    Really frustrated with JioFiber service. No internet since morning and customer support has been of no help. No update, no engineer visit, and no priority shown. Is this how subscribers are expected to be treated? @JioCare

    @TRAI Please run aimilar test in Maharashtra, Nagpur area. We feel that @reliancejio is topping the list of call dropping. Call automatically get disconnected and caller ia not able to call again till 2 to 3 minutes. Jio to jio call problem

    @JioCare @TRAI Charging users for 5G but delivering 2G-like speeds is unacceptable. Even in Ahmedabad, a major metro city, network performance is poor with frequent slowdowns and connectivity issues. Please ensure customers get the service promised. #Jio5G #TRAI

    @JioCare If you are struggling to provide a new connection, it raises concerns about how you will be able to deliver reliable service after installation. The lack of response and delay in installation is very disappointing and reflects poor customer service.
