    @JioCare I cancelled your service on 8th july. As per your executive your team will collect router with in 7 days. Still not work out. After pick u people will give mine money refund. I called your helpline 100 times am tried. Pls saveyour company reputations

    @HathwayBrdband tired of complaining. Facing frequent disconnections and all the customer care executive does is re-start from their end and it works for like 3-4 days and again frequent disconnections. Even after being acquired by @reliancejio this is the condition

    I couldn't call on one single mobile number of vodafone operator from my @reliancejio network getting busy tone evry time but from this number i get calls @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare if you are promising 100mbps in bronze plan how can you give 40mbps ? Please replace the old router. Going to gold plan is not a solution. Please help.

    @ekbottlebeer @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Using jio prepaid as secondary connection. All unlimited plans have FUP limit on calls to Non-Jio users. Thrice had to recharge before plan expired since limit was exhausted. Ek ka network nahi hota, dusra call karne nahi deta.

    @Gadgets360 @reliancejio needs to first improve their product quality. Chinese products last longer than thai poop hole Jio. 1 week of total torture from their jio product & to top it off bad service too. Horrible. @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare really happy to know that we have miss call alert facility free offered to all jio clients now my basic requirement is I require mis call alerts even if the caller calls from any operator as of now i receive miss call only if caller is from jio network pls suggest

    Most horrible service ever is Reliance JIO. 45 days back I ordered STB & yet these JIO people haven’t delivered to me. Really shame on your company @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I already have a prepaid connection from Jio. But do you'll even port nos of other service providers coz then I have a @VodafoneIN number to port but it's a postpaid connection and I would need even international roaming service activated at certain time of the year.

    2 days of absolute mediocrity from my Jio STB. Horrible resolution & even more horrible service. Despite complaining yesterday about the whole situation & then assuring of getting fixed today, nothing has improved. @JioCare is an absolute gutter #JioPlatforms

    @JioCare Thanks suraj ji aap aap mere validity hi extend kra dijiye mujhe aur kuch nahi chahiye because 9 day fibre sewa band rahi hai. Wo bhi apki technical issue k karan. Not my. Because I have already paid subscription.

    @JioCare Nowadays I am using this app in bith my devices mobile and android. But somehow @JioBrowser's vpn service is not working in my android tv. It always show network issue, in other hand mobile @JioBrowser working smoothly. Note I've used jio wifi on both devices.

    @JioCare Sorry you inform that there is absolutely no issues with network coverage but when there is a power cut. Apparently you don't run your power backups that's the one & only issue.
