Rahul kumar (@rahulkr83) reported@JioCare for last more than 24hrs my internet is not working. Opened SR00003A5Z2T, engineer was assigned to visit on 4th jul between 1 to 2 PM. When i called engineer at 3 pm he said i dont have any SR assigned to me talk to customer care.

Despite 10+ complaints, only false promises were made. Even the local team ignores calls. @reliancejio #Jio
