    @reliancejio i have been facing internet speed issue and continuously wifi disconnection issue since last 15 days. Till now, raised 3 request for this issues : SR000017E4B1, SR000017B8D1, SR000017AGV2. These requests were closed without providing any resolution. No engineer visit

    @JioCare I'm facing refund related issues since 17th Oct and that's not solved yet! The last communication was on 26th Oct where I was asked to wait for 7 days and yet here we are! The ARN for your reference is 20211017111212801300168140869172388. Please revert ASAP.

    @JioCare please stop providing this worst service neither improving your services nor helping us... Why you guys are are asking people to join JIO for higher speed and good service but I am facing this issue from so long when I was in my hometown then also I was facing the issue

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am facing an ping issue with my game your wifi is not working fine at all me and my friend we both are playing the same game online he is using @reliancejio he is getting a wonderful ping of 70 where as i am getting a ping of 180.

    @Airtel_Presence airtel team, I'm just seriously done now! Last time I thought of porting it to @reliancejio postpaid due to slow internet. Received a call and they seeked that issue will definitely be resolved but its the same slow internet issue. SUGGEST WHAT'S NEXT?
