ashish sharma (@smart_ashish) reported@JioCare why the hell you are charging for 5g plan when you are giving no internet on 5g mobile? I have to use airtel sim net. Even I can't open my jio app using your 5G internet. Your customer care is telling me 5g minimum speed is 5mbps to 30mbps. That should be 2G speed.
