When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Ravi G (@ravigadani) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Following up on the same Service request no. SR00002NIBD4 It has been further 24 hours. Total 48 hours (2days) still the status is the same. No engineer visit. No resolution. Nobody picks up the phone from registered mobile number. As I posted on X yesterday, I got a call from Jio Social Media team about 05.30pm yesterday (19th August 2026), assuring me of the highest priority in resolving my issue. Alas, nothing happened. It is approx. 08.00am (48 hours after raising the service request, 2 full days) and no resolution and no communication from Jio in any manner on any platform. I call again today with mobile number that is not registered with my JioFibre connection, so as to talk to a human, and I do get to talk. Only to get another phony assurance that the request will be escalated. The customer rep who I talked with today, was kind enough and did try to connect me with her higher authority, but it was to no avail. She tried twice, but the ‘senior’ did not connect. I think they now know that this is the second number from which the same person is calling. Dear jio, can I expect any resolution or at least a word about what is really happening?
