    @JioCare Sir please solve my problem in jio app,whenever I am clicking on wifi settings ,the password change option screen is blank,and I am unable to change password or username.

    @reliancejio I got my jio fiber connection on 28th otc.. After use 2 days the router was not working.. I called the expert who gave me the connection and he said it will be replaced next day. But still they didn't replace my router till now... What a service....

    @JioCare @reliancejio there wouldn't be any urgency if you wouldn't take so much time in resolving this. You keep closing unresolved tickets. This is your customer service ? You cant return a small amount of a customer? And on top of that showing very poor work ethic
