    After whole day there's no improvement in VIL service. No network coverage. I faced the network issue and I raised complain but they are fake solving. I think and my hole neighbors thinks we port own numbers in JIO or airtel @ViCustomerCare @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @DoT_India Even after doing that all asked by you, slow speed issue persist, not just with few websites but all the websites or app which i have been visiting daily. The same issue is being faced by many of my neighbors.

    @JioCare really sad to know that representatives of jio Fiber are too unprofessional, lack of proper knowledge. Not able to start my jio Fiber service since one month.

    Work service @JioCare Pathetic worst I have cancelled my jio fiber subscription on October 29th till now no one came to collect the device and return my 1500/- back Worst service.. @reliancejio @fiber_jio

    @JioCare People" beware "new fraud scheme is running from JIO FIBRE. They taking money for Netflix(ott) for more than a month but not providing any service. Please don't recharge for Netflix bcoz they will not refund or help with anything.
