    @JioCare Please stop your IVR msg whenever recharge time is near. The user olrdy knows when his plan is going to expire, don't do this ******* **** in this emergency situation when every call needs to be connected immediately.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Data services in the evening are almost down in Patna, Bihar since last three days. Think its time to shift to other network. Wasting my money with jio.

    @reliancejio From 12 April my internet not working I complaint they said in 4 hrs it will start and till now it's been not resolved and even today they r saying it will be resolved tomorrow .bi m tiered with such type of service it looks like it was perposely disconnected service

    @JioCare Hallo Jainesh, Last time I did complained was 08-12-2020 and I did get the same Scripted answer then too. It is more than 4 month nothing improved, it's became worst day by day, so may be laving Jio may be the correct way I think.
