Raise complaint ask for 30 days close it on day 20 Repeat that is the game of never ending 30 days @VodafoneIN is playing with us. If I try to Port to @JioCare the Suspend the service till the time the port code expires. Can't port for 6 months.

@JioCare @reliancejio as per the latest message recieve my service request will address by next 24hours. That means I have too wait 48 hours more. Final waiting time will be, 52 hours current wait + 48 hours new TAT = Total hours of TAT will be 100 hours. Tht means 4 days & 16hrs

@JioCare 48 hours and counting... no one came to resolve the issue and no one bother to call me up to give TAT of engineer visit. I don't have instrument to cut the fiberoptic cable otherwise I would have done it without your pathetic service. This is the service they provide..

@reliancejio literally I'm getting so much data throttling issues while using data, can't explain. Just because of this problem I might switch to other carriers, seriously. Cause I can't afford paying and getting slow speed, very pathetic 😔

However Staff advised to keep tab with and arrange to return the mobile, if found.

@JioCare I am hearing this answer since 10 months again and again. I can’t bear with this low network connectivity. I ported 5 numbers at my home just because I thought it’s really good but now I am literally fed up of this pathetic situation.

Quit jio number @reliancejio the most worst network in Mumbai....So many times we reports to customer care but the are not respond..... So I think quit the Jio number....

Hey @JioCare Early in the morning I returned back to Mumbai from Thailand and since then my jio sim is not working. I searched for d network manually, did switch on n switch off several times but of no use. Please do something as this number is very important for me!

What's wrong with you @reliancejio your calling and internet speed is very very much bad. Sometimes, when I'm talking with someone else my #jiosim suddenly stop working and i can't receive incoming calls. I complain a lot, but no action was taken from your side.
