    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare Today marks the 13th day since my JioFiber service stopped working. Because of this, I have been forced to recharge my Vi mobile connection with a ₹50 unlimited data pack every day for work. In 13 days, I have already spent ₹650 (₹50 × 13) on mobile data.

    @JioCare @JioCare Creating SR00003BD74L doesn’t resolve your failure to honour my 14 Jul appointment. I reject the 22 Jul timeline. Escalate this to the Field Service Manager and ensure my JioFiber relocation (Order: CO0001TGHLAJ) is completed tomorrow. Unacceptable service. #FalsePromise

    @JioCare what is with your connection!! WiFi has been down since afternoon, I called and you ask me to call again in 30 mins. Then it’s starts itself but can’t be connected to laptops ? Now no one is answering on complaints?? What is this ?

    @JioCare I need a prompt resolution, it has been more than 10 days now, as per the representative I was supposed to receive a reference number within 3-4 days. Am I supposed to visit the store again and again to know the status. As they don’t even bother to pickup the call.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, your "assured" timelines are a joke. Relocation executive picked up my device late, and now no one has turned up for installation. Worst telecom experience. Resolve this today or refund my money! @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Fiber down since afternoon. Same fault on my neighbor's connection from the same box. Techs left the box open; rain likely caused it. 5 PM visit promised, no tech assigned,complaint moved to 20July.3rd outage in 2 months despite timely payments.Fix ASAP @RelianceJioCare
