    @JioCare I have changed to Jio with 1 year INR 1699 plan last month. Most of the time data service is not available.or every few minutes get disrupted. I am at CBD BELAPUR NAVI MUMBAI.Sector 11. Should I expect a response from you.

    @reliancejio @JioCare its bein almost 3 days n i stay in a prime area ner ruia college, der is NO NETWORK on my phone.. i hav bein usin jio since 3 years n never experienced such horrible network reception on my phone. Pls do check..

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic and network issue not getting resolved. Few weeks ago I was at my native place in Mayapur, West Bengal, getting call drops and unable to hear other person frequently calls getting disconnected.

    @reliancejio I am really sick of your call center, it does not allow to talk to your customer care officer, then what is the use of such call centers and if CCOs are not to interact with customers, what for they are being employed -call center must give option to talk to CCO

    It used to be awkward running after cheap internet usage, but these days we are looking at cellular services like @VodafoneIN, @Airtel_Presence and @reliancejio being global giants and providing 5GB data free everyday but still failing to provide basic call network. #DigitalIndia

    @jagograhakjago please help me i had placed an installation request for jiofibre from @JioCare and had to cancel the request because they could not give me the connection. They have to refund me 2500,its been 15 days still I haven't received my amount.& they don't respond to me.

    @JioCare Very good.. Customer helpline is much worse than network itself. Asking for customers information for upteenth time. Do put your effort in strengthening the network rather. Else you are going to loose faithful customers. complete mockery of helpline service.
