When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.
