@reliancejio jio fibre is out of order for almost 15 days in this Month. Everytime I call ur helpline number they say it's a temporary outage & will be resolved in 2 hrs But 2 hrs is never over Neither they are willing to give me a complaint number. Plz look into this @DoT_India

@JioCare This is what the jio service os all about. the representative committed on coming today for the fibre connection, he requested is to wait at home...now they dont even pick our call. Its better to think jio dont need more customers, we should shift to @airtelindia.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have applied for a Jio Fiber connection and also paid my installation charge. But due to some technical issue from your side the installation had to be cancelled. But now I have not recieved the refund amount as already one week have passed.

@JioCare @reliancejio Fiber the internet connection is never stable, pay their huge charges on time but zero when it comes to internet service. Average 9-10 days internet is not stable. Area engineers blame local cable operator but that is not customer problem.

@reliancejio I have taken a new jio fiber broadband connection at Bangalore. The jio technician has installed my connection on 17th june 22 around 1pm. From 4pm onwards my internet was not working. I have called the customer care and given complaint for my internet.

@JioCare Issue here is not resolution but refund because you didn't address the issue didn't lock the complaint. Now refuse to refund for services not provided.
