    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio

    @JioCare complaint: I received the same refund-related message from Jio on 11/08/2026. However,despite the assurance provided by Jio,no refund has been credited and no satisfactory resolution has been provided to me even after several days. Kindly clarify what is meant by “next few days”

    @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare Similar problem I faced few days ago. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Something similar happened to me, but with Airtel's fiber... Got refund after 3-4 months of hassle with their customer service

    @JioCare @JioCare Let us show some professionalism. I had DM'ed you all details including my FULL ADDRESS to you. Don't waste my time,asking for ADDITIONAL details like this. Be specific about, what you want? Will google map location will do? But, WHY YOU HAVE CLOSED THE COMPLAINT?

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3/4 For a NEW connection, Jio can make 100s of calls explaining offers. But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service. Are you now pushing me to switch my broadband too?

    🚨 SCAM ALERT @reliancejio - Paid ₹2200 for Jio AirFiber, but your team not installed & cancelled that request.all details sent in DM. It’s been over a month with no refund. Customer care is just an endless IVR with no human to address the issue. frustrating and unacceptable!

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio
