@JioCare Kindly issue full refund of Rs. 2500/- paid towards installation of jio fibre connection on 08/04/2022, which was not installed till date despite of several reminders and approach to customer care. Such a poor service was never expected from jio.

@reliancejio @JioCare I raised the request with Id SR00001AX6WK on 11/5. Today I got a message that it’s scheduled at 9.45 on 12/5. It’s 10.06 now. But no sign of any engineer. I’m out of internet more than 13 hours and still not getting any support from ur side.

@JioCare Mr.Sahil other broadband service providers had already resolved the issue in our area,problem is with Jio fiber service staff,they dont arrive on given time and stop picking up phone as well
