    @ViCustomerCare Debt and the worst performing telco in India. I have been loyal so far but looks like I need to switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio as my primary service provider. I sincerely hope such rude agents are reprimanded for their behavior when their calls are monitored. Shameful.

    @JioCare That's true but in just 1 months span, I did'nt had internet for 7 days & had to additionally recharge Rs 39 data pack frequently in my mobile. Service engineer & customer care don't respond and resolve the problem. That's why I got frustrated and I had to decide to leave.

    @JioCare I am writing to formally escalate service request SR000039Z609 which was raised yesterday. My internet has now been completely down for over 24 hours, and your team has yet to even assign an engineer to the issue. Can somebody check?

    @JioCare We have been receiving sms assuring us of restoration of internet services last message being it will b restored by 10.48 last night Some bldgs in our colony has internet services and some do not.Unable to understand no use tech visit if problem not resolved
