    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    Worst part on @JioCare they disowned their sales to save that miniscule money. There does not seem to be any customer service functional. Looks like all calls are diverted to individuals working from home and have no access to see clarification and no escalation mechanism

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, you guys have the worst support process in place in India. Really tired of following up with your team. Jio Fiber uninstallation was scheduled for 27 July 2022 and today is September 2nd. Nobody comes up for uninstallation (1/3)

    @JioCare I am trying to get set top box have recharged with your 999 plan, tried 4 times to pay security deposit of 1000 from jio app all the time amount was deducted from my account but payment was failed on app now I am clue less as to how to get the set top box can anyone help

    @reliancejio @HyderabadJio @JioCare I would like to use this word MADARCHOD FOR your service. I recharged my fiber of rs 1700 and my money got deducted but the recharge from my jio was not successful and when I am trying to reach the customer care there is a ******* msg for call
