    @reliancejio Internet connectivity down for my Jiofibre since past 3days i.e. from 11/07/2026. However no resolution has been received regarding the issue. The resolution time is simply being extended. Such pathetic service from Jiofibre. No positive response from Customer care

    @JioCare why cant I have a landline connection for the airfibre? Why it needs a mobile? What if someone bars mobile in the factory and you guys go there and promote your service.

    Surprisingly Jio response on this complaint has been great. Engineers contacted and even verified before closing the request. Hoping that Jio takes care of Network tower stability as the majority of recent issue has been due to tower level outages. @JioCare @reliancejio
