@reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India 6000128703 jio number & alternatr number 9508554999....jio connectivity bad. U r offering 4g and speed is 10-25 kbps....dont make fool of us... My house is on the main road and I don't get any speed.... Saying 4g but ur pathetic than 2g......

@TRAI For the last one week i m complaining @JioCare for poor netwok. Lost almost 30gb of data still no improvement. A report on telecom company performance is not going slove this,u need to take strict action against @reliancejio & other companies who in d name of 4g giving us 2g serv

@TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio i recharged jio sim i couldn't use 50mb internet per day bcz jio network is so worst internet not work and 99% website not open, There should be some rules for the telecom companies,when internet does not work, then company increase the validity date.

@reliancejio my IR pack for Belgium says Rs. 0.1/10 KB, but it costed me Rs. 800 for 80KB. This is worst service and fraud.

@JioCare in my place 5g is available for only one tower my nearest tower doesn't support 5g so it keeps switching between 5g and 4g and I can't do anything it's extremely frustrating atleast give stable 4g or proper 5g

@reliancejio I registered a complaint about slow internet service three days ago, not been resolved yet. Today, Jio's net is completely down,and when I called customer service to register a complaint, they were unwilling to register it. Pathetic service. @JioCare @ril_foundation
