    @JioCare @reliancejio Walked to 3rd floor to write this tweet. Its been 10 days I am at my hometown Fatehabad (125050) and about to change my operator in 2 days if I will not get proper high speed Internet. I think 2g network of @Airtel_Presence & @idea_cares will work more.

    @JioCare my experience with jio fiber is very poor. I was told by jio that refund fully amount if you are cancelled connection within one month But refund is not initiated still. Name- Ajay Kumar Gupta Please with due respect, refund my amount. Order no.- NO0000I1YFL8

    @reliancejio @JioCare I cancelled the jio connection because of internet connectivity and customer/ engineer support service issues, but the IVR says the connection was cancelled due to incomplete customer information… seriously???? Is this how you cover up customer issues?

    @JioCare Awaiting reply. Being a loyal Customer to Jio I expect an immediate resolution. Please don't give me automatic replies. In fact i am a huge Fann of Jio having Jio fiber also for home. I used to recommend to people to have Jio services. Now let's see.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised the cancellation request SR000016EDHX on 27-Aug of my Jio Fibre. Again raised the request to Appellate SR000016LJFZ. Even after following multiple times, device has not been picked up. This is the scam running by Jio. Poor Services.

    @JioCare Hello Jio I want to inform you that in Salt Lake sector-V Kolkata area the internet speed is very slow. I am facing this issue for last 3 months. Kindly look into it.
