    @JioCare Just resolve the issue. Or at least let me know the update.. I have raised a request on Nov 03 and I checked today on the app that it is showing closed without even resolving it.

    @reliancejio I use Jio sim.Internet is not working well in Jio SIM and it gives a lot of disturbance. Can I know why the internet is giving so much disturbance ?

    @JioCare SR00001F2G89 this is the request number for the issue which was not resolved and status showing closed in the app. I only want to disconnect the connection because your technician failed to resolve the issue and not even provide any update.

    @DoT_India @TRAI @JioCare is JIO customer support just for harassing customers and keep on calling several number of times at customer support and provide no resolution and he calls up again and speak to different representatives all over again? Nor do they reply on email.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what a service? nobody response for 5G service I upgrade my iphone but not resolve my problem yet i call customer care they will said problem solved in 48 hours but nobody response for it
