    Hey @OnePlus_IN , I am using a @JioCare sim in Oneplus nord2 device, Most of the time when people call me It find me unreachable, however network is there in the phone. What is the issue , how it can be fixed, please help me out or I need to port the sim and change the device

    @JioCare pathetic service. Against 3-hour TAT for complaint resolution, it has been 24 hours & no one has appeared as yet. Took away my hard earned money as 3-month advance but could not provide service for even an hour 😕😔

    @reliancejio @JioCare simple relocation rqst no ways to Slelect precise location in app, building has multiple connections, there sud be som way, not sure does #automation is for customer help or just an excuse to not to work, frustrated experience

    @thektech @SamsungMobile @JioCare I rarely switch to 5g network bro, bcoz of this issue. Personally I felt battery is fine, bcoz I used samsung note 8 before this phone which is exynos processor.😬

    @JioCare I am facing issues in the Jio Fiber since last night. Firstly you said issue will get resolved by 3:50 AM, then 11:50 AM and now 11:50 PM I have my university exams coming soon how would I Study now ?? Do help me in this case.

    @JioCare Hi I'm unable to send sms from few days but I have a plan which shows 100sms per day. Please you fu**kin prick resolve this or I'll port out to @Airtel_Presence . The customer care of @JioCare is 198 but when we call we receive plans without any resolution 😡
