    @JioCare @reliancejio Walked to 3rd floor to write this tweet. Its been 10 days I am at my hometown Fatehabad (125050) and about to change my operator in 2 days if I will not get proper high speed Internet. I think 2g network of @Airtel_Presence & @idea_cares will work more.

    @SandhuKamaldeep @JioCare I got jio fiber and paid 4500/- security. When we shifted state , we requested for transfer of connection. Jio refused., we asked for pick up from new state. Jio refused. So we paid security deposit and got new jio connection. Enjoy good service. Forget refunds.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I felt bad for the employee who has called me. I'm really very sorry for him. This is because of the #JioPOST CONNECTION service. and the employees and the team who is not taking responsibility properly. Please raise a request for #JioFiber Disconnection.

    @reliancejio Today I made 2 calls for the issue. First customer care executive hung up the call without resolving the issue. Second customer care executive named Nisha Biswas said that if we recharge the plan prior to the expiry date our new plan will be activated from that date.
