What happened @JioCare , You were supposed to fix my network problem within 15 days , it's almost 9 months now. You never fixed it. In this time period I have complained about 9-10 times, everytime your customer care executive said they will fix it within 15 days.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

@JioCare The problem is not because of my hand set as you instructed the sim slot. The problem arises when the load shedding occurs i my area. There may be no power back to your BTS. (AS PER MY INVESTIGATION)

In such times of WFH when net is vital @reliancejio Fiber goes down every few days and stays down for extended period of time. All that @JioCare representative says is we will send someone to check. But clearly problem isn't local. So what's the point in wasting time on visit?
