacuse there is no lockdown in my area since past 4 months and she is telling that because my plan ends on 12th Nov. @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio team update my old router to new one and 27 sep they took my old router and installed new one but due to some technical issues my connection still not live after 16 days. Many of times I complain to jio center bikaner but situation is same now I am going to take some legal
