    @reliancejio since last three days facing slownl internet and frequent disconnection and your team is not able to resolve it. Pls see if you can rectify it with change of device or technical solution. Else with no option to surrender the router and connection.

    Port to some other network is best solution now. How much time i wasted here, even whatsapp call are not possible smoothly. Pathetic and worst network. No complaint as u do nothing, just looting the customer and fooling them. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare My jio fibre installation is on hold since long, no one is taking responsibility. Your customer care number goes busy all the time. Chat option shows phn no as invalid even whn i login with same number where u send otp. Is there anyone to care? Order no. - NO0001BXZWI2

    @JioCare @reliancejio have jio home connection issue try to chat but all AI system no live agent avilable found unresponsive and irresponsible behaviour jio need to work on it wasted one year plan i guess

    @JioCare The issue was not resolved and the ticket was closed. What a terrible service in spite of social media escalation. I have to go ahead and cancel the subscription now
