    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @reliancejio for whatsoever reason,Jio services in Maharashtra is not as good as Gujarat and MP. At present I am in Dhule Maharashtra.... very weak signal.

    @JioCare had raised a request CO00009QQ3U5 for uninstallation. Time given today 04:45 pm. After waiting till now and 3 calls being told engineer will not be coming. No escalation, no resolution except to drop a mail, which would be replied in 48 hrs. Very pretty service.
