@reliancejio Please improve your network quality. I cant even talk on a call from inside the house. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Every one in my area is porting to airtel, may be i will too do it soon. Improve your network quality ASAP. Sending my address in DM.

Jio is a poor company, if you get its monthly recharge done, it will not give speed, if you use another company's sim, then you cannot install its sim in a phone without volte network, please do not buy its sim @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@JioCare after another 'waste of time' phone call and providing relevant info, your agents get back to me stating they cant do anything for a fault with the app!! I highly suggest everyone to stop using Jio network. you guys are cheats!! you steal their money

@JioCare Hi Mr. Dhaval From last 7 days, Every day I got notification through sms and mail for pick up. But no pick up till now. My repeated call in customer care for the last 7 days make me belief that relianceJio is intentionally doing this so that no money will refund back to customer.
