  @JioCare I spoke to your engineer. He said there is an issue with the main server, and a different team needs to handle this. I am thinking this will not get resolved today as well. You will just send out a fake promise that it will get resolved by so-and-so time @JioCare

  @reliancejio customer 9320879168, we have an outage of fiber internet since last 10 days, promised engineer visit but it hasnt happened, keeps rescheduling. My parents are senior citizens and getting harrased by your customer services which is not responsive. @AmbaniKaVansaj
