    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm

    @reliancejio I wanted to portto jio postpaid but everytime I raise request someone from pre-paid team calls and say he will share details with proper team, last 3 days no one called back no help pathetic service

    @reliancejio It very nice u introduce 5G network but we cant get proper 4G network also in our area call drop call congestion we have to use wifi because of all this problems

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare The service is good but facing issues with the internet it gets down for 4- 5 hrs from last 15 to 20 days no support has been provided The app also doesn't resolve the issue. Worst customer support and issue resolve

    @JioCinema app is not smooth at all. While watching highlights if you press back 10 second button then video freezes and commentary runs. Very pathetic experience @BCCI of watching ipl this year. Hope you address this issue at earliest @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    @JioCare Thanks Aahil. I’ve been trying to reach the technician on call but I’m unable to connect. The customer care no. transfers the call to an advisor but no one answers the call Please look into it!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I own a jio fiber conctn, last date to pay bill was 10 April, today mor I see the servics are suspendd. There can b sme issue, may b sme family emergncy tht someone was not able 2 pay the bill, wht is the logic in suspendng service in 2 days post due date

    @VodafoneIdeaIN only from Vodafone... Being and loyal customer from start we can expect this level of service... So if this problem doesn't solve it will switch all my family members portability to @airtelindia or might be with @reliancejio or something else.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my fibre is not working from past 3days and i lodged complain vide SR00001H29MT and a technician Asif Ansari visited on 28th Jan but forgot to bring the wire and hence said to come today. entire day passed by and nobody turn up so far! Jio is heading where?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your team keeps saying the tower is overloaded and the nearest 5G tower is too far away even though I was promised excellent 5G connectivity when I got AirFiber. Now your app won't even let me raise a complaint and keeps showing a "4-hour outage" that never gets resolved.

    @JioCare shameful service received! Placed a relocation request and paid 1200/-, relocation request wasn’t fulfilled and haven’t received the refund yet for over 2 weeks. Upon calling customer care none of them are able to address my concern and one lady disconnected the call!
