    Person who helps and supports at the crucial time is a real reliable and consistent person, during #NivarCylone some networks failed to give consistent service where as @airtelindia is still giving network support, thank you... Never expected poor service from @JioCare 😑

    @reliancejio Very poor coverage and tower strength is very low. Network data speed very worst.. I’m not suggesting this network in my family and friends

    @JioCare last 15 days.. my net is slow down at 7 pm to 12 am. i had a complim but not resolve. so i decide quite jio.. thank you jio my location Vaithikuppam, 66 Pillaiyar koil street. pondicherry

    @JioCare ₹999 and ₹399 JioFiber plans are in Upcoming status and not activated. Recharge was made due to unclear OTT benefit information. Cancel and refund immediately.

    @TRAI @PMOIndia @reliancejio unable to do one rekyc when customer name changes in aadhar card due to personal reason, jio says you can't do rekyc height of madness when aadhar number remain same , name has undergone change customer can't do rekyc..let me know how to fool customer

    @JioCare @i called again to enquire abt engineer, she said we can’t reschedule as it shows Shivam who did not complete issue n left early saying it’s going to be 6 I hv to leave . Also no other engineer will come as according to him it’s closed . All ladies disconnect at call cen

    @JioCare I called 5 times , then my complaint was registered. engineer sent who had no clue . He refused to spk or let me spk to his senior / colleague as according to him customer is not allowed to &he is not. Again dialed call c , she said will send an engineer, still waiting
