@JioCare unfortunately very worst experience as such weather is very well but i guess shortage of manpower and supervision as its more than 20days now and how come they close complaint by their own #worst_service_by_jio

@JioCare my jio fiber is not working for 6 days now in Sheikh Hamza colony lal bazar Srinagar.i already complaint about it but still nothing has been done.which tells about the poor service of jio network..even though I was assured that it will be done by 10am on 25th February

@reliancejio This is to inform you that my jio fiber is not working from 24feb 2022 so i raised a complaint on 25feb 2022 regarding the same under complaint no SR0000190JJB But unfortunately i didn't receive any solution even they resolved the issue without providing any solution

@JioCare @reliancejio pathetic network and net speed for your so called 4G SERVICES these days as for a 80 kb image downloading fails or keeps circling. Calls to same Jio network or other networks need to be repeatedly dialled, HD voice calls are so scrambled and inaudible. #port

@JioCare Don't say excessive load of customers affect internet speed. If so then u people are not qualified for running a network company. U receive payment from every customer to provide services. Don't think we r using it for free. U have to build Ur network according to that.
