    @JioCare Arre why i will recharge if there is no network available? Its complete waste of money. There are issues with your infrastructure in my area. I have already sent my address to you. Please contact with the Dhule city jio team and ask them to check the tower in the area.

    @reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @graphian07 This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VE582 for Network connectivity. We will install a new site in your area to ensure that you get seamless connectivity. This new site is expected to be functional in the next 90 days.

    @JioCare Thanks for your reply. @JioCare But that's the exact problem, can't visit jio shop physically, one of CC ex told this can be done on Vcall, waiting for it since then, looks like there is basic mismanagement of conecepts across the support team.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare can you escalate this matter to RM of Bihar? Service no - NO0001EP4WIC. The service engineer was assigned and it was scheduled from 10 till 11.30 AM however they have unassigned their names from the service. Installation is pending. @reliancejio

    Pathetic service from @JioCare. JioFiber has been nothing but frustration—service interruptions, delayed support, and zero accountability. If you’re considering a broadband connection, think twice before choosing JioFiber. Extremely disappointed. @reliancejio #JioFiber

    @reliancejio Reported a JioFiber connectivity issue on 30th June, after enduring 5 days with no service. After repeated follow-ups, I was finally told the problem is with your main line. Your solution? Cancel my existing connection and apply for a new one. Will you resolve it?
