    @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    A customer is expected to wait 2–3 days without internet while continuing to pay for the service? Instead of sending template responses, please focus on resolving the issue. Kindly assign an engineer on priority and restore the connection today. @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare barely has a week passed again disruption in the wifi connection.. for day's no response or respite. 3rd class service is a very mild term. All consumers dont suffer like us look for better options.
