@JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

@JioCare Hi we r having no or very poor Internet connectivity in @sagwara region. Could you please look into this. U guys used to be good but now it seems capitalism took over

@JioCare Daily the engineer is assigned for last 12 days but nobody comes. Now i am off my patience. My work is getting hampered. If by tomorrow you are not able to reinstate the services then i will be forced to cancel the account.

After 11 days of run around my account is finally barred by @reliancejio @JioCare Hence I had no option but to make another payment to ensure the service is active as my work number is deactivated. Waiting for more than 5 hours… Indian customer service sucks big time

@JioCare very very bad experience at Jio store located in acharya niketan mayur vihar phase 1, Delhi. The employee were rude and were not happy seeing a customer. I shud hv ordered a sim online. I hope this is not the situation at every store

@JioCare Thanks anuja, yes the service is available in my area. We all will cancel @airtelindia and opt for jio as broadband is an essential service for wfh and we cannot risk our jobs due to poor service.
