    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Still waiting for a resolution. I was promised over phone that this will be resolved by Aug 5 noon. I cannot use the phone even after 4 calls !!!! this is disappointing, horrible customer service, Jio is a cheat!!
