Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

The 198 IVRS has no option to select JioFi queries. The 1800-889-999 number asks the customer to call 1800-886-9999 and when you call that number, it says this service is not operational.

Yet, your network is still draining my daily 2GB data quota! IVR and chat connect me with useless AI call and chat. I did not portfrom airtel to jio for this.
