@JioCare it's now 24 hours our both jio fiber down - your service staff tried hard but left at 5 pm and again called me at 7.30 that's it's on - but it's still not working

So @JioCare sent me my postpaid bill exactly on time today! But they have not resolved my network,call drop & DND(marketing call) issues since Dec’21 Should we as unsatisfied customers get flexibility on bill payments basis open issues? Is it a fair ask? One last thing #JioSucks

@JioCare Unfortunately Reliance Jio Services are now Unreliable!!!! This is the 3rd such interruption in recent months. The last one happened last Sunday, wiping out all desires to see Jio TV or any other entertainment by the entire family! Going BAD!!!

@reliancejio @JioCare we are facing network issue since 5 day after 11 pm it start even calling also affected sahar village andheri east near ITC hotel mumbai. I think booster turned off due to that it created problem. Pls look into it on priority basis.

@JioCare I have jio fiber router when it was first introduced. This router has defect, frequently wifi breaks. Got a feedback from your service people that old router has general problem. Replace with new one with 3 month of 100 mbps plan or 6 month with 30. Why load on customer
