    @JioCare I have disconnected my connection & shifted to airtel. Already made a request for refund & deposit of router.Dont send enginer for rewiring.Your service is pathetic. You have zero sla. @Airtel_Presence your service is quite fast.Few hours and i got my connection.thank u

    @JioCare Instead of raising service requests do some ground work also to fix the issue i have already received SR00001966K1,SR0000190JJB,SR000019A6UK, SR000019ABMN and so on service requests. You are a reputed company grow up.

    Complaint no:SR0000191NGH got resolved today by jio engineer on march 11.we have paid recharge of full march month out of which 10days till today got waste. Please provide us with coupun to fulfill our compensation of these days.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Facing network issue since a long while now. Besides several complaints @jiocare seems unconcerned. I have finally decided to port out of jio, and that is the only choice I was left with your service.

    @reliancejio This is to inform you that my jio fiber is not working from 24feb 2022 so i raised a complaint on 25feb 2022 regarding the same under complaint no SR0000190JJB But unfortunately i didn't receive any solution even they resolved the issue without providing any solution

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, I lost my jio sim, so for duplicate sim I visited jio authorised service centre/store that is referred by your customer support. After visiting hey said that I have to buy another fresh sim then only they will provide me the duplicate sim. (1/4)

    @Gauraturi @JioCare @reliancejio Bro, I would suggest to go for Vi or Airtel but not Jio. It has no network coverage anywhere. While the other network has smooth running in house, train and even metro. Suggesting you as per #Kolkata experience.

    @reliancejio - I installed a Jio Fiber (011-35515008) paying advance of 3 month's. I don't intend to continue with the service, kindly disconnect the service immediately and i inform if i have any outstanding amount to pay. Ravi Bhatnagar

    very disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Fiber is not working. Their employee came to my location and he told me that your wire has been disconnected and you will get Rs 1000 Will have to pay for rewiring.
