In my case they are repeatedly claiming that the network is already perfect. Customer care at 198, live chat and twitter...all of them said that network is perfect / resolved. After 3 weeks of waiting, I am still getting the answer that there are no service engineers available! Frustrated, I raised another request on 4th June for cancelling the service.
