    @JioCare I recharged my Jio number almost 3 hours ago. Payment was successful, but the recharge is still not reflecting in the Jio app and services are not activated yet. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. #Jio #RechargeIssue #CustomerSupport

    @JioCare Again sharing misleading information. There is NO “Reschedule” option available in MyJio app as claimed by your team. Screenshot attached for reference. Since 6-May-26 my JioFiber is still down & no engineer assigned yet for SR000035880P. Contd 1/2

    @JioCare Your agent on phone said its a nation wide issue why are you asking for my jio fiver details then? Did your agent lie?? 2 days in a row. I want my internet pack to be extended to as many days you guys do not provide me with internet. This is bullshit. I will dm you the phone no.

    @reliancejio I am having bitter experience with Jio bb service. Outage of my Jio BB from last day. Raised complaintSR000033TXq3 on 3-May so far no one attended it. Escalated it too.. still no use. Living without internet and my work is effected. It is not fair for Jio, shame u

    @zeeshan_dale @JioCare Bro they are doing same to me since April 13th. You will not get reply here. Now they will delete your account. You will never able to track anything. Take proof now and file case in consumer court

    @JioCare I have recharged with ₹899 plan, but JioHotstar is still not working on both mobile and TV. I have already logged in with the same Jio number used for recharge, yet the subscription is not getting activated. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. @hotstar_helps

    @JioCare I am extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber's service.I have filed complaints several times,but no one has come forward to resolve the issue.This keeps happening again and again.Customer support is poor and the service is unacceptable. My issue is not getting internet.

    @JioCare It has already been 6+ days without services, with no clear timeline, no SR acknowledgement, and no ability to connect with customer care due to the predefined IVR message, hence pls share the process to close the connection and rebate the monthly charges as there was no service

    @reliancejio First of all, bring a solution to this problem that if someone gets a wrong recharge, you people neither refund his money nor recharge him correctly, does giving your service mean causing loss to anyone or You don't care about profit, one day all the telecom companies will sink.
