    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    Facing extremely poor Jio network connectivity in Jawahar Nagar,Banda (Uttar Pradesh). Constant buffering, slow internet speed, call issues, and unstable connection for many days now. Even basic browsing and streaming are becoming difficult. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Why can't you guys issue a simple refund even after no providing the service after 8 months. That was never the case you never want give back the money. How many cases like this have I when I searched for similar issues. I had provided you with all my details but still no avail

    @reliancejio @AmbaniKaVansaj sec 144 noida worst connectivity even multiple mnc are situated and around 15k working professional as well ppls lvng and all are porting to airtel. What work ur network research team doing. Dont loose market here

    @JioCare Dear jio team..i just need a time frame by which issue will be resolved and a permanent solution so that issue does not occur in future. I have faced outages thrice in the last one month with each instance taking more than 5 days to resolve. Who will beat the loss which i face?

    @JioCare Your “service request in process” has been going on for 2 months. This is not acceptable. How can you say “if eligible for refund” when my order was cancelled, no installation was done, and your own SMS confirmed refund? Stop contradictory replies and refund ₹3332.46 immediately
