@JioCare You people doesn’t have an option to send the previous bills in email? Whether you people understand what’s the issue? That’s the problem with your customer service. They asked right time to connect with me and I gave time frame. Guess what? No call No messages nothing.

@_MukeshAmbani ji Jio customer service is worst like earlier old reliance. Need to terminate @reliancejio @JioCare employees who are the creating bad name to Reliance Jio. Customer care number also non supportive. For post paid connections nobody ready to visit at doorsteps.
