    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    @JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

    @JioCare Today again one new service request raised ... because no one visit here.itna ghatiya service aaj tak nhi Dekha tha...plzz don't buy jio fibre...this is a total waste of money.1st they will show u a free lollipop for 1 month then this dabba will become worthless in the next month

    @JioCare 3 days after your technician visited, my Fiber connection is down due to supposed “device issues”. Again the same parroted response from call centre folks, and the 24/48/72/96 hour wait begins…

    @JioCare When the problem is from your default device and background, no one is doing to fix it, when the teams were doing it, then the network issue was improved. 2It seems that the whole work has not been done again, it will just be done, the work case is closed now, is it not?
