    @JioCare Yes, there is a problem with a specific provider & that’s Jio! No network, if there is, data doesn’t work and call drops! Read my DM’s and you’ll know what I’ve been taking abt some Jan 2020!

    @JioCare one of the worst carriers.. upgraded my phone and struggling since last 3 days with esim… ran to over 3 Jio stores everyday… but struggling and if they try one day then u have to wait another day till it opens in their system.. worst carrier stay awayinefficient staff

    @JioCare your network in Mindspace Malad sucks! If you read my DM’s from 2020, few complaints are abt this only! The only reply you give is ‘since there are many users there could be slowness” which is baseless. Similarly your customer care lacks proper training and soft skills!

    Hate this one way communication @reliancejio @JioCare . Your app is unresponsive when we try to raise a ticket, calls to customer care number drop repeatedly. What I fail to understand is, if you don’t have the resources to manage such a gigantic infrastructure, why build one?
