Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.

Technician is not listening and keeps giving false promises daily. Install it by tomorrow or I’ll cancel my order and disconnect all Jio services. #JioAirFiber
