    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia Issue not resolved by JioFiber in last 2 months, inspite of continuous follow-ups through chat, mails. Even going through appellate complaints. Cheat cases normal from JioFiber sales executives. They keep on deceiting customers.

    @reliancejio Got my sim expired in Six months while Voda and BSNL are working.I was out at sea.Fellow seafarer facing same problem.7018400472.Sim was sold with lifetime validity,feeling cheated.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio should really work on increasing their network quality. Rather than advertising, improve your service. Day by day experience deterioration in network

    @JioCare I think you should stop selling your jio products,if you can't provide proper service to customers. You can't even provide a simple fibre connection to your customer.Worst service ever.

    @JioCare My issue isn’t getting resolved since past 35 days. And i guess the bank details which i am providing for refund, that i should change and update to another bank as you are not able to process payment to paytm payments bank. Please resolve my issue.
