@JioCare I purchased extra set top box @3990.The set top box was installed by jio man,but, it is not working. I has asked the jio representative Mr. Imtiyaz few times @ his mobile-7830101758 to take up the complaint and resolve the same. Sorry it is unattended till date.

@reliancejio Can I not install Netflix in my Jio STB and use my existing subscription? Do I have to buy your JioFiber expensive plan to even get the Netflix app installed? I don't find this app in Jio store. Help me, my Netflix subscription is expiring and I am not able to use it on my TV!

Worst reply by @VodafoneIN @idea_cares. They are saying side up gradation from nov2019 till date. Ittne mai to @JioCare ne pura network bana diya. Pahile apne employee ko acche tarike se baat karna sikhao.
