    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago yesterday,Recvd msg saying will provide update in few hours and I see no update on neither cancellation neither refund. Support team simply typing msgs saying team is looking into the issue on priority from 11 days now.

    @JioCare This is very pathetic behaviour on your jio fiber service I've made a request to relocate on 28th may but till date no one has visited or contacted me.4-5 times you have changed appointment time from your side. my complaint was closed without even resolving my problem.

    @JioCare I have already shared the ORN and registered mobile number via DM earlier, but there has been no resolution or update yet. Repeatedly asking for the same details without taking action is very disappointing. Please resolve the issue urgently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberCentral Order NO0001DBT33M is a mess. 1. Multiple reschedules (10-May/11-May) but agents are ghosting. 2. Now system claims "payment unsuccessful" after 3 days of confirmed appointments. 3. Neighbor on the same floor has active service. Fix it plz

    @JioCare Since it's been 19 days without a service and all I've been receiving is we're trying to resolve it and fake promises with standard replies. Let's move ahead and cancel my connection. Should I hope for a refund of the amount I spent on the recharge with no service? @JioCare

    @reliancejio yesterday i purchased new jio prepaid simcard through My Jio app and made the payment of rs 299, still not received my simcard but one person called me from jio and asking me to pay rs 199 activation charges. I am really disappointed and given complaint to jio care .

    @JioCare If there's a problem, neither calls are made nor the internet works. The network is so bad. Will you fix it quickly, or should I port to Airtel? Airtel has a better network in my village. If you want to install a tower, it should be on the roof of my house.

    @JioCare I did not get any calls. You are telling lies. Every tome I missed a call, I get sms on the same even for jio customer care team. I was on VO-WiFi on Jio gigafiber.
