    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn Feedback: caller tunes sound quality is very very poor, users loves to set up their loved tune but caller tune sound quality is super poor than the actual sound. It is disappointing, please see if you can improve in that section. Thanks

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI Jio has been unnecessarily charging me for Netflix subscription which i have deactivated in Sept 2022.When i called the customer care services they said charges are correct and nothing can be done.I request the telecom authorities to help me in this

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    @reliancejio think twise before going to subscribe jio fiber, in breakdown of services consumer can request for service through app and you might get appointments after 24 hrs or more till that no internet

    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!

    @JioCare Inspite if registering a new complaint this afternoon at 12:30 I was been told that an engineer would visit by 3pm and it’s already 5pm but nobody here and also no communication, is this truly a 5G experience which you’ll claim??? Poor customer service

    @JioCare Are you guys really providing genuine support? My Soyliv subscription with the Jio AirFiber bundle shows “subscription expired” even after ₹706 recharge. Called support twice, same “clear cache/data” solution. Tried everything, still no fix. Kindly give genuine steps.

    @JioCare I didn't receive any request or appointment details yet. I have tried to contact your installation team. They are never responds to customer calls. I am worried about the after sales service of jio fiber. I am thinking about cancelling this connection.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN My JioAirFiber installation for Order NO0001DJKDRQ has been put on hold due to a generic wiring issue reason. JioAirFiber service is already active in my area with 350 Mbps plus speed available.
