    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    I hve raised a complaint on 14/04/2022 and today is 18/04/2022 my issue is still not resolved. I have clld mny times on customer care they keep my calls on hold n then cut my call . Is that the way you provide service to your customers @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare Is I am using Fiber or Dubba service? Daily facing network issue. Some times fluctuation and some times network closed.

    @reliancejio thanks guys for not solving my problem which was created by you #falsecommitment since last three days no availability of technician in ahmedabad called 5 times to customer service just to get disappointing answers keep this attitude of not giving any imp to customer
