@JioCare Didn't liked your private message, I already know that switching to postpay will forfeit my 10 months prepaid plan. That's why I asked another solution. Switching will cost me around 2000. Plus monthly bill of 999. It will cost 12000 for 10 months There must be another way.

@JioCare i have requested for router change as it's giving problem for 2-3months I have serviced it 2-3 times but still not working and it's been almost 5 days and the guy (vikas) is assigned for this work haven't come for service or for the change. Plz look to it.@reliancejio

Customer care at 198, live chat and twitter...all of them said that network is perfect / resolved. Ya to ye khud ullu h ya hume ullu bna rhe h
