  @reliancejio why does your Jiofiber team takes days to resolve consumer issues? Plus they give time and keep re-scheduling engineer visit at least 3-4 times a day and the engineer never shows up? Your consumer are mere bill paying ATMS or what? Cringe.

  @JioCare it's been 10 days since my #jiofiber is not working and no one has bothered to call or even come and rectify this. This is the 3rd time I am facing the same issue.. your router is spoilt. If u can't replace it then just cancel your non-working servixe

  @JioCare it's my mistake to select jio fibre. Had a word with customer care and was informed it is technical error from our end, an engineer need to visit for rectification. For this SR00001C1NFJ is raised and earliest visit date is 08 Jul. Most pathetic services. Appoint engrs

  @reliancejio @JioCare All sweet talk by ur sales before taking a plan & lousy response quality by ur backend team. I took a plan, cancelled it within 48 hrs & still waiting for 2 months to get the 3500 back in my ac. In the end it's still #airtel which rocks, may it be service quality or after sales!
