@JioCare I have an internet outage. Your helpdesk is not able to do anything. I asked them to transfer to the manager, however it was not done. I asked for escalation email, I was told they are not supposed to tell escalation contact?? @reliancejio Is this your service quality?

@eversonothing @JioCare @reliancejio This is their way of working. My appointment has been rescheduled for the 7th time and God knows how this company runs if they are too slow in installation then they must be worst at service. waiting for installation from last 4 days.

@krishnamurthir The most cheater and looter in India is @reliancejio.... And its owner. All people of that Jio are telling the same that even jio customer care is not taking or registering any customers complaints... TRAI is enjoying with Ambani's money so that no legal action yet imposed.
