    @JioCare Thank you for your response. However, I have been hearing the same assurance for several days, while my issue remains unresolved. My original complaint was raised on 26 July 2026. The engineer visited on 28 July, confirmed that both the IDU and ODU were damaged, replaced only the IDU, and assured me that the ODU would be replaced soon. Instead, my complaint was marked as resolved on 28 July at 10:05 PM without replacing the ODU or restoring my connection. My AirFiber is still not working, and I have been calling customer care every day without any resolution. Please provide a definite timeline for ODU replacement and service restoration instead of generic assurances.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what type of liars and irresponsible people u have. I paid 1200 2 days back and the person (Amir) told me that the Internet connection will be done same day but till now there is no update. Shame on such a pathetic service

    Basically they wont refund nor give extra time which i lost with the net its all the scam of a billing cycle . They wont refund This most i lost internet around 20hours + almost a day So they wont extent or give that 20hours , no refund if i paid for the service Only option if cancel it will cancel but they have no option for refund this is JIO SCAMS going on !! @jio @JioCare

    @JioCare what nonsense is this? I recharged with Rs 49 plan to get unlimited internet, now insted of using this plan data is getting used from my 20 GB base plan! Either use data from my unlimited plan or immediately cancel my rs 49 plan and refund my money!

    Pathetic service by #JioFiber Internet service. Since last evening internet service is not coming . On calling customer care and engineer no resolution provided. Now engineer is here in 2 sec he vanished now he is not picking up the call. @jiocare

    @JioCare my problem of air fiber is not resolved yet ! It’s been 4 days now . No resolution provided I have called the customer care and registered complaint 4 times already but no resolution provided . I am only asked to wait ! Technician visited but he has blamed the tower

    @JioCare Need a engineer visit today, cant say as a silent consumer for 4 days without any resolution for the complaint. I am paying for the service. So I need priority closure and support on the complaint

    @JioCare Look into issue asap you have been rescheduling visit for 2 days now
