@reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

@JioCare Thanks for responding and giving hope.... My concern was all my support tickets were just closed without my consent without addressing the issue.... Already 10 days gone, recharged it for 1750, still 5 more days validity left for this Month. So please get it resolved today.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have lodged many complaint of call drop issue and data speed but still there is no action you have taken. You are going to launch 5g but your existing 4G is worst.

@JioCare Still not resolved. This is the worst service experience ever. It's been almost 3 days with no internet service and no talk of credit from you guys. In my plan of 28 days I have had no internet for 6 days in total now.
