@JioCare @reliancejio Jio signals again not adequate at my residence in Kalyan Vihar, Delhi. My family ported 5 connections to jio only becoz it was the best service. But, twice earlier the signal problem had arised & rectified. Now its the 3rd time. Please rectify. Again.

@JioCare i am sorry to say that the network in jio sim is not very good. I am in delhi right now after that i have been facing this issue. When there is a network also i can hear the voice of other person on phone but he can't hear my voice. A year ago i had made a complaint.🤐

I've requested to close my postpaid connection on may 30th and the issue was closed without resolving. I couldn't connect to customer support because there is no such thing for postpaid connection, even the reliance digital at keelkattalai branch people couldnt connect @JioCare

location : Gali No. 13, Telephone Exchange Road, Samalkha, New Delhi - 110037. Till 24th April, We, Whole Family were using @reliancejio as Primary network as it was providing full coverage while other networks like @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare were available with low coverage.
