    @JioCare facing network issue for last 1 month , no network coverage inside room.called customer care several times, but problem unsolved by your team.fix it other wise have to port to another service provider. Address : ekta vihar block 2/24, cbd belapur ,sec 26 , 400614.

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio horrible experience ever while installation of jio fiber, they were sugar coated sweet talkers while taking selling plans & equally unpleasant experience while installation. Please update about cancellation & refund process of order

    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!

    @JioCare Couldn't reply due to connectivity issue until reached to local wifi zone. FYI. There are approximately 200 to 300 users in my office who are suffering with the connectivity issue since last 2 weeks. Most probably they would bare for a week more. Rest all you can understand.

    @reliancejio I have a 1‑year Jio AirFiber connection, but I am struggling to even get 20 Mbps speed. Most of the time it drops to 1 Mbps. Support is not helping at all. Very disappointed.

    @JioCare Internet was down from 8 Apr to 21 Apr (~13 days). SR: SR000033OJK9. Issue resolved now, but this delay was unacceptable. As per policy, I’m eligible for 15 days rebate—requesting compensation and confirmation ASAP.

    @JioCare 3. ⁠Many apps are very slow 4. ⁠Upload and download speed is pathetic. We have been using Jio and still 3 connections are ongoing but this location and jio air fiber is really poor.We do not face problems with 30 mbps connections but this one is 100mbps and still we are facing

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing continuous network issues as the network gets shifted to 4G from 5G in the evening and remains the same until next morning. Tried reaching customer support but no positive response. It is really bad experience.

    .@JioCare extremely disappointed with Reliance Jio AirFiber service. 15 days no internet. Complaint SR000033S7YN falsely closed without resolution. Technician asked for money & now ignoring calls. Is this your service standard? Resolve immediately or escalating to consumer forum.
