    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @reliancejio this for second time I am posting in Twitter group on Reliance Jio Fibernet issue which happens very frequently and not getting resolved. I raised service request for internet not working on Saturday evening and till now, Monday @12:30 it sis not resolved.

    @reliancejio - I tried multiple times to reach your postpaid customer service to disconnect my postpaid connection but they are not able to connect me to your Retention team after 3 try. So should I go on trying for ever? Please help.

    @JioCare I keep calling their customer service, they keep promising to send an engineer for 5 days and today 5 days later my internet still not working. Not even a single call from an engineer till now.Small businesses do better service than jio.
