    @reliancejio @JioCare pity your network not working at delhi airport. I was at gate 50 and no Internet no whatapp. Please do something urgently. Airtel is forcing u out by your laziness . Same goes to your connectivity in US. I bought the US Card. Money total waste

    @reliancejio It's been a week not having jio's network here for call. Anduse if internet also always need to go on top to talk someone.Earlier its was totally fine dnt know what in back couple of days it's been even right now also i musing someone hotspot who is having airtel.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got call from your team today twice and they could not hear me but I could hear them. This is exactly the complaint I have . Number of times either I or other party can hear . Worst service given by #jio which should be noted by @TRAI and action taken

    my complaint is started on 6 october after 20 days their is not complete little time of them such a very poor service by airtel and now i am decided to go legal work on it.also i frustrate by service of airtel... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio how can your agent disconnect the chat before reaching to the resolution, such a pathetic experience I ever had, everytime I initiate a chat, they don't let us read and disconnect in less than a minute? #worstJioService

    Very poor quality @reliancejio network and advisor behaviour also poor quality. He guides me how to convert @reliancejio to @airtelindia. Advisor only thinks about time reduce but without giving exact information. And didn't give me previous sr update.

    @rushabhmpatwa @JioCare @reliancejio Thank god they told you that they are improving. In my case they are repeatedly claiming that the network is already perfect. Customer care at 198, live chat and twitter...all of them said that network is perfect / resolved. Ya to ye khud ullu h ya hume ullu bna rhe h

    @JioCare - Never expected a worst customer exp. Opted for a new fiber connection. sales exec came home morning and ensured payments made within 30 minutes. also promised- engineer will do the installation on same day. 2 days over, still no call from Jio and Installation not done.
