Every day customer cannot use 1 GB data. Customer is entitled to get remaining data usage of his chosen data plan.

The Jio team said the 5G issue would be fixed within 10–15 days. But it’s been almost 2 months, and the situation is still the same! Forget 5G, even 4G doesn’t work properly. If 5G isn’t available, then why are you selling 5G plans? JioCare, no more assurances now-you guys are just handing out a consolation prize.
