@reliancejio (3/n) Your brochures are misleading the public. The speed sucks. (FTTH) The max upload and download speed that i get is 20 Mbps against a promise of 100 Mbps when i connect via wifi and sit in the same room as the router. Via cable the max speed i get is 70 Mbps.

@JioCare I am Vikas Singh, we recharged our home number from our Jio app yesterday, the money was deducted, but the recharge did not happen, this has happened many times in the past as well, when calling on Jio helpline, it is not working, which is We have very bad experience .
