I had opted for cancellation 14 days back and still they havent sent a service person to pickup the router. They themselves rescheduling the appointment. And no proper response from the team.

But if signal was reaching other rooms till 10 days back, what has gone wrong now with @JioCare wifi? Position of router is also not changed.
