    @TRAI are you aware of that most of Jio customers are facing frequent network outage and call drop issue in #5gindia @JioCare @reliancejio are not able to resolve my issue for last one month now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got call from your team today twice and they could not hear me but I could hear them. This is exactly the complaint I have . Number of times either I or other party can hear . Worst service given by #jio which should be noted by @TRAI and action taken

    Worst service of @reliancejio in my area, so many times complaint raised but could not received a solution. I think now its time to switch out in other network. Go to hell @reliancejio

    @JioCare Didn't liked your private message, I already know that switching to postpay will forfeit my 10 months prepaid plan. That's why I asked another solution. Switching will cost me around 2000. Plus monthly bill of 999. It will cost 12000 for 10 months There must be another way.

    @Hamdk28 @vasukichavatti @JioCare Jio wifi call not working on any iphone on IOS 16.3 or 16.4, I even downloaded IOS 16.5 Beta 2 which is available only for selected users but still not able to do wifi calling. This issue is with Apple or Jio, one cannot confirm. I checked Airtel Wifi call working fiber xtreme

    @JioCare multiple time complaints to customer care but response is 0. Call dropped call failed my mobile no gets out of reach or switch off. Its time to change operator now. Third class customer support.. on sim delivery also they denied…

    @Siddharth_lol @JioCare @reliancejio My friend was also facing similar issue. He simply broken the JioFibre box hanging outside on a electric pole. It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My internet connection is frequently down, speeds are very slow, and despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. This is seriously affecting my work and daily activities. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare Are you fraud or what why are you sending me same message again and again. If you can't solve problem then tell me or I will make a grievance against you. Already engineer visit is scheduled so how I reschedule and what is meaning of rescheduling when engineer is not visiting

    @JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision I’ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Can’t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.
