@JioCare Didn't liked your private message, I already know that switching to postpay will forfeit my 10 months prepaid plan. That's why I asked another solution. Switching will cost me around 2000. Plus monthly bill of 999. It will cost 12000 for 10 months There must be another way.

@JioCare @reliancejio Yaar waise hi WiFi Nahin Aata, ab udd aur gaya poora network. It's 4 d 2nd time dat it's happening in a Qtr. Seriously thinking of getting rid of it n switching to Airtel. Really Pathetic Network n Services. Fed Up with irregular Speed n poor connectivity.

@reliancejio It's been a week not having jio's network here for call. Anduse if internet also always need to go on top to talk someone.Earlier its was totally fine dnt know what in back couple of days it's been even right now also i musing someone hotspot who is having airtel.

@JioCare i have requested for router change as it's giving problem for 2-3months I have serviced it 2-3 times but still not working and it's been almost 5 days and the guy (vikas) is assigned for this work haven't come for service or for the change. Plz look to it.@reliancejio

@rushabhmpatwa @JioCare @reliancejio Thank god they told you that they are improving. In my case they are repeatedly claiming that the network is already perfect. Customer care at 198, live chat and twitter...all of them said that network is perfect / resolved. Ya to ye khud ullu h ya hume ullu bna rhe h

@JioCare It was the responsibility of Jio to collect the device. I called Jio several number of times. Nobody called me to collect. It was fault from jio side. I registered several complaint on jio care to collect device. So, I needfull refund from jio.

@reliancejio will never suggest or recommend reliane jio to anyone ever. Worst services I encountered so far. They don’t even wait for a day if date is due to pay bills and now its been 3 days i am waiting for them to rectify my internet and jio fiber box issue.
