    @JioCare @reliancejio I am unable to connect through my JIO fiber internet. I tried to call customer care. But they are not lifting the call. What a worst experience. I am on hold from last 5 hours.

Then i tried reaching out your tweeter handle, still I am waiting for your reply from last 20 days. You guys doesn't even care to reply back, so there is no wonder for such bad ntwrk

    @reliancejio Too much slow internet how may I open sites will you olz tell your internet fast when you bill cycle comes or customer pay easily do something otherwise I change my network next year near 2 km reliance jio office they say Complain over phone.

    @reliancejio @DelhiCapitals @RanveerOfficial From my jio number 7023165455, I complained about the network on helpline number 3 4 times, my daily net pack ends like this. Not even 2g is running, I am being challenged daily, there is no change in the network for a long time.

    @reliancejio jio fiber jodhpur team is not capable of taking care of the customers. My complaint although not resolved, they closed the complaint in their system. They are cheating the customer and also the company. @JioCare

    @JioCare I applied for Jio Fiber on 27th September and still I am waiting for jio team to install it.. that aint JioCare and your employees never pick calls neither they respond to my query. Name of my area manager - Mr Narendra headed by Mr Sanjeev headed.

    Stuck in an endless customer service loop between @JioCare and @AmazonHelp. A system glitch allowed my 2-year JioFiber Prime Lite consumer offer to link to an Amazon BUSINESS account. Frontline support refuses to escalate to tech to revoke the API link. Someone please fix this!

    This video isn’t from my town, but the situation is exactly the same here. Around 2 years ago, @reliancejio offered excellent service, but now the quality has deteriorated so badly that many people have ported their numbers to Bharti Airtel. Ironically, even Jio technicians are saying: “Jio won’t work port your number to Airtel.” Both mobile and fiber services have become highly unreliable. Customers are lured with promotional SMS offers, only for the company to later deny them, calling it a “mistake.     @JioCare @reliancejio We are suffering without Jio Fiber net connection which has not functioning since Wednesday till date.They are unable to fix the problem. I understand even my neighbour to whom I recommended Jio is also suffering without the jio internet connection.

    Experienced the worst internet connectivity from @airtelindia in #uttarakhand @ANINewsUP @UTDBofficial They need to feel #relianceJio just a new arrival has got good coverage now and better connectivity with affordable price then at least #airtel.
