@JioCare facing slow internet speed since 2-3 month in jio prepaid no. Worrest Speed getting 60kb to 128kb. when i call to customer care says due to higer Consumption you face this problem but there is no solution and worrest Network Rating 1 out of 10. Location- Sagwara(Raj)

Happy with the services from @PhonePe ,got clarification with in couple of hours but @reliancejio is still unable to clarify their fault and asking for details every single day. Its been 5 days since i filed the complaint.

@JioCare is jio app having any issue. I have tried recharge 3 times with 3 different cards (and 2 different numbers). All have failed.

@JioCare @uditajoshi22 and apart from it, i am satisfied with airtel, since jio prepaid where calls gets dropped, is unreachable when tower is full and with occasional hiccups in speed, airtel is much better! it's just they needed to quickly act to resolve the issue!

@JioCare A problem occurred more than 50 hrs before couldn’t be resolved in sector 41, Noida. No engineer visit so far. Such a highly incompetent JioFibre team@ Noida. This is the perennial problem with JioFibre & Jio network. Horrible to believe.
