@reliancejio I have been facing a problem in your app due to which m unable to recharge my number... I would want to know that as the problem is from your end and the customer isn't able to make a recharge don't you think it's your responsibility to not bar the customers call

@JioCare Shivaji ground Kalher Thane in this area lots of jio users are there but the network have so much of issues always and this day's whenever it rains network is gone I hope you will solve this problem

@JioCare there is very poor connection of internet on my phone I can make calls but when i use internet its very slow or not working mobile data is also on and this problem is in just one of the room of my house rest every wer the internt is working proper

@JioCare I have repeatedly complained to your JioCustomerCare about the network issue but it has not been resolved yet. How much longer do you have to deal with network issues? Despite having 4G internet, the net is running like 2G internet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hello @JioCare The internet connection is not working in my area (delhi), It says as per government instructions the service gas been stopped. But other networks like vodaphone is working. Could you please tell me when will it be resumed?
