    @JioCare U also bad service provider because of, in my area (pin code-736169 Nigamnagar) Jio have no network coverage.

    @JioCare @reliancejio for last 3 days, my fibernet is not working. I am complaining daily, customercare told me daily that engineer will visit today but not a single time any engineer came and complaint is resolved everytime at its own. I have been harrased. I live in kota 324009

    @JioCare I have not received any message/ call from the team, the app glitch is not fixed, my service request for relocate Jio, is not even placed. How much time do you guys need to address a simple issue???

    @JioCare Worst service ever. First thing I'm doing after getting the service back again is porting out of your network. My phone number isn't functional for 2 days and no resolution even after registering 3 complaints. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare it's pathetic that YOUR CUSTOMER CARE can't upgrade my recharge which I mistakenly recharged for 100 mbps in place of 150mbps despite I am willing to pay difference amount. Payment Ref no. TB00000RFTVB. I want jiofiber -6M- 5994 plan to be activated from 28th May
