@JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

@JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

Always no network in my area for past 4 year @reliancejio contacted customer support since then the answer from the team would be " we are trying our best the tower will be coming soon " 😐 but never saw it coming @JioCare

@JioCare The visit was scheduled for 9th July and then they rescheduled it to 17th July without even contacting me! I lodged a complaint and somehow managed to reschedule it to 11th July & once again they rescheduled it again! Nobody’s bothered to provide any kind of service.
