    @JioCare @DoT_India @graphian07 This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VE582 for Network connectivity. We will install a new site in your area to ensure that you get seamless connectivity. This new site is expected to be functional in the next 90 days.

    @reliancejio Absolute daylight robbery. I have applied for a relocation request, and your executive calls me asking me to cancel the old connection and take a new connection instead. Says he will take 10 days to process relocation request, instead process new connection in 1 day.

    @reliancejio Such a pathetic service you guys have. I have been sent multiple emails with all require documents and data needed to covert my physical SIM to e-SIM. Still you guys are not checking everything properly and replying every time with same generic message. Please check

    @reliancejio Please provide proper 4G network in Bengaluru. I already made complaint on multiple times still no solution. U r asking 90days time to provide network why should I recharge for no network and interet.

    @JioCare never ever buy jio postpaid as u can't port out later and if u are able to do so u will not be paid the security deposit u paid during the activation. Jio is a big fraud . #jioFraud

    @JioCare No one there to take care of the complaints / feedback . Bus chal raha hai, have been contacting customer care for internet issue. No one gives a damn . Pathetic service
