    @JioCare It's been fourth day no action has been taken from your side.. As engineer came and they said that we don't know what's the problm is. Problem is from the main supply. Its totally an harassment of consumer from your side a mental harrasment.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had a jio network which suddenly got disconnected with no reason, I am having accessing to all my accounts as those are linked with that number and jio care is not at all helping.

    @JioCare pathetic service.. waiting since 4 days for a technical resolution. Service is getting scheduled without informing me again and again. Your call agents are disconnecting the call. They have no idea about the process. Whats going on ? How to escalate?

    Providers like @airtelindia and @reliancejio fiber are far better than @excitel_rocks. 2590RS in advance for 3 months excitel charges i.e. 28.7/day. The network is not working from last 2 days and they are unable to fix it, also compensating me for 28 rs free i.e. 1 extra day.

    @JioCare Competitor's are providing extremely fast service and employees feedback is also very good but Jio totally disappointed with Jiofiber being a Brand Jio service totally worst
