    @SubramaniamIy19 @reliancejio @JioCare I was with @airtelindia earlier and with @VodafoneIN since the last 15 years but neither has the kind of customer service that @reliancejio has. Can't tell you how impressed I am with the speed at which the issue was resolved and the follow up by @JioCare team members.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please resolve this problem. I have spoken so many people here and everyone is frustrate nowadays. Many people have decided to port now. I'm also one from them. If this thing will continue then we have to port.

    Just one week after porting the entire corporate circle from Vodafone to @reliancejio , we start getting issues. Data not working since yesterday - emails, fb, insta...nothing loading. And @JioCare just gives empty platitudes saying they are working on it but not giving any time

    @JioCare Hey jio team when it will get resolved my issue still exists no one is taking any action on that again I lost 4 days of usage what the bullshit of network it was not service provided instantly and faster ask that engineer where is he ? Till there are no devices available?

    This SIM is linked with my bank accounts and Aadhaar, so it is extremely important for me. I have requested @reliancejio to allow online KYC, but they simply denied and requesting physically visit at their store. Kindly help in resolving this matter. Thank you.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My number was deactivated and customer care provided me with an activation code to reclaim it. However, the store says they’re unable to process it. Could you please assist in reactivating my number? This number is important to me.
