@JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat you guys kept prompting me 2 recharge before due date and I recharged. The additional 10 GB voucher got activated and got lapsed with my previous plan validity. This is a stupid scheme. I will never recharge b4 due date now. Inform your product team

@JioCare. SR00000ZSIOX has been closed without service and my awareness..this is how your bottom executives are working...still facing slow speed and coverage issue with single band router..please replace it with dual band..expecting a quick support on this.

@JioCare I am getting a speed of 0.0 to 312kb... 312kb is highest speed notice in these days... I am facing this problem more than 1.5 years... Complaint on jio chat many times but I am still not resolved the problem... I am prime customer of Jio since launch of service.

@reliancejio (3/n) Your brochures are misleading the public. The speed sucks. (FTTH) The max upload and download speed that i get is 20 Mbps against a promise of 100 Mbps when i connect via wifi and sit in the same room as the router. Via cable the max speed i get is 70 Mbps.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am very disappointed from the network of jio,they are promising that they provide best 4G network in India but not fulfilling their promise. I place a complain many times regarding the speed and the speed was wrost compared to 2G. 365 day recharge wasted.

@JioCare I am Vikas Singh, we recharged our home number from our Jio app yesterday, the money was deducted, but the recharge did not happen, this has happened many times in the past as well, when calling on Jio helpline, it is not working, which is We have very bad experience .
