    @JioCare Somehow the call option never worked. It throws me out when I try to call. Anyways, an engineer from nearby area, visited the house and resolved the issue in 15minutes. Someone has pulled the wire in the main junction box, he said. Thanks for the prompt attention to the matter.

    Tweeted about how good JioFiber's AI support was a few days back. Then this happened. Got JioFiber installed last week. Should've been simple. Wasn't. Agent comes home, quotes ₹2500/month plan, does KYC, I paid ₹2222 proper invoice, all good. Right as he's leaving: "Sir, ₹279 more, it's actually a 2500 plan." Pulls out his personal QR code. "Invoice will come, pay now" I paid. Invoice came. For ₹2222. No sign of the ₹279 anywhere. Called him. New story: "Sir it's the 3+1 months free offer, that ₹279 is for that, invoice will come after 3 months as a voucher in your Jio app." Filed a complaint that evening. Next day, installation guy shows up, does the work. I call the agent again in front of him, same excuse, no invoice, no voucher, "wait 3 months." Asked him to meet near his office in an hour. He hangs up. Calls back 10 min later: "I'll pay you back now, you pay me when the voucher comes." Complaint kept moving. Next day his manager calls, demanding payment proof for the ₹279. Matter resolved. But it took 5-8 calls in a single day to get it sorted. If it's not on the invoice, it's not real. Always ask for the bill before you pay anything extra. @JioCare

    Please look into this urgently. This is not the service one expects from #AirtelIndia . At this point, I’m seriously wondering if I should’ve just gone with @reliancejio #Jio.

    @JioCare This is happening in all Jio numbers. Not facing any issue with AIRTEL. I am having another Jio number and I am facing same issues with that number also with another 5g enabled handset.LOCATION- SAMBALPUR,768004

    @JioCare @reliancejio. My jio fiber is down for 3 days. Service request raised 3 days ago and engineer is not picking the call. Customer care is telling engineer will be coming for last 2 days. Worst Fiber service and customer care. Its better not to use jio fiber at all

    each time your local technician not came and reschedule service ,ye service nhi dena chahte hai to mera paisa wapas kr do to airltel me switch kr loo.Koi banda nhi aaya,ab visit rechedule kr diya MC.24 ghante baad ka time diya h,Uske baad fir wahi drama . @JioCare

    i am now frequenly seeing call drops, internet disconnection etc on @reliancejio since a week, server error, unavailable - what kind of **** service is this? whe **** is @TRAI sleeping? its not just my location - its happening citywide.
