    What a wonderful service by @JioCare after multiple calls to get a service scheduled, the service person is nowhere to found. It is already the end of week 2 after i made my first call. They don’t even bother to tell why the request has been cancelled it is your job to request.

    Really frustrated with Jio Fiber Frequent disconnections again and again making it impossible to use the internet properly This has become unacceptable Please stop these repeated issues and schedule a technician visit immediately to fix this permanently. Resolve it. Asap @JioCare

    @JioCare My Jio fiber registration no is NO0001CAYFZC Even after one month of my order cancellation I have not received the refund. When I try to contact the jio support team they still says refund will be processed within 7 days. Really disappointed with the service.

    @JioCare Saying it again, No is asking for 5G internet, but first provide good and reliable 4G service. The current 4G network is not satisfactory. Fix 4G properly before asking for or promoting 5G. @reliancejio @jioc
