  @JioCare useless customer care service! my jiofiber has been down for 4 days and calls have been unhelpful. 1st the complaint was closed without resolving and the next calls are just false promises that services will be resolved at 12 am.

  🚨 SCAM ALERT @reliancejio - Paid ₹1,500 for Jio AirFiber, but your engineer confirmed it wasn’t feasible, so we cancelled. It’s been over a month with no refund. Customer care is just an endless IVR with no human to address the issue. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable!!!!

  @reliancejio I am Jio customer from the beginning of JIO service in HP. I applied for new airfiber connection and getting worse experience with jio service provider. Payment for new connection done on 12/8 but canceled my request on 26/8 with excuse that not box available.

  @JioCare I am still waiting for resolution of the issue. No updates on jio app n customer care executive is not reachable on toll free number
