@RelianceJioCare @reliancejio sorry to say but your network is useless. No network or weak network in Prime Area of Mumbai. Internet doesn’t work much of the time and your wifi device is hardly of any use when your network itself is weak.

@JioCare I am continuously calling for the customer care for slow data network service on my Jio number but the Answer every time I get is that "sir due to more users of Jio network in your area you are getting to face this problems " I am hearing this since past 6 months.

Also the network speeds in India are the lowest. @reliancejio sucks now I'm hardly using it for data. In Mumbai I've started using @Airtel_Presence again.

@reliancejio Hi my no. Is 9987054530. I ported out from vodafone , jio number worked for 1day and stopped working from 21.08.2021 . Customer service does not answers on 198 or 199. Unable to recieve calls from any no. Went to the store the sim works fine there but not in my house.

@reliancejio I work from home and get calls from Australian nos. If we dont login, then our incentives will be deducted. It appears to be a big mistake porting to jio because i was charged for exchanging the sim when the no. Worked fine only at the jio store but not where work from.
