When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Poor coordination, repeated requests for the same information, missed commitments, and still no actual fix. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
