@reliancejio jio tells will provide 4g service but providing 2 g service in chokkanahalli region, when asked customer service executive says its because customers are more in the region. Is it our issue u people are not updating? & not refunding for their local service👎

@JioCare in my area jio network is bad experience, very low in upload and latency issue. In both scenario outside or inside of my house not providing better speed. Sometimes it take time to load a video on youtube? The phone signal shows 1or2 bars in inside of home.

@reliancejio Why are u forcing users to ONLY use your network. In a dual sim phone your network goes if if Data is switched to another sim.... Plz give users choice dont force users. @TRAI
