    @JioCare ur 198 guys are repeating the same words from 20sept.. to check my phone.. So how is it possible to get network outside my home not inside my room!!! this is outrageous @reliancejio and dear @TRAI u just sit like a duck & suck💩

    @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India 6000128703 jio number & alternatr number 9508554999....jio connectivity bad. U r offering 4g and speed is 10-25 kbps....dont make fool of us... My house is on the main road and I don't get any speed.... Saying 4g but ur pathetic than 2g......

    @TRAI For the last one week i m complaining @JioCare for poor netwok. Lost almost 30gb of data still no improvement. A report on telecom company performance is not going slove this,u need to take strict action against @reliancejio & other companies who in d name of 4g giving us 2g serv

    I simply said that I am okay to pay but only after what commitment was made by #JioFiber wifi service but the people from Jio simply mocked that it will get disconnected in 2 days! How is that fair that I am not getting the full service now @reliancejio @consumerforum_

    @JioCare I have shared these details over email so many times, every time I get a response Service Request Number has been lodged. There are so many SRNs for the same complaint but no resolution

    Hi @reliancejio I took your jio fibernet internet subscription recently paid for it and waited for the installation for multiple days. In the end got an email saying it cant be processed due to address verification but have not received the refund since 30 days. Please help here.

    On Aug 24th ,my wifi got disconnected, the service head Ankur Yadav mentioned that my wifi connection(from April 2020)is ILLEGAL and he will neither get my connection repaired nor even allow for the new connection till he is there on his post.@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare

    @reliancejio I applied for Jio Internet connection on 1st Mar 2022. However due to poor services I requested for cancellation of connection on 4th June 2022. I received a service request no. for the same but no action from your end.
