Hrashi Raikantwar (@hrashi_anil) reported@JioCare you really need to work on your customer care sir,i have been using jio fiber for last 2 years I had no problems because of that i have recharged 12 months plan now on the first month the data of 1000 gb is vanished with in 20 days. I asked the reason but no response.
