    @JioCare There doesn't seem to be any customer care number for customers to reach out. The 198 IVRS has no option to select JioFi queries. The 1800-889-999 number asks the customer to call 1800-886-9999 and when you call that number, it says this service is not operational.

    @VodafoneIdeaIN only from Vodafone... Being and loyal customer from start we can expect this level of service... So if this problem doesn't solve it will switch all my family members portability to @airtelindia or might be with @reliancejio or something else.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am getting very very high bills, almost DOUBLE for JIO FIBRE POSTPAID connection. Initially it was prepaid after changing it to POSTPAID, things are not right. There is no CUSTOMER CARE & NO ONE TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare foul language used by Jio advisor named Javed Hussain. He threatened me and asked to use other internet providers if you have any issue with Jio Fibre and he can remove the internet service with immediate effect. Is this my fault to complain for issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Called Jio Care @18008969999 for slowness issue in my fibre connection. Call picked by advisor named Javed Hussain. After discussing the issue for 20 mins, he didn't provide me solution and used foul language i.e. dnt use jio fibre..and he can remove it.
