  Hello @JioCare @reliancejio your internet service has been disrupted in my area since 5:30 PM today. I was initially informed that the issue would be resolved by 9 PM, but I have now received another message saying it may not be fixed until 5 AM tomorrow. My work has been seriously affected because of this prolonged outage. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. Please look into this urgently.

  @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare #jioslowspeed When I don’t recharge my Jio number, I receive daily calls from Jio telling me to recharge or they will deactivate my number. But once I recharge, the internet barely works. The speed is extremely slow on both 4G and 5G. I’m suffering losses because of this. Who is going to take responsibility for that? Whenever I contact them, they simply say, “It will be fixed soon.” They have been repeating the same thing for the last two years. On top of that, it’s extremely difficult to even reach customer care. And when you finally get connected after 15 minutes, you still don’t get any proper resolution. This is incredibly frustrating.
