  @JioCare pathetic customer service from Jio. so useless that when they have no answer for the customer they just get vanished. for them no response means best response. amazing! Internet bhi nahi chalta aur customer service bhi nahi milti.

  @reliancejio I booked Jio fiber new connection several times but nobody reached home to give jio fiber. Continuously I chatted with customer care but ignored. Worst service I never seen.

  @reliancejio first raised a complaint with JioFiber on ( 18 june 2025], but no permanent solution was provided. Despite repeated calls/emails, the issue persists without a satisfactory response. I have requested a technician visit, but the service has been delayed or ignored.

  @sonali0_ @JioCare The problem of jio network is genuine but airtel frauds in terms of unlimited 5g as its speed curbs after 2 gb that is so annoying too.

  Activated long-term Jio plan with 1-year Gemini Advanced offer. Subscription cancelled automatically due to a technical glitch. Both Jio & Google support failed to resolve this. Need higher-level technical team intervention @JioCare @GooglePlay

  @JioCare Your network is so bad in my area. There is no tower of jio. Shastri Nagar and vijay nagar rea kanpur 208005. Facing issue aince last two days. This is not good service @_MukeshAmbani
