    @JioCare Dear @reliancejio I complaint about my network problem before 6m ago, 2m ago & again yesterday. The same thing i hear all the time we're working on. for online classes i have to go to near road to get Internet speed, where Airtel network is super fast but why ?

    Either refund the Recharge amount or get the issue resolved. Three days passed since I raised the complaint. You are indirectly forcing us to choose other platforms @JioCare You don't Care

    @JioCare my jio fiber is not working for 6 days now in Sheikh Hamza colony lal bazar Srinagar.i already complaint about it but still nothing has been done.which tells about the poor service of jio network..even though I was assured that it will be done by 10am on 25th February

    Anyone else facing #jio 4G speed issues .. bizarre streaming speed ..speed comes down in KB/s when something is streamed..very very disgusting customer care redressal ..they simply say "OUR NETWORK TEAM IS WILL WORK ON IT " ..contacted CCe's for a month now, no solution @JioCare

    @JioCare jio tower that is just 20 meter away from my work place has network issue but airtel tower that is 300 meters away from my work place is having awesome network. Need to switch to airtel 6006300398 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @JioCare everything is not good with Jio mobile network in our area, Noorabad Zakura. Very very poor signal can't talk notbto speak of internet speed.

    @sandipsabharwal @JioCare Have Jio connection from more than 2 years. Gotta admit, it never failed. Touchwood. Try local ISP guys also. They are usually prompt in service.

    @sandipsabharwal @JioCare On the contrary in Kolkata registered for Jio fiber The installation guy came within an hour Had to send him back for some reason though Probably a branch level issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I have recharged in wrong account with Rs. 666 and when I called customer care number they are saying request can't be raised for teh same. Please help
