    @reliancejio jio fibre is out of order for almost 15 days in this Month. Everytime I call ur helpline number they say it's a temporary outage & will be resolved in 2 hrs But 2 hrs is never over Neither they are willing to give me a complaint number. Plz look into this @DoT_India

    @reliancejio Please note I had received Jiofiber pickup time for +91 3613546437 on 9.00 am 18th Dec 21. But no response from your team. Please do the needful. Hope for a better service instead of negligence.

    @JioCare Your sales person and your technician told me to redeem the voucher of one month free subscription of data and already shown me method to redeem, and never told me to opt or pay for recharge. Now you have changed voice and telling this is ott voucher?

    @JioCare Onto the 3rd day now. No call or visit from any engineer. It is sad to see how Jio neglects customer grievance when it should be their top priority. If you have a response other than the canned one, do let me know.

    @reliancejio Plans like Rs 719 for 84 days validity is total exploitation of the customer.A company that charged a mere 200-300/- for the same 84 days validity now shooting it's price up to 719/- is a clear case of leveraging market Monopoly.@AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare From MyJio app also, it's not showing the scheduled appointment. It was the worst experience we all were facing with JioFiber in our area which is down from yesterday afternoon (almost 30+ hours). Also I don't see any engineers working for the resolution. #jiofiberdown #jio

    @reliancejio SIM requested on 14 Jun and still not delivered. I got a delivery message but the delivery person says he wonโ€™t come. Jio branch refuses to help because it was bought online.customer care gave wrong information. This is careless and unprofessional -resolve or refund.

    @JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision Iโ€™ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Canโ€™t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.
