    @Hamdk28 @vasukichavatti @JioCare Jio wifi call not working on any iphone on IOS 16.3 or 16.4, I even downloaded IOS 16.5 Beta 2 which is available only for selected users but still not able to do wifi calling. This issue is with Apple or Jio, one cannot confirm. I checked Airtel Wifi call working fiber xtreme

    @RelJio4g @reliancejio worst network. From the day IUC charges are charged by reliance jio network has become worst. Data is worst and calls are also worst. Voice cracking and unable to talk.

    @rushabhmpatwa @JioCare @reliancejio Thank god they told you that they are improving. In my case they are repeatedly claiming that the network is already perfect. Customer care at 198, live chat and twitter...all of them said that network is perfect / resolved. Ya to ye khud ullu h ya hume ullu bna rhe h

    @JioCare Hi there is nothing to be glad as Its second time in last 15 days you closed my service request without resolving and wihout taking confirmation from me. pathetic services from #JIO and I am very very frustrated. Seems u not feeling my pain #JioTrue5G is actually #jiopathetic5G

    @JioCare Hello Mr. Bhushan, I can't express my feelings after reading some sensible words from a representative of @JioCare. Earlier responses were so nonsensical that I'd lost all hopes for any solution. Thanks for accepting the network issue and your satisfactory response.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani continuously facing issues with very poor and unstable connections of Jio fiber at my home in Gurgaon. Either the team is not competent or they are doing time pass. Pls resolve or i have no option but 2 shift to other service provider. Unacceptable service.

    Very poor quality @reliancejio network and advisor behaviour also poor quality. He guides me how to convert @reliancejio to @airtelindia. Advisor only thinks about time reduce but without giving exact information. And doesn't give me previous sr update. Very poor @reliancejio

    @reliancejio It's been a week not having jio's network here for call. Anduse if internet also always need to go on top to talk someone.Earlier its was totally fine dnt know what in back couple of days it's been even right now also i musing someone hotspot who is having airtel.

    @reliancejio My 5G data is completely not working properly since daily data exhausted. I have already recharge top-up voucher of 151 for 9 GB 4G with 5G unlimited. But still 5G isn't working compared to 4G at all. Don't know which type of service @JioCare providing name of 5G.

    It’s been days since the rains cooled off, but @JioCare 5G is still down at my house. Getting <10mbps in just one spot, forcing me onto 4G. Exhausting my 2.5GB daily limit is a nightmare when 5G is supposed to be unlimited. Please resolve! PIN: 401209

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. An engineer visit was marked, but no engineer actually came. The router is still blinking red, and there is no internet. I've been facing this issue for days. Please stop giving generic updates and arrange an actual engineer visit today.
