@JioCare I have jio fiber router when it was first introduced. This router has defect, frequently wifi breaks. Got a feedback from your service people that old router has general problem. Replace with new one with 3 month of 100 mbps plan or 6 month with 30. Why load on customer

@JioCare Really so your resolution was to cancel the installation request. I got a text message saying so, and further the salesperson handling the request (Susanta) asking me as to why did I talk to the customer support and complain about the delays. Awesome service you guys 🙏 hats off

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Last 3 month i have not recharge on my number but my incoming is on but now your agent call me today and they said if you don't recharge before 20th April 2022 then your number is permanent Deactivate and sale other customer is it true......?
