    @JioCare U also bad service provider because of, in my area (pin code-736169 Nigamnagar) Jio have no network coverage.

    @JioCare Hi team, i stay at Vakola, Santacruz. For the last 3 months or so, there is outage of Jio internet services mostly on weekends. The downtime is largely in the range of 6 to 12 hours. Many buildings in Vakola are impacted. Request help in getting this addressed permanenty

    @JioCare New JioAirFiber connection (installed just 1 week ago) is giving very poor performance. Download speed is much lower than promised, network is unstable, frequent packet loss, and overall connection is inconsistent. This is unacceptable for a new installation.

    @JioCare My router is not powering on, and although an engineer visit was scheduled for today, no one has arrived and there has been no update. This prolonged service disruption is affecting my work and productivity. Such negligence is unacceptable. Kindly escalate this issue
