@JioCare I wanted to transfer esim to my iphone. I called Jio helpline for support, after days of calling nobody takes the call or gives any solutions. Your Jio stores' contact numbers are not working, many stores are closed. We are left to fend for ourselves with Jio.. 😑😑

@JioCare Boss I am not care about your 5g or 4g service. I am caring only my things. If I am paying the amount for the good services then supposed to be I get. if not then don't charge me my monthly rental.

My network is hanging frequently, don't when its goes hang,frequently I need to check whether my network is working or not. No calls,No messages during the hang but full of signals in Hyderabad.This is 3Rd complaint to @JioCare. My phone model is @POCOGlobal 5G.Where is the prbm?

My jiofiber is not working. I gave complain & Tech guy came today.He is saying wire is cut from main box,far from my house.He asking me to choose relocate option, cant do so as service request is open. Also,he can't close the SR & neither can give new wire. @JioCare @reliancejio
