    @D_Sumit5 @jio_fiber very true, all they have in their app, is silly marketing promotions, @reliancejio Your My Jio app is the most useless app ever. Put a way to raise issues there and if possible Live Chat option. I don't wanna see Jio Mart offers there, when my broadband is down.

    @reliancejio @PunjabKingsIPL Dear Jio care, I am very much disappointed about jio fiber. My just neighbour has jio Fiber,but for me it's not green zone. Engineer demands extra money.     @JioCare fed up with the iiofibre and the network provided by you. no option to raise SR thru app and continuously putting in loop nly with no resolution.

    @JioCare so distributing jio care not respond positively on my issue it's hurts last five year I use jio but jio not responding it's huge amount for please solve my issue otherwise I stop using jio# please revort money to my number I do mistekly recharge on worng number#return
