I visited at idea store for port in from @reliancejio to @Idea But store Person is not ready to port because they want fix #FRC OF 299 I think that's not right. Customer will decide what type of #FRC they want.

@JioCare another great service exp fm Jio,country's leading biz enterprise. By mistake chose a data plan while recharging instead of voice call. Realised this & called Jio for converting to voice call recharge or refund. Vishnu Ravi tells Jio can neither refund nor convert. Uniq!
