@JioCare @reliancejio Walked to 3rd floor to write this tweet. Its been 10 days I am at my hometown Fatehabad (125050) and about to change my operator in 2 days if I will not get proper high speed Internet. I think 2g network of @Airtel_Presence & @idea_cares will work more.

@JioCare Varun, there is problem wgetting to your team to resolve the existing issue of frequent disconnection and it needs to be looked in to. It’s not green or red light . It’s more of your support mechanism and resolving repeated problem. Please share escalation matrix DM me
