@JioCare So what is the eta ? When you will fix it ? Why you have not plan your network for future ready ? How much time you need to fix it ? Don't become BSNL please ,align your TAC Team to fix it on priority or you guys were waiting for user to move to other providers.

Another day passed (6 days) with no update, no resolution, just words stating that your case has been escalated and will be resolved on priority. Doesn't hurt by assuring even if it cannot be fulfilled #JioFiber #PoorService #customersatisfaction @JioCare
