    @JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare why is your services so poor in the 828203 pin code area. Have been raising so many complaints still going unanswered. Impacting my WFH and if this goes unanswered would be happy to switch to another network.

    @JioCare @Android unable to make/receive calls and SMS on my Jio phone post the new android update. Tried chatting or calling JioCare but unable to get through. Please help! Phone has been non-functional for the past 2 days amidst work from home scenario.

    @airtelindia Dear airtel india either you make your service better or don't call your service are better than others.its continuously 3rd day where your 4g network failled.if this will not get resolved I will have to go with other service providers @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare is becoming worse day by day. This is why monopoly is bad. Now whatever they do we don't have other choices in many places. Not even able to do simple stuff. Always buffering. Very much problematic especially in office hours #Jio
