    @JioCare JIO is DOWN since yesterday in our Area IDA Jeedimetla (500055). No incoming/outgoing calls. Every one from our area having this issue. Its been more than 24 hrs, issues hasn't resolved yet. Could you please check and help us resolve the issue soon.

    @JioCare my order for installation jio fiber is long due. Order number: NO0000IJS88Q. Please help as your ground team not listening at all. There is 100% connectivity in my area.

    @reliancejio Recently joined the JioFibre service and my experience with you was pathetic. Internet worked only for couple of days and since then it is down. No service engineer to attend the issue and service requests are being closed without attending to issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio since ur staff has now openly informed that they don’t hv time for service and u do what u want to do We don’t care, I already have n again request u to refund my money with immediate effect n if this is the way of siphoning of money thn keep it as charity

    Can @JioCare solve our problem too ? Reminding repeatedly that Jio signal in our village i.e. Tajpur Tihara Khurd, Sonipat (HR) is very poor. Hope your team will work on this too.
