    Today, there is a power cut in my area.(Bhandup-West, Mumbai) I tried to use @Airtel_Presence network. Guess What?: Speed is less than 0.5Mbps Switched to @JioCare network. Again same issue. Here, telecom networks are planning for 5G.🤦

    @JioCare Engineer was here all yesterday. Couldn't do anything. Left saying - 'This is a backend problem, we have raised a req. will be done by backend in an hour or two. 18 hours passed since then.

    Just called @reliancejio @JioCare to complain about internet connectivity issues...the representative told me that they're getting more number of subscribers from my area and hence slow internet...N I've to adjust with no internet I'm just flabbergasted

    Infact when we complain about the poor connectivity, they always give the same excuse that the network is slow due to multiple customers using the internet at the same time. If it is so, they why do we pay individually? One such incidence has happened to me with @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare this is fake and fraud company i have complaining about my problem since last month but customer care does not solve my problem and not giving me any type of resolution . the customer support has talk to me very rudely .and he did not understand my problem.
