  @responsecitizen @JioCare @SdDurgesh Yet another torture, of late, is the messages asking about use of Jio Voice Assistant on a DAILY basis, though it is just an eyewash by a pathetic Customer care ... do they care? Nope.. not at all !! Half the time VA,says sorry there's "some problem, try again!"

  @JioCare I ported my number from airtel to jio but am not able to tele verify it since 2 weeks, it says call ended the moment i call on 1977 from same jio sim. Hence I cant even use it to get otp for problem solving on your site.I called customer care but the solution did nothing

  Thank you @JioCare I just got call from @reliancejio by Arvind , it's feel gud whn u get call fr issue immediately unlike @Airtel_Presence whm I am complaining since 11 month but no response. My complaint was nt fr poor internet on Jio bt for request of jiofiber in my locality.
