I never suggest anyone to purchase jio fiber. Wrost services.

This Diwali when I bought Galaxy S21 FE 5G and since I started using, it really disappointed me for Samsung. Phone is very slow & @reliancejio 5G network is also not available on it.

Soubhagya (@soubhagya_earth) reported@JioCare i thought you would take my request seriously and act on it. but, nothing has changed. there has been no transparency, no clarity, no call and now even my DMs are going unanswered. this is not the level of service i expected from JIO. this is my final request. either complete the installation by end of today or process the refund immediately after today without any excuses. if neither of these happens, i will be left with no option but to pursue the matter through the appropriate legal consumer grievance channels and publically document the experience. i still hope jio chooses to resolve this professionally.
