@reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

Also i had spoken today in the morning with ur customer care who said i would rcv solution in 2 hrs. But all i get is they cant help me. Also 2 days back purnima from Social media jio called me handling Twitter bt honestly that too dint help. @JioCare we feel the need to escalate

@JioCare I have been scheduled an engineer to visit at 7pm. Still haven't received any information about who's coming and whether they're coming or not. And FYI , network disruption is happening for the 3rd time in 6 months !
