    @JioCare As a result of frequent disruptions and raising frequent service requests, i am familiar with all you have written. Main point is regular disruption and careless service follow up. I am seriously in for switching provider. Jio may continue with poor service

    Useless customer service, talen prime membership via jio app and the can't even assist inspite of activation the subconscious functionality. Kindly refund the amount because customer care doesn't even know the process @JioCare

    Jio internet in my area is extremely slow and unstable. Despite paying for a high-speed plan, the service is barely usable. @reliancejio , please check the network and tower performance in my area and resolve this issue urgently. We deserve reliable internet for the money we pay.

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been completely non-functional since 22 August at approximately 1 PM. Complaint SR00003ERLIZ was raised then and was closed by Jio on 24 August at 4:20 PM without the fault being rectified. I subsequently raised two more complaints today.
