    @JioCare having pathetic internet connection with jio dongle. have 2 active plans and nothing works. getting 10kbps speed. we cant talk to customer care also using another number. you want to talk only via app. how customer will talk in app with 10kbps technology ??????????????

    @JioCare @reliancejio Speed was not upto the mark. I have raised the complaint to terminate the connection. It's been 18 days since my jio connection was suspended in the free day trial. No one took back the modem or called about the issue. Customer care making false promises.

    @JioCare Also customer care will say they won't raise ticket for such silly issues. There will not be option to raise ticket. I am mesmerised with their behaviour. If anyone knows about how to escalate very much please let me know
