    @JioCare @TRAI jio’s signals are very weak in my area and they have not been making it better even after complaining about it. I made a complaint last year as well and they say that they can’t do anything. Please don’t use jio.

    @JioCare I already did and I have contacted jio via mail as well.I've written near about 30 mails but every time the reply is "all the towers are under emf limits and no harm can be done by it".Me and my family is facing health problems even if the emf levels are low.@JioCare @Zee24Ghanta

    @JioCare I am not using this connection so please initiate a transfer to the other account. I have explained the whole situation. If not responded positively I would like this to be escalated to hirer authorities for a positive solution

    Dear @reliancejio Jio is working worst at our place for last few months Internet/call are not working, not able work for office.I have already dropped email many times regarding this but just receive false assurance everytime. please resolve ASAP, else will switch 🙏.

    @JioCare Nobody showed up today as well for the device collection. It has been more than a month of followup. Worst part is that the JIO fiber customer care disconnected my call when I asked him for a reason for the delay. My patience is wearing off now.@reliancejio @reliancegroup
