    @JioCare @DoT_India @graphian07 This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VE582 for Network connectivity. We will install a new site in your area to ensure that you get seamless connectivity. This new site is expected to be functional in the next 90 days.

    @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, we are getting assurance on network signal issue only. Your rep Mr. Navdeep Kaushik (M.#7015686009) conducted survey almost one year back. We are ready to provide space for Jio Tower, but there is no concrete result so far. Hope to get installed tower soon.

    @reliancejio so a customer can't even generate their bills if they are prepaid. yes that's what I was told by your customer agent. this feature is only for their postpaid. I don't want a statement. If you don't give me a bill for my recharges, I'm leaving. wth?!! @JioCare

    @JioCare As I told my friends and group members about they also said it's really bad now thay will not going to buy this device. As I asked my youtuber friend about it he said I am going to definately making a video about it so people can get aware of these kinds of fraud.

    No wonder @airtelindia and @TataSkyBinge are much more accepted as they provide a quick resolution time as they believe in customer satisfaction by resolution at earliest. Also the msgs from @reliancejio is your technician has been scheduled, when ?? 100 yrs later. #frustrating

    @JioCare 21 dayas Already over but still refund not credited, I never experienced this type of worst service from any telecom company. Refund the amount by toady otherwise I will tag TRAI and higher authority for further assistance.
