Initially it was prepaid after changing it to POSTPAID, things are not right. There is no CUSTOMER CARE & NO ONE TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.

The 198 IVRS has no option to select JioFi queries. The 1800-889-999 number asks the customer to call 1800-886-9999 and when you call that number, it says this service is not operational.

Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree
