@JioCare @reliancejio After 15days today jio person come for collect the device & told me for wait for next 15days for refund depending on the condition of the device, this type of service given by jio Fiber, in our area more then 10 terminated request in jio due to her bad service

@JioCare @reliancejio if any planing for new connection I thought take any connection but don’t take jio Fiber, very bad experience with jio any time of connection he take 100% payment of 1 year then service will activate & time of termination (due to service) & refund he take 2 months

@JioCare @reliancejio I hold an IPhone 14plus but am still not able to get 5G network. My wife holds an iPhone 13 & She is able to get 5G network with good speed in our area.Look into this issue. My no is 9538338338.I have even updated the 5G settings
