    @JioCare @jio_fiber is there any issue with the internet? It seems both 2.5 and 5 bands wifi are not working at all. Happening frequently since yesterday. Please help.

    @JioCare , I'm messaging from last 10 days but no reply. My jio fiber connection activated on 10th April and till now google gemini pro banner not showing in myjio app. shared snapshots in DM multiple times. I paid money 3333 to jio, but u are not resolving my issues.

    @JioCare What is lead amount? How many days do you require to refund Rs. 1200+interest? Is @JioCare so poor that it needs more than a month to refund that amount? It may be smal l for you or anyone else but it is my hard earned money and every single rupee of it matters to me.

    Had a nightmare with @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare Worst service ever. First the agent comes and takes full amount, then ground staff comes and deny installation citing infrastructure issues
