    @JioCare @DoT_India @graphian07 This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VE582 for Network connectivity. We will install a new site in your area to ensure that you get seamless connectivity. This new site is expected to be functional in the next 90 days.

    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

    I am frustrated by your service. My airfiber ODU device is not working, engineer told me to raise service request for replacement. It’s been 10 days and it’s not resolved. Their response is “ODU device is not available in supply” . @JioCare

    @JioCare Timeline: • May 10 – First complaint raised • Multiple follow-ups via Customer Care, Facebook, Email • Bank details and cancelled cheque submitted • Refund portal promised processing within 10 working days • Still no refund, only generic responses

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare two days of lodging complaint for restoration of Internet connectivity bi Ur only false promises of visits by so called engineers where even one mentioned falsely that house of customer is locked. What a mockery after charging for full year
