Firstly your Wifi is down for atleast 10 days a month and Jio dont have shame or courtesy to refund amount for days where system down which is your problem. I will write to consumer court for harassing and not compensating for sure. shame on such brand

Whenever I call Customer care, they r saying our network team is upgrading the network/ working on it & it will be resolved soon. No relief, monthly plans r getting costlier & net slower

Please come to Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 and test it yourself. Calls break, internet fails, and indoor signal disappears.
