Box still shows "Connectivity issues detected" in the app. Yet a full bill of ₹759 arrives for the cycle 26 Mar–25 Apr. You cannot charge for services never rendered.   Unfortunate Jio does not have a provision for address updation for its post paid service leading to wrong billing addresses in case of shift in residence. Repeated attempts to update address prove futile. Why such shoddy service? @JioCare @TRAI @GoI_MeitY must rectify
