    @JioCare pathetic service i am facing with Jio Fiber, No service engineer turns up to see and fix the issue. raised issue couple of times now. Already messaged all the details in DM, still no response from your side.

    @JioCare It has been more than a month now. Issue has not been changed. As a postpaid consumer I am not able to utilise my daily quota. Even due to non existence of network after evening missing calls.

    @reliancejio I made Rs.2500/- payment 2 days ago and Still waiting for the Engineer team for Installation JioFiber. Nobody contact me for appointment. I am calling to Booking person who came at my home but he didn't receive my call. Worst Service ever..

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply but the network issue has been resolved temporarily as of now. I expect a permanent solution on this "No service available" issue.

    @JioCare where's the customer service ? Switched to post paid on 4th march and got a bill more than a month. Whats going on ? Cant get in touch with the executive either ?

    @JioCare Ok but tough to seen phased covering time was too slow and its impect other authority will cover that range faster .... and once services are started then came in same areas .. right now our area is best suitable area but no service is here ...
