The speed is slower than 2G. In fact Airtel is providing speed as much as 1 Mbps. What's going on guys? I have complained multiple times.

But old subscribers on 699 plan with only 28 mpbs Speed and need to pay 1499 to upgrade router to get higher speed and 5ghz network! Amazing JIO ! Any explanations??

He also contact your customer care they told it you'll be refunded in the nxt 3 days bt yet he didn't receive.

They further took Rs 999 for recharge on cash. While installing service engineer informed us about free recharge for 1st month. I got shocked. Need justice
