@JioCare i am sorry to say that the network in jio sim is not very good. I am in delhi right now after that i have been facing this issue. When there is a network also i can hear the voice of other person on phone but he can't hear my voice. A year ago i had made a complaint.🤐

Very poor quality @reliancejio network and advisor behaviour also poor quality. He guides me how to convert @reliancejio to @airtelindia. Advisor only thinks about time reduce but without giving exact information. And doesn't give me previous sr update. Very poor @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio Jio signals again not adequate at my residence in Kalyan Vihar, Delhi. My family ported 5 connections to jio only becoz it was the best service. But, twice earlier the signal problem had arised & rectified. Now its the 3rd time. Please rectify. Again.

@JioCare @reliancejio The worst internet connection i can have is #Jio ,the speed is less than 10kbps,i Tweeted and DM you Several times but you People just sit in AC rooms and see tweets on PC..and never do anything....You must consider it that speed is 2G in 👇👇

@JioCare I lost my jiofi device..tried blocking through app.didn't worked.visited nearest customer care center at Rupnarayanpur, West Bengal. they are saying its a sales branch n they cant do anything and denies taking responsibility Hassling customers seems to be new norm. Shame
