@JioCare I went to the jio store regarding my jio sim , the person said that the online orders are handled by other people and they don't have the capacity to give sim to the online orders . It's been so long since I placed an order. Kindly solve my issue @reliancejio .

@reliancejio SR No.C00002JTAMYY. Service Enginer Manoj cms to collect devices after my request for disconnection. Says Set Up box serial nos does'nt match but ready to pick the router but no reciept. WEIRD. Did I manufacture this stuff at my home.Pathetic JIO. Happy to get Jio disconnected

@JioCare Jio network around my office area is so terrible that I can't even make or receive calls. Call drops, no calls and mute calls is what happens every time.

@JioCare @reliancejio had a service interruption in our area and it is not solved yet there is no update on the same. If city like Bangalore can face not sure what to tell.People have work from home facing problem. Given numbers are not reachable as well

@JioCare @reliancejio last 11 days back we have shifted to other location. and paid online 1200 rupees for new set up box installation. Till now installation has not been done Ref Order No: NO0001ELE87A. when contacted service person he his denying to come and telling to complain

@JioCare I've been hearing "please bear with us" for days. The service worked only for a few hours yesterday and is down again today. Temporary fixes are not a solution. Please provide a permanent resolution and a realistic timeline. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioAirFiber #PoorService

@JioCare Any update? Called local distributor he said only you can raise service request. But even i am not able to raise service request. Please get it fixed soon.
