    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare @JioCare im seeing the same technician name from past 1 week. I tried attempting to reach him he never responds. What can i do if i dont get any response ? Will it take 2 weeks of time to resolve the issue ?

    @JioCare 3+ days after payment, my JioFiber is still not installed. Order: NO0001EPBEB. No response, only "We're scheduling it." Worst service. Install it ASAP or stop misleading customers. #JioFiber #poorservice #Fraud

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare around 10 days and jio fibre still not working. And your answer as always it is technical issue and will fix soon instead of taking strict action on person who is involved in this.

    @JioCare What kind of customer support are you. letting us follow up for a month and not responding properly at all and now not knowing which plan I'm in..finally no interest to complete my requst. such a poor customer support. i dont need your plan and offerings anymore.. disconnect pls

    @JioCare Videos keep pausing repeatedly while playing and resume after a few seconds or minutes. This happens across all apps like FB, Insta, YouTube, etc. Even when I use the Jio app, it fails to load data. I have tried multiple times. Let me know how much time may take to fix this issue
