    @JioCare @reliancejio I already have a prepaid connection from Jio. But do you'll even port nos of other service providers coz then I have a @VodafoneIN number to port but it's a postpaid connection and I would need even international roaming service activated at certain time of the year.

    @JioCare Its > 2Mo old issue, u wer 2 send a technician. Let me know what has been done so far to improve latency and low speed. Does it take #RelianceJio so much time to resolve a small issue? Alternately waive off charges for period u hv not and can’t resolve the issue! Fair deal ??

    It is very surprising for @reliancejio as Jio headquarters is hardly 1.5 kilometres from sector 11 Ghansoli still the reception is very poor and they hardly care to improve.

    @JioCare since many days..my jiofibre not working..... number is 22 79663905....only red light shows in the router box.....I hv already renewed silver plan.....so i hv lost so many days....

    @ekbottlebeer @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Using jio prepaid as secondary connection. All unlimited plans have FUP limit on calls to Non-Jio users. Thrice had to recharge before plan expired since limit was exhausted. Ek ka network nahi hota, dusra call karne nahi deta.

    @JioCare if you are promising 100mbps in bronze plan how can you give 40mbps ? Please replace the old router. Going to gold plan is not a solution. Please help.

    @BDUTT @airtelindia Now @JioCare is also not working properly at most of the locations. I have observed since June July their service become pathetic. 1.Frequent call drop 2. Slow data speed 3. Poor network After complain they that stereotype answer please DM us. Then an endless process start.

    @BDUTT @Suhelseth @reliancejio Give Airtel some time, talk to their customer service and see if things improve. Reliance jio is not some miracle out of the blue; they too have their baggage of problems.
