@JioCare Request Id: SR00001BXOWY Pathetic service from Jio. Never seen a worse customer support team. The Internet is still down for over two days after registering a complaint, even after multiple calls, dm and emails. Nothing seems to bother them.

@reliancejio It is very surprising that jio fiber services are not available in Mumbai in my building @ Borivali west chikuwadi,How come this possible? It is very disappointing from Jio Fiber No+91. 98213 66340. Pls help and do it on urgent basis.

@JioCare I lodged a complaint against a jio fiber, not working from friday, not even one technician came at appointed time from two days, absolutely gutted by customer service, why give one if you can’t even solve customer problems on time.
