    @JioCare @reliancejio I had ported my number with the hope of better service a fee months back. But am absolutely disappointed. Issue of low signal n erratic net has not been resolved despite repeated complaints. Looks like made a mistake of porting in. #JioCare

Such a Worst Customer care support as well, No one cares for resolution, If you somehow raised any network concern they will drag it....!!!??

    @reliancejio hi jio my jio fiber no is 01413156672 in Jaipur pin 302012 On 14 Jan 2023 my jio fiber cable cut down due to kite festival in jaipur but no one try to solve the problem I complaint on 14 jan 2023 every time technician hold my apnmnt without talking to me. Plz help

    @JioCare I hv raised cmplnts 3 times & made many calls @ cust. srvc frm 10 days.hv raised issues in app as well.but the issue is nt resolved.daily a technician visit is asgnd but no one comes & checks. Kindly resolve complaint id's SR00001GOYJI, SR00001GR0M0, SR00001GQ80H

    @reliancejio @JioCare area sonipat and rohat (131403) internet speed slow from last 20-30 days. Even we can't chat on jio help on my jio app. And i know you launched 5g but not in my area so please don't tell me 3-4 times daily that i can use 5g

    @JioCare @JioCare same answer from 10 days. Issue is not resolved yet and climate is also good, the bad is your internet connectivity .
