    I have mixed reviews of Jio, until now. Their mobile services are satisfactory, with good voice connection and data speed. I can't say more because haven't used it outside. Please do not disappoint me anytime, @reliancejio! Fyi, I was a loyal Vodafone customer since 8 years.

    @TRAI @JioCare In my village at kaigaon ta gangapu dist aurangabad, the number of calls droping has increased for the last two months. In many cases, no action has been taken even after complaining to Jio Care. When the lights go out, the service is completely shut down.

    SR000014UX9Q Dear @JioCare @reliancejio this service request was not rectified. Your technician suggested on keeping an extender which can solve the issue. My previous connection with your competitor didn’t even require any extender. Why would I pay additional?
