Its been 10 days I am at my hometown Fatehabad (125050) and about to change my operator in 2 days if I will not get proper high speed Internet. I think 2g network of @Airtel_Presence & @idea_cares will work more.

Appreciate the resolution, but the 2-day delay, repeated rescheduling, and lack of coordination were disappointing. Hope service reliability and response time improve going forward.
