@JioCare Net work is the worst Net work in Rajkot City particularly in High Rise Buildings Even no voice calls.U r deaf and dumb to customers plight. One must port from Jio.I have 5 Jio connection. Don't quote sugar quoted reply,upgrade services.@reliancejio

@JioCare Extremely disappointed with jio customer care. Wanted to move from jio postpaid to jio prepaid. However, the customer care bluntly tells me that they cannot help us out. I have 3 jio numbers in my family and now will move to airtel. Utterly dissatisfied!
