    @Hamdk28 @vasukichavatti @JioCare Jio wifi call not working on any iphone on IOS 16.3 or 16.4, I even downloaded IOS 16.5 Beta 2 which is available only for selected users but still not able to do wifi calling. This issue is with Apple or Jio, one cannot confirm. I checked Airtel Wifi call working fiber xtreme

    @JioCare Yes yasmeen you've been looking from last one year and seems like you haven't put much efforts. There's literally no one In jio who cares about customer satisfaction. Highly disappointed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got call from your team today twice and they could not hear me but I could hear them. This is exactly the complaint I have . Number of times either I or other party can hear . Worst service given by #jio which should be noted by @TRAI and action taken

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima I am facing connectivity issue on daily basis at Sec9A Gurugram & due to which my kids are not able to attend their classes. Raised the concern with customer care but they said they can't help as there is lot of internet traffic. Where should we approach?

    @reliancejio it has been two days since raised request to resolve the issue of internet connectivity in jio fiber. No internet for last two days. Two requests raised in two days. When called second day to raise request, attend of call centre said that your issue has been resolved

    Very poor quality @reliancejio network and advisor behaviour also poor quality. He guides me how to convert @reliancejio to @airtelindia. Advisor only thinks about time reduce but without giving exact information. And didn't give me previous sr update.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still not resolved my network issue problem. Every time you guys told me that You are at good network area but you are facing slow internet issue due to many user using internet at same time. We need full corrective action report from your side.

    @PratibhaGalaxy @JioCare @JioCare nowadays basically a scam service. They took the money in advance. After they didn’t install the connection. When you request for cancellation the amount you never get back. Never give any money before service to Jio.
