@JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

@JioCare This is w.r.t SR# 4435698943. Fiber services down since yesterday evening. Tried contacting the helpline multiple times but in vain. the resolution time from yesterday 9PM has now been pushed twice to tomorrow 12PM. Losing out on business-critical stuff due to this. Bad.

@JioCare @jitubashani85 In my neighbourhood already have jio fiber but the jio fiber representative not installing jio fiber in my home.Saying that you have to pay high charges for installation of fiber. Acc. to jio there is no fees zero installation coston6month postpaid plan.I want a solution.reply.

@JioCare there is no big question that can't be solved in simple language Either you remove your tower and pay the rent till now and repair the damage done to my property as it is or pay the expenses incurred and complete this case.
