    @JioCare Address each n every road , lane where fibre line is installed, it's very upsetting to see this thing by reliance. Road doesn't belongs to reliance tht it can be left in this way. Govt doesn't bothered but public do face problems.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Merwyn I have been getting regret messages only from Jio. Let me tell you I REGRET getting Jio broadband. Worst decision!!!! If Jio can't work in Mumbai then I don't know where will it work!

    Jiofibre is minting money.. I have taken subscription for ott plans .Now the customer care is so arrogant and does not how to speak & Ott plan is valid only if we have setup box. When recharge, no notification came. I want to rollback the plan kindly help @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare why you make such recharges plan with term an condition which you don't want to give to any of your customer. So many times given a complain regarding til problem is not resolve. @TRAI please help us. Recharges are also very expensive. #jiopricehike #jio #jiorecharge

    @reliancejio your internet doesn't work properly you guys are looting from past one year and still on calling CC is not of any use, they are just condoling the me that the issue will resolve in 6to8 months, is one year less to get the issue resolved?

    @monie2717 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst, guys! I got it disconnected. My device was picked up on 12th March. And the refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.

    @JioCare @sinvhal Again in 2022 we are facing the same issue! Kindly let us know why this feature has been disabled now? My experience has become worst due to disabling a basic feature. WE would like to get an ETA by when could we again pair our other bluetooth devices and WHY was this disabled.

    @JioCare Please work seriously on resolving user issues rather than investing your efforts in damage control on social media. Your Appellate person clearly showed a "You have no choice but to wait for us" attitude. This arrogance will surely cause you loss of business.

    @JioCare I am facing bad network connection in my area . I don't know why ... Please do something so I can utilise my internet . It feel very bad when you start reminding 2 days before the pack end and never msg after the recharge . Think once how you playing with people trust.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup Jio fiber is the worst customer service provider in the market they disconnect calls even without the resolution every time I am calling they do not have the resolution looting public charging amounts and they don’t have answers to queries.
