No support after multiple calls (SR SR000015QC1I) @JioCare Engineer did not respond yet but closed the ticket .wrong information entered by engineer and mentioned that I did not allow to take pictures of job quality. Engineer did not visit yet

Whenever I contact the support they don't reply or they simply overlook or just say "there are many people using internet at same time" so hey JIO I pay you for service if I don't receive services I think you should refund me some amount. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare hi Shekhar, we (multiple JIO numbers) are facing this issue for last two weeks now, it started with the start of July month. My number comes as switched of if someone calls because there is no network.

@JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima Pathetic customer Service! have been trying to cancel our Jio Wifi for over 20 days now. Have called more than 10 times. We cancelled the plan but the CC guy didnt cancel it and deducting our money in the free trial as well.
