    @JioCare dear team, i m trying to reach you by jio live chat and customer care number but unable to talk to your executive. Jio fiber voice call all very unstable poor internet connectivity and difficult live tv features. So pls take away the jio fiber and refund 2500.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello I am disappointing to state that Why Jio customers are not allowed unused "Data Roll Over" facilities as on date despite full recharge?? Every day customer cannot use 1 GB data. Customer is entitled to get remaining data usage of his chosen data plan.

    @JioCare From my jio number 7023165455, I complained about the network on helpline number 3 4 times, my daily net pack ends like this. Not even 2g is running, I am being challenged daily, there is no change in the network for a long time.

    @JioCare I was used bsnl broadband from last 15 year but that type of behaviour never seen by Mr shiv lal 9785259192 He told me last 5 days eng will come and fix your issue but still not come and now he is not pickup my call. Kindly support us becz will work from home in pendamic

    @reliancejio jio unable to deliver service as data speed is zero, voice network is low and no one listen. Since Reliance got debt free jio customer facing lots of issue related service. Does the company no longer need consumers who are being treated like that?

    Sir I work at a law office and due to high speed we took jio fiber connection but from last few months it's not working at all. After registering online complaint from registered no. many time no action has been taken till date. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @JioMart_Support @JioCare Plz convey this to your staff as well. They behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner and allegedly stated Customer apni maa chudaye, order cancel kar diya jo karna hai kar lo.Such language and conduct towards a customer are completely unacceptable.
