@JioCare I am again surprised . Is it the trend of JioFiber to not attend the failure/connection issue and simply send a message that "visit has been rescheduled as per your request" ? I haven't request for any hold or rescheduling. Will you attend the failure or I should other ways ?

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare In the last 23 days all you have been doing is creating new tickets and then closing them falsely after some time. No quality control and no appellate authority to complain to. Just terminate these connections and refund my amount.

@JioCare No mam you won't be able to address the issue because the issue is already identified and issue gets closed after sharing of code by me which I refused to give. Your backend executives tell technnicians just make the customer be satisfied with the same router.
