  @JioCare @JioCare At first, the company's data service was causing problems. Now the voice is also lost.Suppose Reliance got debt has become free. If this service is done then it will be free from the customer as well.

  My JioFiber connection has been completely unavailable for over 7 hours now. I’ve already tried every possible troubleshooting step, but nothing has worked. This is deeply concerning & completely unacceptable for a service that has become an essential part of daily life. A disruption lasting this long, with no effective resolution, reflects a serious failure in service reliability. Jio needs to address this urgently & provide a clear explanation for the prolonged outage. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare Share the service request number. Is it really taking 7+ days just to generate a request number? I raised the relocation request on 13 Aug, followed up repeatedly, and I’m still being told it’s “under process” with no request number r timeline. This is completely unacceptable

  @JioCare Jio, clearly you’re not interested in fixing the problem. You keep sending scripted replies while the network/internet issue remains unresolved. Stop wasting my time with copy-paste responses. Fix the network or admit you can’t. Customers deserve a working service, not excuses.
