    @rushabhmpatwa @JioCare @reliancejio Thank god they told you that they are improving. In my case they are repeatedly claiming that the network is already perfect. Customer care at 198, live chat and twitter...all of them said that network is perfect / resolved. Ya to ye khud ullu h ya hume ullu bna rhe h

    my complaint is started on 6 october after 20 days their is not complete little time of them such a very poor service by airtel and now i am decided to go legal work on it.also i frustrate by service of airtel... @JioCare @reliancejio

    Jio wifi call not working on any iphone on IOS 16, I even downloaded IOS 16.5 Beta 2 which is available only for selected users but still not able to do wifi calling. This issue is with Jio as it was working fine earlier @reliancejio @Apple, finally switching to Airtel.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got call from your team today twice and they could not hear me but I could hear them. This is exactly the complaint I have . Number of times either I or other party can hear . Worst service given by #jio which should be noted by @TRAI and action taken

    @JioCare Didn't liked your private message, I already know that switching to postpay will forfeit my 10 months prepaid plan. That's why I asked another solution. Switching will cost me around 2000. Plus monthly bill of 999. It will cost 12000 for 10 months There must be another way.

    Honorable @TRAI Plz improve network quality and availability. Our network in going to 0 when entering in house. How to do work from when network in not in home. I complaint 4 to 5 time to @JioCare but the are telling lie and do nothing. Now I complaint in @TRAI. Plz help us

This issue is with Apple or Jio, one cannot confirm. I checked Airtel Wifi call working fiber xtreme

    Worst service of @reliancejio in my area, so many times complaint raised but could not received a solution. I think now its time to switch out in other network. Go to hell @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hello Mr. Bhushan, I can't express my feelings after reading some sensible words from a representative of @JioCare. Earlier responses were so nonsensical that I'd lost all hopes for any solution. Thanks for accepting the network issue and your satisfactory response.

    @reliancejio @JioCare pity your network not working at delhi airport. I was at gate 50 and no Internet no whatapp. Please do something urgently. Airtel is forcing u out by your laziness . Same goes to your connectivity in US. I bought the US Card. Money total waste

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani continuously facing issues with very poor and unstable connections of Jio fiber at my home in Gurgaon. Either the team is not competent or they are doing time pass. Pls resolve or i have no option but 2 shift to other service provider. Unacceptable service.

    @JioCare The best thing about Jio WiFi is that they never put customers directly in touch with a technician; instead, they first suggest four technical troubleshooting steps. Only after attempting these steps is one permitted to call them—and even then, if the problem persists, a technician won't be available for another 15 days. Just grin and bear it, because the situation is exactly the same with other service providers as well.01332357677

    Jio AirFiber Service ID 1893357775 @JioCare my jio fibre isn’t working properly, red light reflecting in box and WiFi isn’t working, since the day I have got the connection, If it continues like this, I will not recharge it in the future. @reliancejio

    It has been 5 days but neither has any engineer come from Jio side nor have I received any call to fix the WiFi. I will wait for 15 days and if the issue is not resolved I will file a complaint in the Consumer Forum because my 6-month recharge is still remaining. @JioCare

    @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare I had the exact opposite experience. Jio has been running without a hitch for years now. Air tel keeps having outage every other day.
