    @JioCare @reliancejio Regretting on moving to Jio from Vodafone. I did it specially for IR but, since I landed no stable network. The WhatsApp support is like hell. I urge the entire Jio IR team to look up SR000018TMW6 and fix my issue at earliest.

    @JioCare I have told the issue in detail over dm yet no resolution from my side....The issue is long pending from 6 months....Yet the only issue u ask is is the led green or blinking?? Is it going to be resolved or not.? Pathetic customer service.....I want redund

    @JioCare 5G is not shown at times only. So in short jio wants me to recharge for the highest pack everytime or they won't be giving us a good service

    @JioCare I registered a complaint regarding my JioFibre not working today I recieved a call from customer care executive asking me cancel my JioFibre connection and it will not be fixed. I don't know what's wrong with you guys, I don't want to cancel my connection. Look into this

    @reliancejio @JioCare I just spoke to #yogendra from your customer care and he was pathetic over the call and even after telling my concern he didn’t even take my complaint on saying my Internet is not working and every question that I answered he didn’t trust me #help
