    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    As a loyal customer, I expect better service and communication. This incident has caused a lot of inconvenience and reflects poorly on the brand reputation. I urge @JioCare to take steps to rectify the situation and provide me with a reliable Jio Fiber connection as promised.

    @Airtel_Presence - I have been requesting you for a recharge receipt from last week and you didn't share till now. So, I have finally decided to switch to @JioCare. Our journey ended with a bad experience. I won't suggest Airtel to anyone in the future.

    @reliancejio @JioCare proved again that no other company in the market to campare worst network like him, I urged everyone to change their service from jio to other network
