    @reliancejio @JioCare network drop past 8 month follow. Yesterday onwards heavy network drop Customer care executive repeated same dialogue “issues resolved in shortly in 90 day’s” but 240 day’s gone. I’m not able to work efficiently. Waiting for @SpaceXStarlink Indian.

    @JioCare complaint no SR00001BMT63. Our fibre connection has not been working since Friday. Complaint raised with the app and no one has even come to check till now. Pls expedite

    Always rescheduling the appointment and customer care of @JioCare is so pathetic that they can't transfer call to their seniors nor they provide the contact information of service center or service engineer. It was really a very bad decision to switch to @JioFiberVoice.
