    Tried to fix my Jiofiber Speed issue via Jiocare App. The app prompted me to call toll free no and toll free no prompted me to access jiocareapp. And my speed issue is hanging in snowy atmosphere of Kashmir. And jio is right now out of earth. @JioCare #jiofiber_down #jioWorstSer

    This is not acceptable just to see extending the resolution date. And now it is 23rd Jan 2023. No service quality @reliancejio @JioCare has I paid on 12th Jan 2023 and from 14th Jan I am not able to use it. A total waste of time effort and money. #jio JioFiber not Recommended

    @reliancejio @JioCare It has been 5 years , we are complaining about the network issue in baliapal , balasore, odisha There are only 2 towers for a panchayat. We can not call someone because there is no tower Very disappointed , please fix it 🙏

    @JioCare Why do you people want to confuse customer who may not be so technically qualified by asking site address and all. Jio aaps don't work here. You assume people to switch to sites and leave apps ? Tell me what to watch on sites and leave OTT.
