    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @Imadvika1 @JioCare Apparently all the big players are having network issues these days. (They have installed those Airfiber boxes, so the network is heavily shifting towards those boxes, and regular users are suffering and getting weak signals)

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare No response from your end to any of my queries even after 48 hours. No reply to my email either. If you cannot provide the service that you promised then don’t take the money in advance. I need a proper resolution on this

    @Imadvika1 @JioCare If seven years of trust is broken due to poor network performance, it's a significant sign for the company. Hopefully, Jio will take its customers' network-related complaints seriously.

    @TRAI @JioCare Its completely wrong practice by Jio fiber prepaid plan they have credited 1499 plan and instead of 399 plan. I have registered complaint immediately but they are refusing to pay my money back.

    @AdityaConsul @JioCare Same problem which Airtel once had because of Congestion. Jio needs to improve.
