Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

Of the time the service is out of order. No response from your representatives. We have decided to disconnect the service enmasse. Totally dissatisfied

So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.
