    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!

    @JioCare my current plan expires in 10 days I always recharge the plan before 10 days .But this time I recharged for 1499 plan which will be active in another 10 days.I don’t want that plan.I want to cancel it

Jio has your IMEI tagged as using Jio in the second SIM slot now (eSIM’s are always considered second SIM’s even if you only use one).     @JioCare There doesn't seem to be any customer care number for customers to reach out. The 198 IVRS has no option to select JioFi queries. The 1800-889-999 number asks the customer to call 1800-886-9999 and when you call that number, it says this service is not operational.

    @JioCare @JioCare Complaint raised on 13 May and still no engineer has even been assigned. Red LOS light is blinking and internet is completely down. Repeated rescheduling is happening without any actual action. Request immediate field escalation and technician visit today. SR000035SG9Z

    @JioCare surprise, support field staff attended on time but again without drill machine and left without relocate the connection. I think, all people should think twice before applying Jio fiber connection.
