But I found message sent at 1209 Hrs today to me that I had used 50% data ! In spite of my network was off, Jio might have let consume my 50% data to some other numbers. This is wonderful !

Today I was on bed rest as came from Doctor who diagnosed a serious disease and possible hospitalisation. Net was not working. The engineer came and automatically fixed my net, took the code and left. The epitome of professionalism.

Service requests (SR00003BWVYL) are repeatedly closed without resolution, and engineers are unable to fix the problem.
