@JioCare U also bad service provider because of, in my area (pin code-736169 Nigamnagar) Jio have no network coverage.

I paid for Jio Fibre on Thursday (22 April,2021) and I was promised the same day Installation by the team. No one has been picking up the call since then and they pick up when spoken from an Unknown Number. They've been very rude to me over the call. @reliancejio @JioCare

It is a point to ponder that @reliancejio has never reveals location of their servicing people. They will contact you with number where incoming call facility not available. Is this the way to maintaining the relationship ! Not ethical.

@reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima The worst service ever by Jio. I did a recharge for a prepaid no. & my postpaid number gets recharged, when called on customer care executive Siddheshwar tells me he is helpless & can’t solve my query.
