    @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare @reliancejio no network in Dhule city since 2 weeks. No customer support. Worst service ever. Shame on you Jio.

    Very 😭 with @JioCare. I recharged ₹1551 for IR before travelling to the UK, but still no Jio network, no OTPs, and no roaming service. Tried but nothing works. Total waste of money. If you’re travelling abroad, think twice before relying on this service.#InternationalRoaming

    I request an immediate and permanent resolution from the concerned team. Please investigate the root cause instead of providing temporary fixes and repeated outage messages. Customers should not have to report the same issue every day. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Froud done by @reliancejio I am using jio fiber since last year my set of box is not working from 9 July and we are already highlighted issue but till date we are not received a single response at reliance. Very bad and pathetic service provider please don't use Jio fiber anyone

    @JioCare I was assured that the amount paid for my first connection would be refunded. Trusting this assurance, I paid ₹3,300 again for the new connection. Further, your team collected the old Jio AirFiber device associated with Service ID: 778610860366, yet the refund for that

    Multiple complaints and calls, but no permanent resolution. Today again, it is affected. It has become a routine issue now. I am paying for uninterrupted service but repeatedly losing connectivity for hours every single day. This is unacceptable. @JioCare @reliancejio
