Account reconciliation and adjustment are still pending. My complaint, reference number 4510542156, remains unresolved.

Customer care keeps disconnecting calls after entering my number, saying there's a network issue. Today I was told it would be fixed in 4 hours, then later told it's resolved, but internet is still not working. No complaint number
