    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare @reliancejio if you are not able to elaborate your network coverage then why u r making customer fool??? I complained with regard to network/slow internet speed issue on 2nd August 2k26 but not yet this issue resolved.

    @JioCare Dear Nelson, Thanks for the advanced green-LED masterclass. 😮 Any chance of the actual service returning after 2 full days? Also, do I still pay the bill for the service that doesn’t exist as my bill is due tomorrow? and why did you stop raising tickets for service failure?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Can you seriously work on improving the services !!! @trivedi_snehal I had the same issue 2 days back. They just keep sending sms but don't resolve the problem

    @JioCare @reliancejio 10 working days have passed with no refund—only repeated “wait a few days” replies. Please process my refund immediately. If it isn’t credited by tomorrow, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Forum and pursue the matter before the Consumer Commission. @reliancejio

    I first complained to @reliancejio on X on July 25, but the issue still remains unresolved even after a site visit. I’ve already recharged for 3 months, yet the service is still poor. I’m extremely frustrated. Please stop giving assurances and provide a permanent solution. #Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m from Rajasthan, not Gujarat. For the past few days, when I call someone and they don’t answer or disconnect, the recorded message plays in Gujarati instead of Hindi. Same on incoming calls. Why is this happening? Please fix it. #Jio
