    @JioCare It’s been so frustrating using Jio prepaid sim to connect to the internet. And the self diagnose app is such a farce. I kept my prepaid phone and my Dad’s phone ( postpaid jio ) in the same room and the result for me was no connectivity because of poor signal strength.

    @airtelindia is launching 5g in India.I travelled from Mumbai to Bhubaneswar in train in 70% areas Airtel network is Zero.However @reliancejio is available in most of the areas. I am using Airtel since 5 years still it's 4g struggling in my village.workfromhome disappointment

    Hello @TRAI @TRAI I have submitted a lot of complaints regarding very poor internet speed of jio @reliancejio network. But they always speaks the same line that they has been working on improving their network, but still no progress has been observed. Please do something ASAP.
