    Person who helps and supports at the crucial time is a real reliable and consistent person, during #NivarCylone some networks failed to give consistent service where as @airtelindia is still giving network support, thank you... Never expected poor service from @JioCare 😑

    @JioCare My problm haven't been solved this is Day 7 till now problm prevails . I'm unable to use data. Disappointed in jio. Regreating why I chose jio. POOR SERVICES I'm unable to attend classes because of this data issue

    @JioCare hi, I our area we are facing a lot of internet issue in the evening (after 6 pm) we can't even able to do a voice call. But in day time it is good. Please make your service better.

    No coverage one point showing most of the time zero signal strength showing not able to dial or receiving calls and sms because of this.. I can't use internet because of this poor network connection strength.. Please do provide good network strength for use LTE service. @JioCare

    @JioCare How do you understand our concern? It's been 6days, 50calls, several tweets and emails in past 6days but JIO is in deep sleep. Customer support guys are illiterate & incompetent to do anything ,we have already paid so, what should a customer do?We are stuck with JIO, so helpless.

    @JioCare @JioCare It’s been more than 7 days and my JioFiber issue is still unresolved. The assigned technician keeps saying it cannot be done right now and asked me to tweet instead. My time and money are being wasted while I continue to pay for a service that is not working properly.

    @jio_fiber Poor customer support from Jio. Unable to raise a complaint through the JioCare app. The email support simply redirects users back to the app. Even after selecting English, the response came in Hindi and I was left waiting for a transfer. Frustrating experience.

    @Ashish_4vedi @JioCare @Airtel_Presence I am having 2 airtel wifi connection and 4 priority post paid. Unable to do voice call in my house , everytime i have to step outside my house to call. Every now and then internet issues. This condition is at patrakarpuram gomtinagar. All service providers all more or less same
