@JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

@JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

@JioCare I have paid to get a new JioFiber service which was promised to be fixed by 15/05/2021 and today I receive another txt saying it will be delayed by another 5 days and the Jio executive who received the payment and documents does not respond back and I am on LOP. Help pls

Tried talking to the @JioCare as well 3 times. Total time invested 90 minutes. Output zero. A bunch of morons you have as support staff who put you on indefinite hold and then it finally disconnects. @Airtel_Presence
