In my case they are repeatedly claiming that the network is already perfect. Customer care at 198, live chat and twitter...all of them said that network is perfect / resolved. That's why I asked another solution. Switching will cost me around 2000. Plus monthly bill of 999. It will cost 12000 for 10 months There must be another way.
