Issue is that I need to restart the JIO STB frequently to keep viewing channels... If we don't restart frequently, it will go back to home screen in between.. totally irritating

When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. I called customer care immediately and was told: “Don’t worry, the 3-day validity is just formal/technical. Your add-on won’t expire and will be used later.” I trusted that statement.
