    @JioCare I had activated and was using Jio 5G welcome offer. My plan was about to expire and I'd recharged with new one before it gets expired. After the shift to new plan my welcome offer is no longer there. Kindly help.

    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm

    @JioCare Worst Fibre service provider. Since 4 days Internet is not working. Customer care team is unaware asto when shall the matter get resolved. Jio only knows to take Pre-paid payments however service wise they are worst to give prompt service.

    Booked @reliancejio on May 7, paid ₹2.3K, and it’s been 12 days with no installation, no refund, and no proper response. Visited the Jio office, waited 1.5 hours just to face rude staff saying “wait.” Worst customer support and service experience from Jio.

    Hi @JioCare What a pathetic Relocation protocol you have for Jio fiber . First your system takes up wrong locality and then next you don't cancel that for more than 4 days ? What kind of injustice is this ? My work is suffering for last 3 days because of this . Sort it asap.
