    it's been over 20 days, neither I got my money 1200 rs for relocation back nor any resolution .And while we call customer support daily to provide resolutions, they keep saying you will get the refund amount 4 days , 1 days , till this date, @reliancejio

    @JioCare for the past 4 days im trying to get a new jio connection but ur local area manager is absolutely horrible. He took the money upfront for 3 moths within 6 hrs but stopped all communication after that. Get someone to contact me asap for the connection

    @JioCare Yes, location is same (Majlispur, Bidupur). Map shows 5G coverage but ground signal is zero since 2016. Stop asking same questions and check Appeal DOTEL/E/A/26/0005045 for full details. Fix it now! @DoT_India
