    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working for 6 days now in Sheikh Hamza colony lal bazar Srinagar.i already complaint about it but still nothing has been done.which tells about the poor service of jio network..even though I was assured that it will be done by 10am on 25th February

    @JioCare The problem isn't solved yet @JioCare despite 24 hours gap I waited. Just tell me are you gonna fix this or not or I'll have to switch to a more reliable network like @Airtel_Presence

    You people have done fiber work on those areas which doesn't want or doesn't need it and many areas like me wants a fiber connection and your team is telling me wait for 10 days and it has been one month since they told me this kindly address my complaint @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare : My Jio Number was autopay. Since August 2019 mobile services were down in July& K, but you continued to charge me @300/month.Sad to say, when I contacted ur customer care, they showed cold shoulder. Clear loot.

    @JioCare I have disconnected my connection & shifted to airtel. Already made a request for refund & deposit of router.Dont send enginer for rewiring.Your service is pathetic. You have zero sla. @Airtel_Presence your service is quite fast.Few hours and i got my connection.thank u

    @JioCare @JAirfiber52399 on the ₹1199 AirFiber plan. Regular bill is ~₹1414, but this month I was charged ₹2213 with an extra ₹679 OTT charge that I never subscribed to. Also facing poor connectivity for 2 weeks. Please review and correct my bill.

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio The issue seems tower/locality specific because network becomes normal a few km away on another tower. Meanwhile even BSNL is giving around 5 Mbps here while Jio is practically dead. .. next ..

    @JioCare This is not acceptable. The service issues are from Jio's end, and despite multiple complaints, they remain unresolved. If I choose to disconnect due to poor service, I should not be penalized for it.

    @JioCare Not a website or app issue. The whole internet speed in our area is absolutely pathetic. Even basic browsing, social media, video streaming, and downloads are painfully slow. We are paying for 5G packs but getting unusable speeds. How long will customers be expected to tolerate
