  Hi @JioCare The issue has been rectified and the net is functioning now. Wanted to update regarding the same. Kindly do not commit dates to customer, if you are not in a position to deliver. It puts unnecessary pressure on the Frontline employees.

  Disgusting from @JioCare . My Jio Fiber connection was terminated on Feb 22 2022, the device is not yet picked up till today (Mar 23 2022). Inspite of calling Jio Fiber customer care and scheduling pick up multiple times, no one reached out to me to pick up my the router.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Am living in mumbai jogeshwari east and am 3yr old user of jio. Am not able to use internet in open area from last 22 days and reaching customer support they are not giving proper solution. Now it's very frustrating and planning to switch to other service.

  @JioCare my data pack is 1.5GB per day. But today my data limit is exhausted and data speed restricted when my daily usage reached 900MB. Due to this network issue I lost some amount of money. Jio must be held responsible for it as my daily limit has not expired.

  Very poor internet speed. Even 2G internet speed is much better than JIO 4G speed. Please give us service for which we are paying.@JioCare @reliancejio Improve internet connection.
