    @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @graphian07 This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VE582 for Network connectivity. We will install a new site in your area to ensure that you get seamless connectivity. This new site is expected to be functional in the next 90 days.

    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare Please stop saying this. It's been almost 3 months, Still no resolution. You just lie for portraying a good image over on social media. 3k of my hard earned money gone down the drain with a company that does not care even a bit about customers.

    Such horrible service of JIO, I have port my number on 9 June from Airtel to @reliancejio & today is 14 June but I didn’t receive the ported Sim. No one even take this on priority.. totally ****** up with this kind of service from so called India’s largest network #shame #jio

    Switched from physical SIM in 4G phone to eSIM on iPhone. Backend profile is stuck on LTE. A regular agent raised a service request (SR: SR000038CUET) with a 1-week resolution time. This is a simple provisioning lock. Please escalate and push the 5G SA profile @JioCare

    @JioCare In my area, only Jio towers are available, and that too only 4G. Your network consumes so much data that I can't even watch one full football match with 2 GB of data. What is this ****?
