    @JioCare I have requested for disconnection of jio fiber service within 1 month of connection. For till now no one is come to collect. Past 20 days i am getting msg for device collect but no one is coming. Several time i  have called to customer care but not getting response.

    @JioCare due to internet speed issue, I have requested for service termination within 1 month. But till now I have not received any reason for device collect and money refund. I have already waited more that 14day. But no response. Please refund my money ASAP. Is this your servie

    @JioCare I have raised a request SR000037CIDX to fix my broadband connection 4 days ago still not resolved, technician came and he says that he need to bring the cable and put the ticket on hold. Now he is not picking up the call. Very pathetic service and unprofessional.

    Paying for Jio "Unlimited 5G" in Kolkata, but 90% of the time there's zero 5G coverage. The speed is so tragic I can’t even hold a basic Google Meet or Zoom call without it freezing. Whenever I call 198, the automated voice says: "We understand you are facing slow internet speed, this is a temporary issue..." I’ve been hearing this exact "temporary" slogan for 2-3 years now. What exactly does "temporary" mean to you guys? @reliancejio @JioCare Fix your network.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia @JioCare why it is that jio doesn't bother for its customer. They will give time for resolution and than keep on changing time and date. Why they are not accountable to consumer. They have taken consumers to ride with no voice of consumer .

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber I have a airfiber connection and its internet speed is pathetic. I did raised the complain week back with Service Request number SR0000371ALF. This got closed without our concern and customer support is terrible. Worst!!!! Looting money!
