    Jiofiber customer care is not answering properly and not responsing properly.After talking to a customer executive to discontinue my services, no response taken and then when i talked to another one he said no request has been put up.Why are you doing these?@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I have lost my jio SIM in noida up that is issued in up east zone and I visited two jio digital stoers near by me and they denied to provide duplicate SIM of same mobile no. That is very disappointing service of your. Kindly resolve my concern ASAP

    @Mubeen9421 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence worst customer care no response from last night . Looks like you are taking customers for granted. I will soon plan to port in to @JioCare atleast they have good coverage . @Airtel_Presence airtel provides 2g in the name of 4G 😡😡😡😤

    @JioCare This issue hasn’t been resolved for past 4 days. Every month twice there’s some glitch with the device so almost 8-10 days of no usage. Why should I pay for entire month then? Your service request number is SR00001BMSI5. You will receive an update by 18/06/2022 18:35.
