    @BSNLCorporate why we are not getting good broadband connectivity if we are paying for the service. A humble request to @reliancejio please provide us #jiofiber connection. After every two minutes our @BSNL_JK Broadband is getting disconnected.

    Hello @JioCare please suggest me any #2G plan because in J&K #4G service is ban from 5th of August 2019. I have to recharge my number, why should I pay for #4Gservice. Hope @reliancejio will reply.

    When @Jio network would function properly i had recharged for 4G but enjoying #2G. As i was contacted by JIO team but still issue is in same condition. @JioCare

    @Shoaibmalik919 @simplyshehzan @Shabirlibra @burhanibnihayat We demand a different mobile network for panchayat Block Kanzalwan Bagtore this is a long pending demand because most of times #Bsnl network is not functioning properly so installation of @JioCare Network would make a big difference

    @ManojRa22325528 @reliancejio Airtel shows 5G icon on my iPhone 13 Pro and also the speed of 5G too. Jio had launched 5G in Kashmir Srinagar but don’t shows 5G icon nor a print 5G speed. Jio network is very pathetic in J&K Circle compare to Airtel

    @JioCare the jio network is very poor in my village form last 3 year here is about 1500 jio customer's jio can't provide network to here customers i am also a FOS of jio shame for jio

    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @reliancejio i purchased a jio obd tracker around 20-30 days back. it has stopped showing any notifications & not logging trip from last 2 weeks. also wifi hotspot is not working what a cheap chinese product you people are selling & nowhere are any details mentioned to contact!

    @JioCare I am facing repeated internet disconnections on my Jio AirFiber connection. The Wi-Fi signal is strong, but the internet keeps dropping on all devices. Service Request SR00003AFSFV was raised on 6 July 2026, but the issue is still unresolved and no engineer visit .

    @JioCare @JioCare The weather is normal now. Please send the engineer today with all the necessary equipment to resolve the issue in one visit. It’s been 15+ days without service. If this isn’t resolved today, I want a refund for this month’s downtime or I’ll disconnect my connection.

    @JioCare been the worst care that ever anyone could have seen so far. I have my internet connection broken from 1st June upto 12th June. When I called @JioCare and checked with them,I have been assured that my charges will be reduced in the July month bill.But feels being cheated

    @reliancejio This is unacceptable. I accidentally recharged my terminated JioFiber connection (778740506247) twice (₹286 + ₹500). Your system accepted the payments, but customer care says no refund or transfer is possible. If the connection is terminated, why allow recharges?

    @JioCare Rest assured that I have been resting assured since 23rd June with similar dialogues from your end. If this is your priority service, then may God help the customers. It's been 15 days that the problem is pending.
