    @JioCare @reliancejio Walked to 3rd floor to write this tweet. Its been 10 days I am at my hometown Fatehabad (125050) and about to change my operator in 2 days if I will not get proper high speed Internet. I think 2g network of @Airtel_Presence & @idea_cares will work more.

    @JioCare No updates again—no call, no assistance from Jio today. The total turnaround time for this escalation has now reached 1 month and 2 days. This is, without a doubt, the worst service I’ve ever experienced. This clearly reflects negligence, repeated fake updates.

    @JioCare Attention: Mr.Smit Your response again states that the matter has been “forwarded” and is being treated “On priority", but no timeline has been provided. This issue has already been pending for several months. Despite repeated written assurances and your personal commitment, no concrete resolution has been delivered till date. An open-ended assurance without accountability is not acceptable. Therefore, this is to place on record: 👉 I am allowing time till 30th April 2026 for Jio Fiber to resolve this matter positively, including refund of the due amount and a clear written closure. 👉 In case of failure to resolve by this date, I will proceed from 1st May onwards with formal escalation to: • DoT grievance portal • Consumer Commission • Other legal remedies available under law Please treat this as a final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably.
