When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Such a pathetic service.

Today I was on bed rest as came from Doctor who diagnosed a serious disease and possible hospitalisation. Net was not working. The engineer came and automatically fixed my net, took the code and left. The epitome of professionalism.
