    @JioCare @reliancejio Walked to 3rd floor to write this tweet. Its been 10 days I am at my hometown Fatehabad (125050) and about to change my operator in 2 days if I will not get proper high speed Internet. I think 2g network of @Airtel_Presence & @idea_cares will work more.

    @reliancejio I have been trying to contact customer care but no one was available to listen, I have done recharge of 349 for jio number 8080526714 However this number is suspended as it was cooperate number and they are not ready to give NOC for it

    @JioCare It’s such a waste of time interacting with the customer service. Do understand my issue? It’s NOT about speed. It’s about OTT subscription which isn’t activated when I renewed my plan!!! Atleast 20 DM messages exchanged. But nobody has understood the real issue !!!!

    Going for BSNL GIGAFIBRE broadband they are better than you . I thought that JIO will be providing good services in urban areas but I was wrong this is the worst network. It's going be 365 days I enrolled for JIOFIBRE but their service network is very poor. @JioCare @JioChat

    @reliancejio horrible experience with Jio customer care. Executive was very rude. @TRAI please help. Jio just wants to keep my number active even though I am not using it. Number can be miss used but @reliancejio is not ready to help me.

    Hello jio, really very unsatisfied by the service of jio . It's going to be an year I enrolled for jio fibre and I still do not have any update by them . I live in Panjab University but jio although jio dosen't have service in our area ..very bad jio @JioCare @reliancejio
