    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @graphian07 This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VE582 for Network connectivity. We will install a new site in your area to ensure that you get seamless connectivity. This new site is expected to be functional in the next 90 days.

    @JioCare I don't think @JioCare understand customer concern! How to manage work professionally with worst level of network issue even after escalation of issues still no action taken yet! Worst service @JioCare , it's look like don't keep any hope with jio! I'll choose PORT to airtel!

    @reliancejio it does'nt matter whether you guys give 15 days or 15 years extra if a person is not getting proper internet speed so what should he do with your 15 days extra , jio fiber is very frustrating , and the worst part customer support , Airtel is much better than jio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I had closed my connection on 22nd July and I had talked to your customer care for uninstall, I was given appointment many times but no one has come to collect till date. Your service is going from bad to worst
