    @reliancejio @JioCare your sim representatives are engaged in malpractices, I never cancelled a sim port request, but some representative called me and cancelled my request taking the OTP on phone…pls take action!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have DMed my phone number. I need to know what to expect from this service because I need a stable internet connection and based on my experience with JioFiber so far, the service is anything but stable or reliable.

    @JioCare Actual concern is that your employees called me many time yesterday and abused me badly... If you have this type of employee then I don't like your service and criticize it strongly... I hate jio and jio care service..

    Jio network is very bad in my area , Not suitable for call & internet uses . So I requested to all people of my location who's currently living leave @reliancejio and join other other who provide good network

    @JioCare In under a month since I got JioFiber, there have been at least 5-6 service outages. If these outages were short-lived, I would have still made my peace with it. However, the outages last for at least a day. What gives?
